The heating/cooling unit in room 225 does not work. It only blows hot or warm air. It was extremely uncomfortable because we could not get any cool/cold air at all. My 11 year old’s take: “Thie motel makes France seem poor.”

It was very clean and bright. The room was basic but clean. Tea and instant coffee with sugar was available but no creamers.
We were very comfortable and appreciated the good price. Senlis is a stunning town and it was an easy drive there from the hotel. Perhaps too far to walk. We enjoyed spending the evening sharing some good wine and delicious pizza.

Family of five staying one night (in two rooms). The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are small and basic but were clean. There was a smell in one of the bathrooms though. Parking was free and we were able to park outside the rooms.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Parc Asterix, hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the park so it’s a great location.
The rooms were a good size for the price. However the room was pretty dirty, the bathroom smelt really badly of stagnant water, thought this may go if we ran the shower and tap for a while but that didn’t work. There was also no way of cooling the room. The walls are very thin so may be worth taking ear plugs as you can hear everything

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent! Rooms were very clean and new feel to them! Super comfortable single beds and air conditioning! Shower was not powerful but consistent temperature! Would recommend and stay here again!

We stayed overnight on our way to the Channel. We’ve stayed here many times before because of it’s convenient location, very close to the motorway, but also within walking distance of the lovely old town of Senlis. It’s the same as most other Campanile hotels but possibly better than some. The room was clean but basic, the only negative being the uncomfortable pillows. The parking is free and secure. We didn’t eat st the hotel because we wanted to have the exercise of walking to the centre of town where there are lots of good restaurants.

We stayed as a stopover on our way back up to Calais from Spain; arrived at 10pm and booked via App only an hour or 2 before. Reception was polite and good, we just missed the dinner serving, but no problem as a McDs only a minutes walk away. We had our dogs with us, and this was fine, and a few others were on site too. (It says on the site that dogs up to 10kg are allowed, which was fine for us - we did notice that there were others there that were clearly more than this!) Overall a nice enough place for a stop off, restaurant looked nice but we didn't get to try it. Accommodation reminded me a bit of a school trip/brownie camp but it was perfectly satisfactory. Aircon was noisy so we turned that off straight away and went for windows open instead :-)

We chose this hotel as we were en route to Paris and wanted a stopover before driving in. The hotel is an anonymous modern block on the outskirts of Senlis, not far from the payage and easy to find. But very clean and good value. It's about a ten minute walk into old Senlis which is a lovely old town with good restaurants etc.

booked 2 family rooms / that's a double bed and a single in both rooms,
both single beds in both rooms were broken the legs had been snapped so the mattress was on the floor, complained to reception and was told all single beds are the same in the family rooms /broken, these beds are pulled out from under the double beds and the legs are supposed to fold out but had been snapped off

Hotel address is incorrect!
The only significant issues we had were that the address on both the website and Expedia was incorrect so we had to ring the hotel to ask for directions and that therefore by the time we arrived the restaurant was a wait of 45 minutes (despite being half empty) and we had to go elsewhere for dinner. Otherwise it was fine.

We stayed here for 3 nights, as visiting Chantilly for a horse event that they were hosting. We cycled into Chantilly, so the hotel was well positioned for this and although very close to the main link roads, these could not be heard and did not hinder us on our cycle ride to Chantilly.

We stayed here twice in July, both times arriving on a hot day. After reasonably quick check-ins (only one person working on the desk) we found our rooms clean, shady and cool. Our only complaint was the whirring noise of the air conditioning timer that kept me awake for a while. Otherwise this is a clean, reasonably priced hotel to stay near Paris/Charles de Gaulle airport.
Had dinner in the restaurant one evening and chose the buffet option. Although it was early evening some items showed signs of having been left out uncovered for too long. Breakfast buffet was OK.

Though I am used to finer hotels, my needs for the Campanile was to have a simple hotel north of the CDG paris airport to stay one night. I was very surprised and pleased with the hotel , especially for the cost, that the room was clean, bed quite good, the business work area was large, and the utilities in the room ( faucets, etc) were excellent. The town of Senlis is a wonderful place to roam for a last night in France. and of course, the Campanile is 20 minutes north of CDG and no traffic so it is a wonderful place to spend a last night in France.

'non smoking' room had obviously been used by a smoker. The restaurant was expensive the meal was ordinary at best, and the service was so appallingly slow that we eventually left without finishing our meal. This was at least 45 minutes between giving us the main meal and when we left. Being a 'captive audience' due to lack of nearby alternatives, we even contemplated MacDonald's next door for breakfast...unfortunately it wasn't open, so we drove for another hour north, to eat at the town nearest to our next destination. The only positives were that after asking for directions at a fuel station, it was easy to find as it is located right next door to 'Macca's'.

Rooms very clean and Resturant staff very helpful and understaning with our limited French Vocabulary. Food of good quailty and coped well with busy Breakfast time.
Sadly the external motel syle buildings with limited sound proofing did not stop us being woken in the early hours by people comming, going with loud voices. People act as though they are 'outside' when walking past your room.

When we arrived the hotel clerk insisted that we had not previously paid for the room and we must pay when we checked out. We argued however decided to wait until the morning. When we checked out in the morning, there was a different clerk and she understood that it was paided.
