Cute architecture, very close to the beach.The room was ok (very small), the AC did not cool appropriately, for 3/6 days there was NO hot water, the bathroom had a weird/bad smell.
The majority of the staff were amazing (maintenance guy told me to just lower the temp instead of fixing AC) and breakfast lady (assistant manager maybe) was very rude to us - and, when feedback was provided she stated “you can’t please everyone.”

Like I said in the email I send a couple of days ago, it was a bad experience in the Villa Mayor. They charged me for an extra person and said the reservation was only for 3 people and 3 beds. This is not right because the email you send me stated that my room was for 4 people and 4 single beds and I showed them the paperwork, they didn't care.

Tudo neste hotel é ruim. A limpeza do hotel e do quarto completamente precárias e a acomodação é péssima, a estrutura do quarto é velha, com banheiro, frigobar, armário e roupa de cama, tudo velho, desgastado e sujo. Havia formigas por toda a parte do quarto e uma barata no banheiro.
Café da manhã não tem nada de atrativo, e a equipe de funcionários não faz qualquer questão de ser agradável.

O hotel é bem antigo, roupa de cama e banho rota e encardida, que não foi trocada.Nossa estadia ficou bastante desconfortável com um ar-condicionado extremamente barulhento, e atrapalhando bastante o meu sono, e apesar de durante a estadia solicitar o técnico, algumas vezes, o problema não foi resolvido. Acredito que o aparelho teria que ser trocado. Um ponto positivo é a localização próxima à praia.

A estrutura muito boa, café da manhã muito bom… chegamos a noite e tínhamos pedido um quarto com cama de casal, tinham colocado a gente em um com duas camas de solteiro… mas depois trocaram… as janelas dos quartos são antigas e abertas, o que torna o quarto muito barulhento… mas a equipe eh maravilhosa, muito atenciosa e a área de convivência do hotel excelente. O quarto que fiquei está precisando de algumas reformas, principalmente o banheiro. Café da manha bom. Meu pedido de late check-out de 40 minutos não foi atendido. Fiz uso do maleiro após o check-out e deu tudo certo. Fizemos uso da piscina e achamos que não estava limpa.

Opções de alimentos feitos na hora (tapioca ou omelete) ficam engessadas pelas opções no app deles. Isolamento acústico da suíte 343 péssima, toda hora que abrem o portão que dá acesso ao hotel faz ruído muito alto no quarto incomodando quem tem sono leve. Sem contar as motos barulhentas na rua, cujo som incomoda no quarto por falta de isolamento acústico na janela.

O hotel é muito bom porém na nossa chegada teve uma falta de luz programada que iria durar 1 hora e durou mais de 4 horas, entendo não ser culpa do hotel porém nos sentimos bem prejudicados. O resto da estadia foi boa , café da manhã muito bom com muitas opções. O hotel não possui estacionamento privativo como diz na descrição, apenas algumas vagas de garagem em frente o hotel , então eles deveriam informar isso. O estacionamento é pago por dia 22,00, e fica do outro lado do hotel, não tem acesso ao hotel.
