This lodging was great. The room was a decent size even with 4 bags of luggage. Host is great. The breakfast she offers is REALLY great. Offered laundry service which was helpful after 2 weeks in country and one more remaining. The house is great and the garden is beautiful. Great view of Loch Linnhe from the front. Short walk to town and restaurants.

Nice quiet location that is just a short walk outside the town center. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and included in the price. The owner, Hayley, is quite helpful and goes out of her way to make sure your time there is satisfactory.

What an amazing place, Haley thought of every detail. Bottled water and treats in the room, towel warmer, usb charging area for you phone, tea kettle, clean, and comfortable. Walking distance to town. Breakfast is a whole treat by itself. Fresh baked croissants waiting on our table, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, overnight oats, yogurts, breads, homemade jams, coffee/ espresso. The list goes on. You will not be disappointed. Leaving we felt like family. Would go back in a heart beat!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. A short walk from Fort William's center, it was very convenient, and our host was welcoming and kind. FYI - Breakfast is more of a continental-style rather than Scottish.

Hayley was a great host! So lovely. We really felt like guests in her home. She really looked after us and was very easy to communicate with. Breakfast was simple but great. Fabulous location, close to the lovely little town. I would definitely recommend Ashburn house to other travellers. Thanks Hayley and family!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ashburn guest house. The property was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower pressure was really good, nice for a shower after a long hike! Walking distance to town with nice view too.

Hayley was really friendly and helpful, she packed us a really nice breakfast for our early morning hike on our first morning there, which was thoughtful of her.

Only thing that could be improved on would be for the sitting in breakfast, it would be best if hot breakfast such as eggs and sausages could be served. Other than that everything was fantastic!

I stayed here a few years ago and was impressed. Now under new ownership it's great to see the standard has been maintained. The new owners made me feel very welcome. I stayed in their compact single room this time and it was perfect. If I stay over in Fort William again the Ashburn will be the first place I contact.

We loved our stay at Ashburn House! The B&B is lovely inside and out, with tasteful and lovingly executed finishings, and really beautiful gardens. The bed was VERY comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. The best pastries and fresh fruit I have had in a long time and a terrific coffee maker ;-). The location is also perfect; easy walking to downtown but a few blocks way so you don’t get the crowd noise. The proprietor is so warm and friendly, we felt like we were visiting friends. I would definitely recommend the Ashburn if you are visiting Fort William (and you should!).

Charming older home.

Charming older house within easy walking distance of the high street shops and eateries. Very friendly and welcoming. The only issue was that Scotland was experiencing a heat wave and there was no AC, no fan and no way to really cool the room. Certainly not the hosts’ fault, but at least a fan would have been nice.

I can heartily recommend this de luxe B and B to anyone wishing to stay in the Fort William area. Superb view of the Loch from my bedroom window, comfortable bed, and the cooked breakfasts are just excellent! Hayley and Trev are a very helpful couple, and deserve loads of success with this venture.

Beautiful stay,everything spot on , we do 4 meaning ,1. Clean room.2 comfy bed,nice clean sheets and very good pillows,,a good nights sleep is a must when ur out trecking all day .3. good working shower,spot on heat ,good flow all the way ,very clean toilet sink and tiles , 4.top breakfast ,very good cook all fresh bacon egg sausage, beans and a whole tomatoe,black pudding ,pot of tea ,orange juice and coffee, you must stay here ,beautiful bread and croissants, view to doe for from the bedroom window ,room number 3 ,very loveky landlady ,husband and children . A stay here is a must ,we are very happy xx

This is a lovely place. It's newly refurbished, spotlessly clean and super comfy. I had a beautiful view of the loch from my room. The shower was amazing. The hosts are friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. There are lots of thoughtful details- I appreciated the little fridge for guests to use. Will definitely return here.

Great B&B and lovely welcoming owners. Great location right on the Loch, safe parking, newly decorated rooms with really good bathrooms.

Super cute B&B in an old (massive) house that is ornately decorated. The delicious breakfast is cooked fresh, with some pastries and a great coffee machine. The hosts recommended a restaurant and were very friendly. There is a parking lot in the back with plenty of parking.

Fantastiskt välkomnande på Ashburn House. Rent och snyggt överallt. Skön säng, sköna lakan. Mycket god frukost, för att vara B&B. Och riktigt gott kaffe från kaffemaskin. Värdinnan mycket hjälpsam och service minded. Ett extra plus för den oerhört vackra utsikten från rummet. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
