Hairdryers are kept at the front desk and you have to ask for one. In the 2 days I was there no hairdryers were available. Shampoo is also kept at the front desk, little packets also have to be asked for. I expected a few more amenities, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Motel 6 location got us in and out of the Vegas area quickly. Room was fine. The floor needed a mopping. No shampoo is provided and a lack of sufficient electrical outlets for device charging. But hey a cheap alternative when you are only spending one night on the way through town. Sean was at the desk to get us checked in. He did a super job getting us settled!

Stayed for almost a week due to a local project we were working on, the room was nice, quiet and I would stay there again. It was nice to have the gas station next door to get drinks, snacks or a slice of pizza when our time was too limited to go out. My only complaint were the towels, they were the worst by far I’ve ever experienced. Needed to go to Walmart to get a cheap towel, I could not continue using theirs as they felt like trying to dry off with a Scotch Bright pad.

I only needed to spend the night passing through first i was directed to a studio 6 around Civic Center drive. I couldn't get out of there fast enough trash everywhere it was 11pm at night when i pulled up and people were loitering outside the rooms walking and milling around on bicycles. Im not familiar with Las Vegas and what are good areas and bad but i can spot a druggie mo mo when i see one. So i searched for another place found the speedway Motel 6 as it was on the way out of town where i was headed. I drove over it looked clean and i could park my semi truck tractor there. I realize they are not a specialty hotel, but put something in the rooms. The beds were simple but comfortable. The only huge disappointment were the bath towels. I think they must have been there when the hotel was built in the 60s. They were all threadbare, tattered, frayed edges and were rough like sandpaper. C'mon Motel 6... get some new towels. It's 2025, not 1960!!
