This hotel is lovely, nice friendly staff, comfy rooms, clean , breakfast was not the best and not worth the €19 price tag, but we had no other choices. The evening meal at the hotel was reasonably priced and of good quality.
The negatives are we stayed here to go to Parc Astérix and it is close by but through a toll road so can get a bit pricy coming back and forth. There is nothing within walking distance and we relied on uber the whole time.
I wouldn’t stay again due to its location and no amenities, if you have a car, then it’s a nice hotel

This is the second time we picked this hotel for our last 2 days in France as it's near enough to CDG.

The hotel is located around an hour drive from central Paris. Reasonably priced and offered free and secure parking space. There are 4 car charging station on site for which during the time of stay 2 were working. We were given the corner room, the room was spacious and clean. Staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel was well maintained. Leisure facilities consisted of gym, swimming pool and Sauna all of which were of working order. Highly recommended.

a very American style hotel, larger rooms, open courtyard and easy to park. staf very rude and not helpful at all. about 8-10 minutes drive to Senlis where there are numerous typical french restaurants which charm and excellent cuisine.

Fantastic hotel near highway. Friendly staff. Clean. Modern . Swimming pool Small gym and dry sauna but unfortunately wasn’t warm after half hours when we was inside nothing happened which I went report to reception guy told me ok I will turn on , he did but after 10 minutes turned off again.

Excellent family rooms at this comfortable hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, comfortable modern hotel. It is well located for Parc Asterix which we were visiting - Senlis itself is a pretty town with nice cafes and restaurants. The family room was very spacious. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Continental buffet breakfast which was good.

It was our second and certainly not our last stay. Hotel is comfortable, rooms spacious and spa is relaxing. Restaurant is also very good. The hotel is conveniently located very close to charles de gaulle airport. Very easy parking

Contemporary interior and superbly trained staff set this hotel apart. It is so clean and well-maintained I was surprised when told it is three years old. I will not hesitate to be back again. Also, the restaurant offers has a good entree selection, is reasonably priced and the service is excellent.

Good give USA Best Westerns lessons on good food

One of the nicest best westerns we’ve been to, with definitely the best food we’ve had at the best Western, with one exception. My husband prefers a steak medium well, I like it medium rare, so he ordered it medium, As I did not need an entire steak and just wanted a few bites of his. It absolutely came out rare, and was returned mostly rare after it was sent back to the kitchen again. The salad, spinach, and fries were perfectly done. Other menu options were very nice. And breakfast was great. I especially appreciated all of the fruit, vegetable, nut, seed and whole grain options available. Things that are sorely missing in US based hotels. The pool and sauna were spotless except there was some nasty mold growth around the top of the pool that could present a respiratory health hazard to some people. And could easily be cleaned. Front desk staff both spoke good English and were very helpful intervening for us regarding the car rental when the agency did not speak English. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel with polite staff. Very clean and luxurious feel. Very comfortable beds. Great position for a stop travelling down to Disneyland.
If I had to find a tiny negative it would be the hot chocolate at the bar was 5 euros each which is a bit much! Other than that, fantastic!

New Build Hotel - Very Elegant

Absolutely superb, I was there for business but would go back for a holiday. Staff were friendly, facilities were very elegant. Food was very nice, breakfast was ok but not quite as good as other Best Westerns I've stayed at. Parking was free and there was plenty of it.

Last night of road trip

Excellent service. The staff clearly takes pride this new facility. We enjoyed the fine indoor pool, well supplied with towels and robes. The location is 30 minutes from the CDG airport and the nearby town of Senlis is delightful.

Great hotel - would stay again

Hotel was easy to find, lots of free parking and check in was quick. The hotel is new and modern in design. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. There is nothing else near the hotel, but it has a restaurant and bar inside. Would recommend and definately use again if in the area.

Awful experience

This hotel is almost brand new and in an industrial area. Our stay was in June and it was 32 degrees out. The air conditioning was not working in our room and after repeated requests, they told us someone would come to fix it. They came but not fixed. We barely slept in 30+ degree room. We also needed some laundry done...we were told it would be done at 7am so we could be in the road the next morning....not ready until 11am so we lost half a day. I understand things don’t always happen as planned or things break, but we were ignore and not told what was happening. Owner of hotel knew we were sitting 10’ away but would not acknowledge us or our concerns.

L’hôtel Best Western Escapade à Senlis laisse une impression globalement mitigée. Le décor, froid et sans âme, ne crée aucune atmosphère particulière. La chambre est spacieuse, mais étonnamment vide, et l’impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres renforce cette sensation d’espace sans vie.
Le restaurant, malgré la mise en avant du chef sur le site de l’hôtel, reste assez quelconque, et le service en salle manque d’élégance. Le petit déjeuner buffet est correct, sans se distinguer.

Un élément extérieur vient également peser sur l’expérience : l’incivilité de certains clients, bruyants et sans notion du savoir‑vivre le plus élémentaire. Cela nuit au confort général, même si l’hôtel ne peut évidemment pas être tenu responsable de ce manque de respect.

Le seul véritable point positif est l’accueil : le personnel de réception est chaleureux, professionnel et attentif, ce qui relève nettement le séjour.
Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement ne correspond pas aux standards d’un 4 étoiles et s’apparente davantage à une halte d’une nuit, sans réel intérêt pour un séjour prolongé.
