Cleaning lady tried coming in my room to replace towels while I was in the shower and wouldn’t leave until I got out of the shower, let her in to place new towels and then get back in once she left. Also almost positive I got double charged on their city tax, paid at checkout for something and then got a phone call saying I never paid the tax. Hmmm funny how you didn’t collect when I left isn’t it…

We chose this place bc it was a 5 min walk to train station. Super friendly service and the neighborhood was safe with many dining options. Room was pretty small but it is what it is. We felt safe here as 2 woman. I wish they had some food options in the hotel but it’s a great place.

Clean and spacious room with balcony and high ceiling. Super nice staff at the reception counter. We loved our stay here. Walkable from Termini station and Castro Pretorio metro station. There are also many restaurant nearby.
However there was a couple of minor issues. Balcony door was impossible to open, and the plug for the bath tub did not function well - making it difficult to use the spa bath. As it was a short stay (1 night) we just ignored it, and enjoyed the other qualities of the nice hotel room.

Non sono riuscito a capire come usare la cassaforte. Le istruzioni erano piccole e difficili da capire. Esistono casseforti più facili da usare, quindi vi prego di sostituirle con altre più facili da usare.

It was great! The rooftop is fun to go to for drinks and appetizers before dinner and the staff is excellent and very nice! They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great, especially Ali. Also, best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had.

A little far from the main attractions but if you don't mind walking this is a great place to stay and also save money compared to places closer to main attractions. Also very conveniently located near Roma Termini for access to high speed rail to travel around different parts of Italy and coming from or going to FCO airport

Stayed at Hotel Alpi in Rome with family in a room with one queen and two singles for 5 nights in late June. Located in a safe neighborhood near the metro, with a small supermarket just across the street. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center. Tip: use the ItTaxi app—it’s more reliable than Uber. The elevator is quite slow, so stairs were usually quicker. Overall, a convenient and family-friendly stay.

The only down experience was during the checkout early morning as the person at the reception seemed to have been having a bad day, as he yelled at the driver that another hotel staff helped arranged the day before. He got upset when I gave the bags to the driver before we fully finished the checkout.

Excellent hotel. Not far from the Termini, but far enough to be away from the bustle next to the Termini. Very clean. Nice and roomy bathrooms. Great hotel staff. We stayed at the Alpi for three nights this week. The staff were welcoming and responsive. The building and rooms are lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, the breakfast and the overall ambiance.
The one problem that needs to be fixed is the shower - you can't take a shower without water getting all over the floor. We were super careful, but due to the design, there's no way to take a shower and not have the floor get very wet. The hotel needs to fix this issue. It's not acceptable at this price point. Every other element of the facility/building and room we rate a 5.

We had such a pleasant stay at Hotel Alpi for our Honeymoon, they were easy to communicate with and would respond in a very fast timely manner. We never had an issue, as soon as we checked in the front desk informed us of all the stuff that we could do around the hotel, and explained the easiest way to get around. They were super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also good, and the hotel is right by the Roma Termini and buses for easy public transport. So many accessible restaurants at close distance. Would highly recommend! ☺️

lovely hotel, well placed for walking in the city which we chose to do, however the Metro is only a few minutes away. Breakfast was very good, offering a continental choice of foods. There a several good places to eat within 6-12 minutes of the hotel. The hotel will arrange transfer to and from the airport if needed we paid for our transfer to the airport 4 adults 2 cases 60euro. The staff were lovely and friendly and would do their best to make our stay a good one. Just something to be aware of,a man approached my son in law and offered a friendly gesture of a hand bump but this was his way of getting us caught up in conversation, he took our hand and place a bracelet on, then asked for money for his 'family in Africa' we declined which he did not like we took off the bracelet and walked away......five minutes later another offered a hand bump which we flatly refused. This only happened to us when we were at the colosseum the crowds were huge, maybe that's why. As we chose to walk everywhere we saw a lot of Rome, we had a good holiday and pleased with our choice of hotel.

I loved this hotel.! Carla the receptionist was very personable. We felt very welcomed by her. We also were able to check in early. As an American air conditioner is a must lol and this hotel had the BEST AC! It got too cold at one point but I loved it as it was hot in Rome during our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Only feedback was the A/C room temperature seems to be controlled centrally, had to request from front desk for the A/C temperature to be lowered, as it automatically kept switching back to 25 celsius.

The bathroom had a bad smell because the exhaust was broken, the bath cabin was too small, the water got spilled all over because there was not enough glass closure to keep the shower water off, the marble was full of mold all over… there was dust in everywhere on the room, theres no cleaning manager for sure. very expensive for what it offers!

The woman who checked us in to the hotel gave us a ton of information about Rome and how to get around Rome. She also gave us many restaurant recommendations. We mentioned that we were Expedia VIP members and she told us to let her know when we would like our complementary bottle of Prosecco delivered to our room.
We stayed in a quadruple room which had two separate sleeping areas. One area had a queen bed, the other had a queen sofa bed. There was a large closet and large bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The woman who checked us in to the hotel gave us a ton of information about Rome and how to get around Rome. She also gave us many restaurant recommendations. We mentioned that we were Expedia VIP members and she told us to let her know when we would like our complementary bottle of Prosecco delivered to our room.
We stayed in a quadruple room which had two separate sleeping areas. One area had a queen bed, the other had a queen sofa bed. There was a large closet and large bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
