Hotel is good value, room was spacious but quite tired, with some fixtures basically falling to bits. The main issue was the noise from the two nearby bar/ nightclubs. Really loud until at least 2, 3 in the morning. Just extremely odd having clubs nearby what is clearly not a holiday resort Hotel.
The breakfast was also quite an experience, well presented and lot's of choice, most of which was barely edible. For another taste, it might of been okay, but i struggled to find a single thing that i could deal with. It's a great Hotel, but needs a major refurbishment and the attached bars should stop serving at midnight or at least keep the music to less than deafening. Alas, I won't be returning, the lack of sleep was not acceptable.

We stayed on the 17th floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a bird's-eye view of the whole city of Konya. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. They even offered free breakfast, although it wasn't included in the room fee. The location, cleanliness, and hospitality were all excellent.

This was one tired looking hotel. From outside you see grand hotel and think this must be a nice place. The lobby looks good too. But when you walk around you can see how much maintenance is needed the tiles if the shower by the pool was fallen off. There was garbage on the bottom of the pool. The sealing paint was falling off in the restaurant area. I think a tired hotel is the best description I can give. It looks like they make their money from groups traveling from tours or school outing and conventions. The dinner at the buffet was very bad. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is OK but the bedding and pillows are not good. Also, there is a bar close to the hotel and the music was very old even at the 15th floor, I couldn’t sleep because of that.

It exceeded our expectations, we had booked a room with two separate beds, but they gave us a corner and king room. We were surprised by such good behavior. The behavior of all the staff and the reception was good and respectful, the breakfast was amazing, I will come back to this hotel again and recommend it to everyone.

This property was a mess. Things were falling apart, the staff was not helpful at all. The incredibly loud music for most of the night and the smell of smoke that came into the overly warm room. And to top it off the staff served cold food for breakfast and helped themselves to it as well.

Decent but with disappointments
The hotel is good, the room was comfortable and quiet. But the stay was not without its problems. First, it advertises an airport shuttle. I'd emailed the hotel to ask if our flight could be met. I didn't get a reply which was probably a good clue that there would be no bus waiting when our flight arrived. We never saw a bus on the two days we were there and had to get a taxi back to the airport for our flight out.
It was no fault of the hotel that the taxi we then had to get chose to take us instead to the 'Grand Millenium Hotel'. We got to the Grand and checked in. I'd asked for a non-smoking room and with this request, the hotel had replied confirming this was what we would get. But we opened our room door to find a smoke-infested room (no.305) - any longer than a couple of minutes in it and our clothes would have stank of it. We returned to reception. There were no rooms available, they said, we'll have the room cleaned. Believe me, the room would have needed about a fortnight to be 'desmoked'. We held our ground and eventually were offered a handicapped room, which turned out to be ok.
And another problem was returning to the room on day two. The key didn't work, downstairs we went to get it reprogrammed. It didn't work then either and only worked after two return visits to the front desk.
I'd stayed here three years ago and don't remember such a lack of English then: there didn't seem to be anyone on the front desk who did. Yes, I should learn Turkish!

The hotel is in great need of upgrading. Worn furnishings all over. No restaurant or bars are operational within the hotel. Water went out whilst in shower . Tried to call front desk but phone in room did not work. Staff lacked any enthusiasm towards guests. Cafe next door serves great food and huge selection of drinks.

Stay away from this hotel. I checked in and the temperature in the room at night was 26 C, the air conditioner was not working. At midnight I went to reception and they told me that this is normal and my room was the coldest in the hotel and offered me a fan. This is a so called t star hotel. At 7 am temperature reached 29 C, this room was like a sauna, the window has no option to open. I've spent more than 1 hour downstairs asking to resolve this issue but AC was working as a heater.
I had to leave the hotel and find another place to stay. Think about it if you want to book itm it is located too far from the city center - 40 minutes by tramz there is nothing outside.

Gece 22.30’da otele giriş yaptığım andan itibaren resepsiyon görevlisinin güleryüzle karşılaması ve iyi bir uyku için güzel bir oda vermesi dinlenmem için mükemmeldi. 20. Katta bir odaya yerleştik. Şehir manzarası ayrı bir harikaydı. Kahvaltıyı bize hediye ettiler, sabah restoranda güleryüzü ve pozitif enerjisiyle Büşra Hanım sizi karşılıyor ve her konuda rehberlik yapıyor. Çalışanların birbiriyle iletişimi pozitif ve mutlular. Kızımın isteği üzerine bu güzel sinerji üzerine bir gün daha otelde konaklama kararı aldık ki bu yorumu yazarken şu an otelde gecemizi geçiriyoruz. Kapalı havuzunu, saunasını kullandım ve memnun kaldım. Öğle yemeği için oda servisinden söylenen yemek de lezzetli ve sıcak gelmişti.
Ses olayını ben hafta içi kaldığım için yaşamadım, dışarda barlar olduğu için bu otelin müdahale edemeyeceği zarurî bir durum. Kesinlikle öneriyorum. Biz anne-kız güvenli, rahat, konforlu, huzurlu bir konaklama geçiriyoruz.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Nprden von Konya. Die Strassenbahn ist in paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert !

Wat mij het meeste opviel was de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Uitzicht vanaf de 24ste verdieping is super mooi. We kregen ontbijt als cadeau wat natuurlijk heeft gezorgd voor extra liefde voor deze plek. Voor mensen die op doorreis zijn ( zoals wij) is dit een ideale plek om even tot rust te komen, en voor te bereiden op je reis.

Absolutt ikke et 5 stjerners hotell, kan ikke forstå hvordan de har fått den. Riktignok rene og fine rom, gjesteansvarlig var veldig hyggelig. Frokosten var veldig middelmådig og stort sett ingen smil på resturant personale. Med unntak av ryddeguttene, de var blid og hyggelig. Kunne også vært opplyst at området rundt inne basseng ikke var klart. Veldig skittent rundt hotellet utenfor.

odalarda merkezi sistem ısıtması var. ve camları açılmıyor. oda değişikliği istediğimizde her odanın aynı olduğunu söylediler. oda içerisi çok fazla ısındığı için biraz serinlemek konusunda sıkıntı yaşadık ve çözüm olarak ısıtıcıyı kapatıp havalandırmayı açmamız söylendi. içeriye temiz hava akışı ve kış şartlarında soğutma olayı oldukça zor. astımım olduğu için oldukça daraldım.

Hôtel est très grand. Comme son nom l’indique d’ailleurs…le personnel souriant serviable. Les chambres spacieuses et propres je dirais… par contre le bar à l’entrée de l’hôtel nous a fait vivre l’enfer. Musique comme pas possible jusqu’à l’aube… malgré qu’on était au 20eme étage on l’entendait comme si c’était à côté…dommage! En bref pas plus d’une nuit et ce si vous êtes vraiment vraiment fatigué…
