I have stayed in the Eden Wolff hotel over past few decades. Always a favorite. Very nice renovations, helpful staff, good food and service in a convenient location.

Awful stay, thankfully only for one night. Toliet wasn't flushed in one of the rooms I booked so didn't get off to a great first impression for my other guests. Showers in both rooms didn't work properly and flooded the bathroom floors. Final straw was having dinner in the restaurant and the waiter misunderstood one of our orders so wrong dish came out. Surely not a big deal just change it to the correct one (which was also significantly more expensive than what was served), instead the restaurant manager came over and shouted at us, claiming we were lying - he wasn't even there when the order was taken. Stayed here two years ago and was great, don't know what's happened but won't be back

This was an all around amazing hotel experience! The hotel is immaculately clean and modernized-yet has all of the historic components. Everything was in working order and the entire hotel as well as my guest room was extremely clean. wi-Fi works very well. Showers were amazing with great water pressure. Very comfortable bedding, linens, and towels. And even though it is not needed in the winter, it is a rare thing to have this in Europe,- air conditioning that works year-round!

There are always taxis waiting outside, there are 24 hour eateries in Central Station, as well as many other dining options within walking distance, including a full-service grocery store located across the street in the Central station.

Mrs. Katherine at the front desk and Domenico, concierge, truly go above and beyond to assist their guests. The level of service and warmth they provide is definitely five star all the way! These two individuals are very proud to work at this hotel and enjoy what they do which clearly shows to their guests.

Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks.

Staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. It is well situated, just steps from all major transport. Unfortunately, I could not rate it higher. Being close to transport is great… until you want to sleep. I had to wear noise canceling headphones in order to sleep as trams seemed to run every few minutes, stopping for only a few hours in the early morning. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a guarantee to be at the back of property or look elsewhere. If you are accustomed to noise, this property is excellent and you’ll not be disappointed.

This hotel was good enough for a two night stay in Munich during Oktoberfest. Nothing special, but nothing to truly complain about either. The photos online do make it look a bit nicer than it does in person. Like it has a nice facade but is of mid tier quality.

The hotel describes the rooms as soundproof and that was entirely inaccurate. I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the sound of the any nearby doors closing was extremely loud and disturbing. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Despite this, the location of the hotel was hard to beat. It is centrally located to everything and an easy 10-15 min walk. Also, the front desk staff was phenomenal. They were very pleasant and helpful.
