Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour à cet hôtel. Le personnel est très courtois et fournis plusieurs bonnes suggestions afin de pleinement apprécier la magnifique ville de Porto. La chambre était confortable et d'une propreté exemplaire. L'hôtel est situé près de plusieurs bon restaurants et à distance de marche de la plupart des sites historiques de la ville de Porto. Chaque personne peut choisir son déjeuner la veille selon ses préférences et le choix est varié.

Beautiful room and property. Excellent staff. Amazing breakfast. The only issue is that the doors to the shower and the toilet are frosted glass that are not fully frosted and the toilet door is not sealed. Also, there is a corkage fee to have drinks in the room. It's not much but seems unreasonable to charge guests for a bucket of ice and wine glasses. Nice location on a pedestrian street. Secure property with 24/7 front desk staff.

There was nothing that didn’t stand out! The service, however, was particularly exceptional. Wonderful room with balcony overlooking the charming street scene and fabulous view. Very convenient location. Delicious cooked to order breakfast. Hope to be able to stay here again and highly recommend!

The property is so well decorated and right in the city center. The staff gave us recommendations and checked in with us beforehand so we felt like it was a truly special experience. They had a nice outdoor patio area and delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in Porto and the staff here were a big reason for our amazing trip.

The best hotel I have stayed in. Small boutique hotel with exceptional personal attention. Breakfast was top notch. All hotel is top notch, modern with retro style. Hotel's location is in the heart of the old town, next to multiple restaurants and shopping street.

Absolutely beautiful hotel right in the centre of Porto, within walking distance of all the main sights. The building is ancient with antique furniture, comfortable beds and quaint terrace/patio. Very friendly staff. Only slight criticism is the breakfast which you need to chose in advance and which we both found quite difficult to do from a long list. The food itself was delicious.

It was in the heart of Historic section. Once inside you felt transformed to a luxury world . This is usually hard to find in most touristy cities. I also loved the Bed and breakfast approach and the Cousy atmosphere

Beautiful hotel located at the heart of downtown porto with all the restaurant and shops near by, very walkable. All the original deoration pieces like the celings even staircase, every detail carries the story of this building.

Each morning's breackfast are amazy with a great service, makes you feel like a home.

Luckly we met the owner of this hotel, she tell us some of this buildings history and how she and her son find it builded this amazing place from nothing ..

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the historical area of Porto. Very good location for seeing all the wonderful sights. Wonderful restaurants close by. Very peaceful in the mornings watching the sun rise over the buildings from the balcony.

Staff couldn't do anymore for you. Very accommodating. Felt very safe in this hotel.

Breakfast was tasty and coffee was lovely.

We'd love to return!

This is a high end hotel with exceptional value; no detail has been overlooked. Simply put, they get everything right every time. The location is perfect in the historic pedestrian center!

Our room (8) on the 4th floor was very quiet and beautiful with an amazing ceiling, comfortable king bed, excellent water pressure, bidet and garden access. The heat-A/C is completely silent!! Breakfast was delicious, presented beautifully and customized to our appetites. Our only regret is we were unable to meet the owner/visionary behind this beautiful hotel. If we return to Porto this is the ONLY hotel we want to stay at! Thank you, Marco, for delightful conversation and delicious tawny port and pastel de nata!!

This is an incredibly special hotel. The service is top notch and the room we had was exceptional. The room has so many details that are beautiful and thoughtful. We were on the 1st floor with a courtyard. If you stay in this room, pay the extra €15 and have breakfast in your room in the courtyard. It is one of our most favorite memories from the trip. On the evening we arrived, our room had a glass of port for me and fresh squeezed oj for my daughter, along with pasteis de nata. When we returned after dinner, we had carafes of water and chocolate truffles. No detail is overlooked. I only hope I can return in the future to enjoy this property again.

Fabulous stay in this gem of a hotel

I can’t write enough superlatives to do this hotel justice!
It’s immaculately presented and the staff can’t do enough to help you. The room was the best we’ve stayed in. The location is perfect as it’s right in the centre of Porto but even being in a city-facing room, closing the balcony doors was enough to block out any noise. Breakfast was made to order and very tasty.
We hope to return to Porto and when we do we will certainly be staying here again.

Our stay here was amazing. The staff makes you feel like a 5 star guest, service was awesome. They sat down with us every evening to take our breakfast orders, refilled our individual water pitchers and left truffles every night, and kept the key while we went out (someone will answer the front door for you, reception is 24 hours). Room was spotless, and our balcony view on the fifth floor was phenomenal! Large, comfy bed, great shower, robes and slippers. Really cannot recommend enough.

Wonderful property and location. However, the room was very humid and would need the help of a dehumidifier. Also, the WC area is not private at all. The door is a see through glass door with a small frosted area. This made it very uncomfortable to use the bathroom with a travel partner in the room. The glass door looks good but certainly not ideal. Because of this alone, I would not return as I think all of their rooms had toilet privacy issues.

The setting is perfect for walking to all of the local attractions. surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops but the noise can’t be heard from your room.
Staff at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay special, and the rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable
We really couldn’t ask for any more in terms of service.
The only tiny niggle for me was breakfast- I would have preferred a wider selection of cooked foods and a little more space in the dining room. In spite of this, I would happily return to this stunning hotel

M Maison Particuliere was a great choice for us as new visitors to Porto, being centrally located for most of the attractions we wanted to visit including the port producers, river boat trips, tramcars and so on. Excellent service with smiling, courteous and efficient staff, plus large, comfortably furnished room and comprehensive breakfasts. If I could give M Maison Particuliere 6 stars, I would. This place is indescribable - an oasis of tranquility and luxury on a busy street in the heart of historic Porto. What made the place magical, beyond the carefully curated ambience of a fully restored 15th century mansion, was the amazing staff that tended to your every need and made you feel like a guest in their home instead of a guest in a fancy hotel. We absolutely loved this place, possibly even more than Porto itself, and it's given us a reason to return to rediscover its charms. Can't recommend this place with enough enthusiasm. Don't hesitate for a minute. If you are coming to Porto, stay here! A fantastic experience

The property is fantastic. It is a very intimate boutique hotel with a real touch of hospitality that we have not experienced in a while. The location is central with quick access to local restaurants and cultural experiences. The street aka “flower street” is very lively and still quaint. We were facing the street and every night enjoyed live music from our balcony but were never worried about too much noise as the artists called it a night by 10. Will definitely stay here when in Porto again

An amazing hotel a tribute to the rich history of the country. The owners Marco and Ana along with staff Ana and Sergio were the friendliest most attentive ever they made the trip exceptional!!!! They are are also dog friendly and our dog Phoebe was treated like a guest.

Me and my wife spent four nights there one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was great about communicating on arrival details and even made dinner reservations for us before we checked in.
