I paid for the room up front when I booked through Expedia but was told I hadn't when we were checking in so had to pay again. The only reason I did was because we'd been travelling for 8 hours with 2 toddlers who were very tired and needed to get them to bed. I thought Expedia would refund me when I sent them the reciept for the second payment but so far no luck. If I'd have wanted to pay £120 for a hotel room I would have certainly looked for something far nicer than this hotel.

MAJOR PEEVE...it is listed and posted as a NON-SMOKING FACILITY, however, the people across the hall from us were SMOKING LIKE A BILLIARDS HALL...the hallway and even in our room smelled skanky cigarette smoke...we informed the desk, but nothing was done...TWO NIGHTS of living with cigarette smoke...NOT pleasant for someone with allergies and asthma!

Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale ce qui permet un accès facile à plusieurs possibilités de restauration, mais bruyant du fait de la proximité immédiate d'une route à grande circulation. Chambre correcte, bonne literie, mais fenêtre difficile à ouvrir, abattant des toilettes cassé. Petit déjeuner très bien. Très bon accueil

Problème à notre arrivée car la borne d identification nous demandait de régler le séjour déjà payé à la réservation. B&B contacté nous a demandé de contacter Hôtel.com par téléphone vous n avez jamais répondu. Au bout de 45 minutes B&B nous a donné l accès à notre chambre. Il nous a été dit d assumer le fait de passer par une autre plate-forme qu eux pour réserver. Dommage le reste a été parfait sauf l affluence au petit déjeuner moins de 30 places pour plus de 80 chambres de plusieurs occupants

J’ai passé une nuit très agréable dans cet établissement. Le personnel a été chaleureux, et très agréable. Le service offert et la prestation a été de grande qualité, ce qui a grandement contribué à un séjour bénéfique. La chambre est confortable et bien agencée, idéale pour se reposer après une longue journée. Le petit déjeuner en buffet offre tous les ingrédients et permet un large choix de produits. Un personnel de qualité fait de cet établissement un très bon lieu de repos.

Nos ateibuiram um quarto e ao chegar, a cama estava toda desarrumada. Não fizeram a arrumação após a saída do último hóspede... Entretanto o funcinário do balcão foi bastante educado, pediu desculpas e atribuiu um novo quarto...

J' ai réservé une nuit d'hôtel en famille. La première chambre qui nous a été attribué n' était pas prête les lit pas fait et ménage non fait. Les couettes en vrac sur les lits. La deuxième chambre ménage non fait poubelles non vidées. La troisième enfin la bonne ! Sur 2 dames une seule était aimable. Je dirais ce que j' ai trouvé positif les chambres familiales sont spacieuses.

Une fenêtre de la chambre ne ferme pas. Toute la nuit j'ai été piqué par des punaises de nuit. Mon corps est couvert de piqûres urticantes. Malgré un remboursement immédiat hôtel a évité a l'avenir. j'en suis déjà a un tiers dû prix de la chambre dépensé en produit antiparasitaire et c'est loin d'être fini.

A l’arrivée nous avons observé une descente de flic dans l’hôtel pour arrêter des trafiquants de drogue ou autre avec 2 homme menotté avec plusieurs valises seller, du coup pas très rassurant… ensuite pas de Clim fonctionnel donc obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouverte avec des clients de l’hôtel qui hurler dehors entre 1h et 3h30 du matin car elle avait des problèmes de couple avec son mec. Enfin sinon les chambres était faite et le personnel était présent pour faire leur travail avec le sourire.

J'ai apprécié la présence de la borne automatique qui m'a permis de récupérer ma chambre dès mon arrivée avant 17h. Le personnel est très aimable. Le petit déjeuner à déguster en chambre est très copieux. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres.

Lunette de wc posée sur le côté des toilettes non fixée donc. Un véritable rodéo pour s'asseoir avec. Bonde du lavabo inexistante donc jolies remontées nauséabondes. Gel douche (et le seul savon de la salle de bain) vide. Serviettes (changées à maintes reprises) constellées toujours de tâches brunâtres, vraiment pas agréable, il faut presque se sécher entre les tâches.
Même s'il y a une mise en place anti-covid, réception toujours fermée, que ce soit le soir ou le matin.
