Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Room was too hot (28°) when we arrived and the staff didn’t seem too keen on lowering the temperature (though they finally did with a warning that it would be turned back up at night).

Very clean. There is no air conditioning we could control. They control the whole floor at the front desk. It was really hot and uncomfortable, despite 2 calls to the front desk. The restaurant on site for dinner only offered 3 meals despite having a 4 page menu. The best part was our dinner the man at the desk told us about which was off site.

It is about 20-25 minutes from the Mevlana museum. The hotel’s description claims it is 15 minutes which is not.

A huge room with a separate sitting area and well equipped. However the decor overdoes the glitz and the public areas are characterless. Only 3 items on a 10 page menu were available when I tried to have dinner. Most annoyingly, the hotel have failed to respond when I informed them I had left my phone in the room and requested their help in retrieving it.

We were originally planning to stay for a couple days but extended our stay for one more week while we were in the area. The staff, from front desk, restaurant, cleaning, bell hop, and health center, was excellent. They genuinely wanted to help you.
We liked the operable windows for fresh air, though the AC was excellent on the hot days. The hotel restaurant was decent, and the room service option was convenient. We also enjoyed the massage and sauna. The sauna doesn’t cost extra. Everything was clean.
We definitely plan to stay there again as we have family in the area.

It's a beautiful hotel with all the amenities anyone could want. The rooms were amazing and even had a separate office space attached, with a door. There was a steam room and sauna and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods. The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. Very very clean! A bathroom fit for a queen with a powerful shower and lots of space. I couldn’t have the breakfast as I was an early check out but I will return to this hotel and try it then.

What an extraordinary hotel! Everything was top notch. Ample, clean lobby. Tables outside just to chill, with on-the-house tea available. The room was great, with separate full office in it! That’s a first. Everything looks sparkling clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The location was great, in a suburban area with light traffic, so it was the perfect stop in our road trip. The breakfast was impeccable, with huge variety and flavorful items. The reviews don’t lie. The place is outstanding!

I have been to many hotels around the world, and have found Dubai to have some of the best and luxurious hotels. I would rate this hotel highly. It's much more spacious abd cleaner compared to the hotels in Istanbul.

Good, new hotel, but unhelpful staff. Our internet didn't work so I called the reception a few times (around 10:00 p.m.), but no one picked up. Lucky we had our own internet. At check in, they did not give us any information about the room, breakfast, facilities, location, nothing, and when we asked they didn't give much. I understand that it may partly be a cultural difference, but that is something they will need to work on. Also, the hotel is far from attractions and the city centre so may not be convenient for those without own transport. Very good breakfast buffet.

We picked this hotel because it is not in the city center of Konya. We were traveling thru on our way to Cappadocia and didn’t want to navigate the city. It was big and beautiful. Rooms were amazing with super comfy beds. Breakfast was also great with a large choice of foods. Overall a great stay.

The pictures do not do this hotel justice, it is amazing. It felt so luxurious. We went to the spa and had terrific massages and enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Every thing was god but the only thing that bothered me their room were not non smoking room. Even in the hall of hotel you could smell cigarettes.
The hotel have a non smoking signs in the rooms but at the mean time they have put an hashtray in the room so it means that it is ok to smoke.

One of the best hotels in all Turkey
Ok First of all if you want to sleep at a room with absolutely no noise and pollution this is the hotel you are looking for. The rooms are absolutely perfect and spacious. There are two rooms in each unit. One is your bedroom and another is your work room with a desk, chair, phone, mini bar, and a tv. I loved this hotel among all the hotels I ever stayed in Turkey. Staff is really great as well. The only issue the hotel has is it’s a little bit far from the city center but if you have a vehicle then no problem.
