The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the Mevlana Tomb and Mosque and shopping areas. The staff were helpful and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide a free shuttle to the train station.

We absolutely love this hotel! The staff, the breakfast, the room and the lobby are all excellent! This is the best hotel in all of Konya, in my opinion. It is one of the best and probably the best Hilton Garden Inn in the world.

Aliçan, Ahmet, Behsat, Şahin and Tulin at the front desk are wonderful! So kind and gracious with us. Ahmet and Aliçan have a wonderful commitment to customer service, as does Şahin. Behsat is always a pleasure to see and talk to and Tulin is very kind and sweet as well. We look forward to seeing their friendly faces each day.

At the restaurant, Çoşkun, Mumtaz and the gentleman in the kitchen are all excellent! Çoşkun makes a wonderful specialty omelette and has a fabulous smile each morning. Mumtaz, whose name means excellent, truly provides excellent customer service. Mr Amrullah also does a very nice job. The gentleman in the kitchen provides very good service with his breakfast items as well!

The management of Mr. Erfan, Mr. Osman and overall management of Mr Tuna are all top notch! Thank you Mr Tuna for leading such a wonderful operation!

The view from our fantastic room was wonderful overlooking the Mevlana Muzesi. It is truly a wonderful, magical experience visiting Mevlana in Konya while staying at the fabulous Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Highly highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful and they arranged a day-trip for me. Room was nice and clean, big bed with lots of pillows. TV channels were mostly in Turkish, BBC was only English-speaking channel I could find. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special but enough to get you started. The gym was very basic and there were no other amenities to speak of. Overall a good deal for the money.

Smooth check-in and big clean room. AC didn’t have * cooling setting though so it was only the fan working. It got a little warm in the room. Water in shower was too warm for summer weather but the water flow was good except the tap from sink had a low water flow. Beds were comfortable and clean. Wifi in our room was slow because of the room distance to router I think. They provided daily cleaning and towels. A little cheap on the shampoo and shower gel. Only got 1 set, we were 2 persons. The car parking is big and not very hot. Breakfast was ok for 4 stars. Location of hotel is good and very close to Mevlana shrine/museum. Overall good hotel and staff were friendly.

It’s in a great location and right opposite to Mevlana dervish. We walked there. It has good sized rooms and staff are helpful. Many activities go around this area and despite it the rooms are quite. Unfortunately for us, the day I drove around that day had a full day multiple marathons going on and spent half a day driving around the city. Some Police were very friendly and helpful and finally they allowed me to drive in wrong direction to our hotel.

This is a pretty solid hotel in Konya. Hilton quality, well-maintained and comfy.

I had booked 2 pairs of connected rooms, for ~$80 a night each.

There were 2 major drawbacks in my stay:
- Check-in was super slow. We waited more than 1 hour to get into our rooms.
- The mattresses were clearly overused. People from all 4 of our rooms were unhappy and had backaches sleeping on them. A couple of them had to sleep on the ground. I had to sleep on the edge of the bed, as it was less worn out.

The hotel management needs to maintain mattress quality as a comfy mattress is the cornerstone of a hotel room.

Other than that, there was a ton of pluses:
10 minute walk to Mevalana Masuleum
The hotel restarant is very affordable and top-notch quality
Hotel is very roomy and well-decorated
The hotel's surrounding areas are excellent and tidy
Taxi service and free self-parking
- No baggage service (haul your baggage to your room yourself)
Reasonable prices for a shop yourself mini-shop in the lobby
Good gym amenities

It was quite good to stay Hilton Garden INN Konya, it is not only closer old town that you want to see Mevlana Museum but also has comfy rooms and helpful staffs.
The only bad thing that I can tell, DO NOT eat dinner at the hotel.We chose dish from menu which is 'Chief's Dish' That was a worst pasta I've ever eaten. Breakfast was sufficent.
(The guy who wears blue hodie in restaurant, he probably was a staff and talking about us like 'these youths looking to a menu' or something. Someone has to teach him not to say 'youth' to guests.)

Staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. The only thing that was bothersome was a knockon the door in the morning, accompanied with an attempt to open the door. Luckily the door was latched and the person was unable to get in. This was very inappropriate, even nerve-wracking.

The property is very old and not updated. It was also surprising to not find a swimming pool at a Hilton Hotel. Overall, the visit was restful and served it's purpose.

The building itself is very nice and taken care of, but it was a hot box once we walked into the lobby. Although the website states you have in-room A/C, it is controlled by the hotel so it will feel like a sauna inside the room between 0800 and 1800-1900. I wanted to speak to the manager on the second day and he made the poor desk lady lie about him not being within the hotel premises. One minute later he decided to stroll out of his office and began to explain to me how the building A/C allegedly works. The bottom line is that he was rude and just not willing to help with the situation and just told me to wait until 1800 so the A/C control would be turn on inside the room. The problem is that they even control how cold you will get (exactly no lower than 22.5 degrees Celsious). His name is Ihan Bilici and he has no problem making his employees lie for him or lie to you. His customer service and willingness to help his paying customers was just subpar and unacceptable. I will be report this person to the appropriate Hilton management as they and this hotel deserves someone better for the job. If you want to be comfortable inside your room, find another place as your comfort will depend on somebody else here.

The staff at the hotel where really accommodating, they did what ever they could to help our stay. The hotel was clean and everyday it was cleaned. The hotel is located in a nice quite place and all the local attractions are 10minutes walk away. Good places to eat too which are less than 10minutes walk away. This hotel is ideal for those who are wanting to stay a short while (10minutes) walk away from the hustle and bustle of Konya.

What is surprising is that we stayed for 4 nights and they only cleaned our room once although we asked for it. They are undrestaffed and the hotel was full.

Overall, this hotel is great to stay in. The beds are very comfortable and the room was immaculate. Unfortunately the lights in my room did not seem to work other than the lamp on the desk but for me this was not a big deal considering I only stayed one night and arrived very late.
