The hotel certainly lived up to expectations. The service is top notch. Even just the special touches by the from attendants really set the bar high. Much higher than other hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean stylish and comfortable. Showers are perfect with rain water option too. Gym and pool are very well equipped. We got upgraded for our honeymoon but I’m sure any room would be great. Service at the lobby bar was excellent and the drinks were very high quality. Honestly probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at overall. Believe the hype.

This is one of my favorite hotels that I frequent annually. This recent stay was an exception to the rule of exceptional. We booked 2 adjoining rooms. One was available at check in, one was not. The second room was not available for 3 hours after check in. A few other issues: our breakfast on the day of departure took over two hours and the reason stated to us was that it was busy after the Valentine's Day rush. I do not care. A $250+ breakfast in a 5-star hotel should not overwhelm the kitchen. The server was less than attentive.
Despite sharing the above at checkout and requesting a call from the manager to discuss the inadequacies, no call or email has arrived from management. Sadly, this is the first time I am writing a review like this. However, as a business owner, I would want to know that this was occurring in my establishment.

The beds are comfy and the room spacious. The bathroom products are high end. Very attentive and friendly staff. We checked in at 6 pm on Friday night and the lobby/bar is right beside the check in counter which made that experience very loud. We were first placed in a room that was right beside a loud air flow duct. We asked the front desk if it would shut off and they upgraded our room.

I was blown away by this hotel! For whatever reason we haven’t stayed here before, always other 4 or 5 star hotels downtown. But we decided to give Rosewood a try and I don’t think we will ever go somewhere else now! The atmosphere and smell in the lobby is so comforting and satisfying. The service is top notch, and the facilities are exceptional. Not to forget mentioning the location is central to transit, shopping, and dining. Although in an older building, the renovations are spectacular. Elevators are fast and require a key card for safety. We stayed in a king bedroom and were stunned and left speechless upon arriving. The decor and furniture is what we now want to emulate in our own home. It was super clean and spacious. The bed was so fluffy with the right amount of firmness and your head just sinks into the soft pillows. The bathroom…just extravagant. Dual sink/vanity, heated floors!!!, a bath tub, proper rain fall shower…all enclosed in double doors for privacy. The bathroom alone was larger other than some rooms we’ve stayed in. The only minor issue was our phone wasn’t working so it was challenging ordering room service but otherwise I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Furthermore, we were awakened by a false alarm at 6:30 in the morning one of the days. The shower also had no covering so water went all over the bathroom.

I can’t say enough about the comfort of the bed, linen and pillows. Every single detail of the entire hotel is just so luxurious. I only stayed two nights because we were leaving for a cruise but I wish I could have stayed longer because the Rosewood Hotel Georgia is a vacation in itself.
