Everything about our stay stood out. From the moment we arrived we felt well taken care of. Audre is fantastic and every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed my chat with Elisa!! Our room was spotless every day. The staff anticipate your needs before you even know you have them! ;). Every recommendation for activities or where to shop or eat was spot on. We used the pool as well as the ocean in front of the hotel. We didn't need a golf cart as everything is literally within walking distance. We loved that they had free bikes to use, but we didn't even use them as we enjoyed walking everywhere. Beautiful ocean breezes on the balcony made it great for relaxing in the heat of the day. This is our new favorite spot! Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!

Highlights of the property include its proximity to the water taxi, complimentary bikes provided with your stay, and modern, recently updated rooms. While the pool is small, it is still refreshing and was a welcome place to cool off after long days of adventuring. Audre was especially helpful in coordinating taxis to and from the airport, as well as arranging golf cart rides on the island.
The only constructive feedback I would offer relates to the location. Being farther south, it is a bit removed from many restaurants and shops and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Split. It is also situated in a small residential neighborhood, which I am sure is not typically an issue, but there was some loud construction noise and a party one night during our stay.
That said, we were very happy with our experience and would absolutely return the next time we are on Caye Caulker. Thank you, Audre and team.

This hotel was phenomenal. The room was always cleaned upon our return and they even remembered my birthday over this stay and ensured I walked into birthday balloons after a day of exploring. Audré was very attentive, checking in on us and answering any requests/questions we had very timely. Location was perfect- far enough from the split to avoid the noise but close enough to easily access restaurants, shops, and the water. Would definitely stay again.

It is about a 5 minute walk to water taxi and restaurants. Bikes are provided for free that we used on trails around the island. View of sunrise and sunsets from the premises were great. The Blue Hole Apt. Was beautifully furnished. The pictures do not do it justice ! It has all the homey amenities- dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, ice maker and fresh water tower. The property is within walking distance of lots of food spots, bars, excursion companies and is a short golf cart ride away from the split. Lovely place to stay!!

We loved our three relaxing nights in the Treetops suite! We enjoyed our morning coffee from our patio with a view of the gulf! The manager, Audre was very helpful going above and beyond with helpful information. The staff was also friendly and engaging. My husband loved viewing the night sky from the rooftop patio. The Treetops is a easy walk into town for restaurants and snorkeling trips. We enjoyed the walks along the coast in both directions.

Treetops is the PERFECT place to slow down. Stressed? Rooftop hammocks. Need some peace and quiet? It’s in a quiet spot with a nice beach area. Need a pool? They’ve got it. Bikes on lend to get round the island as well. Perfect food recommendations as well. (The owners are Italian - no messing about in that department.) Staff is amazing and super responsive, especially on WhatsApp, and awesome with setting up excursions, taxi service to the ferry, etc. Bravo! Look no further and book this place.

There is an apartment building next door, which was a bit loud in the morning and evening. It’s very easy to walk in everywhere from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at Treetops. We wish we had been able to stay longer! The hotel is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The property has a small pool with some lounge chairs and umbrellas and a rooftop terrace with chairs and hammocks. Because the hotel has new restaurant or bar, the hotel was super quiet. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our time lounging by the pool and in the hammocks on the rooftop. The hotel faces east, so the terrace was also a great spot to watch the sunset!

Only thing I was missing is a microwave to heat up leftovers from some great meals we had on the island. A pool was being built, so the property is about to become even greater. Our understanding (which is very subjective, of course 😊) of “private beach” was the access to beach where one can swim, enjoy the water , and do a little bit of very elementary snorkeling. What was offered to us is more of an access to water where none of the above listed activities can be done. To sum up, we realised that the term “private beach” was used very loosely in the description of this property.

Audre, the manager was so easy to communicate with, anttentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hotel is on the quieter end of the island. Nothing is a far walk and there were bikes available on a FCFS basis. This hotel has no pool but we made use of a resort a block away with a pool by buying drinks and food when we felt like a dip poolside.
Our apartment was so clean and felt safe. Water pressure is very low (conserving water of course) but challenging to shower. Bed was very firm but comfortable and great pillows. Thanks for a fantastic stay, Audre and team.

We stayed in the Turneffe studio for 11 days and it was lovely! The studio is roomy with a comfortable king bed, a large bathroom and shower and a kitchen equipped with a small fridge and coffee maker. It's a beautiful hotel with lovely staff and close to everything. Audrey is so friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations for diving, restaurants and ferries. Thank you Treetops! This was a great property for the money. Would have been nice to have a pool or if the beach was more accessible for swimming. Close enough to get everywhere with their courtesy bikes and that was just a blast! Audre was very helpful 😃

After the two minute crossing, you disembark and the Inn is directly in front of you. From the north take the A82 through Fort William and seven miles after you leave the town you will see the right turn for the Corran ferry.
