It's an average hotel. Most staff at reception can't speak English. We booked two rooms. Our room 301 was designed poorly so it was difficult to move around and open suit cases. AC didn't work in 303.
We let them look at our passports at check in. Reception called us in room at midnight to ask about passport number for one of my kids! I could not believe they would wake the guest for the information they should already have!!
Breakfast was OK but noticed flies.
Price was reasonable!

This place smells awful, the decor is atrocious, no amenities in the bedroom or bathroom and even the toilet paper is terrible.

Paid £34 for an overnight stop on the way to Cappadocia. As an overnight stop this hotel is fine for the price, rooms were clean, shower was ok, bed was comfy and parking was not a problem. From a location point of view you are about 10 mins walk from the main area where you will find the Rumi museum and mosque. The area that the hotel is situated in is not the most glamorous but it serves a purpose. Breakfast was a typical Turkish affair and a good selection. The criticisms would lay in the lack of tea and coffee in the bedroom and the wifi was so hit and miss it wasn’t worth bothering with. Appreciate to some wifi might not be important however, to us and in this day and age it is a pre requisite of a hotels facilities. If they advertise it you should get at least 10mbps. Have rated accordingly to this as a 6/10. This hotel is bearable for a one night stay mainly because of the cost.

Hotel is in good condition, friendly and helpful staff, good wifi and with breakfast.
The hotel is in between Mevlana Cultural Center and the old town area. You've to walk 20 minutes either way. There aren't many choices of restaurants by the hotel area. If you like more things to do, to see and for food, stay in the old town area.

Smokey hell made me sick.

The good makes little matter when they make you VERY VERY sick.
Soooo much smoke comes into the room! Its horrendous. So I got very sick and am still sick with a sinus infection days later.

So much smoke in the breakfast room too because they close the outter door of the attached smoking room but open the breakfast door. Where else is the smoke going to go.
The rooms are awful smoky tho. Mattress permeated.

Otherwise would be nice. Kettle, decent shower.

Kesinlikle 8.4 hak eden bir otel degildi. Otel cok kotu bir bolgede aile ile kalinabilecek bir bolge degil. Otel eski bir bina, odalar cok kucuk. Kahvalti vasat, otel calisanlari cok ilgisizdi. Koskoca otelde verebilecekleri ektra bir yastik bulunmadigini soylediler, ilk defa yastigi yatak basina bir tane bulunan bir otelde kaldim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

A real trap

A friend’s advice, Don’t be mislead by the hotel price. My story first started with booking this hotel, It was clearly that an airport transfer was included in the price which was pretty attractive. When I sent my flight details, I was answered by : you can use a commercial taxi. When I answered back saying that the booking included transfer. The lady at the front desk answered in Turkish giving me the prices for taxi lifts. After my arrival, the lady at the reception coldly answered my question about transfer.
When I went to the room, it was shockingly smelly with the smell cigarette. WIFI was a total different story, I realized after the second night that they turn it off for the room after midnight. And when I reported that to the lady. She simply answer: reset, reset. Even though they had a working one at the reception, but she refused directly with a smile.

This is a very local hotel, located on a busy ramshackle street a brisk 15 minute walk from the city centre. The room was compact but sufficient, and somewhat surprisingly, despite being located on the corner of a busy street, very little noise could be heard in the room. My one criticism was that the entire second floor and room would smell of fried food from about 6am every mornings at breakfast time. The wifi was pretty patchy and would cut off frequently

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Liked their attention to detail and helpful staff. Being middle of the city makes the room little noisy due to the traffic but not something the hotel can do much about. One suggestion: they should label the breakfast items with ingredients to make it easy for non Turkish guests, esp vegetarians so the staff is not coversant in English.

A great little hotel with friendly, welcoming staff who went out of their way to help me navigate my first visit to Turkey.
The small extras the hotel staff provided went a long way towards making me feel welcome.
After 20 hours of traveling I really appreciated the fruit plate and coffee they brought me after I checked in. The friendly housekeeper, the nice breakfast buffet and the doorman who helped me with my taxi were all things I didn't expect from this value hotel and were very nice.
A bit of a trek into the city centre, but not too bad.

La struttura era ristrutturata da poco e nonostante la nostra camera affacciasse su una strada principale era ben insonorizzata. Buona colazione a buffet. Non abbiamo gradito il dover lasciare le chiavi dell'auto che è stata portata in un parcheggio dal personale dell hotel.
