This hotel was a great find. Chantilly is a pretty town and we very much enjoyed staying here for our trip to Paris. We got the fast train into Paris Gare Du Nord with our two young sons for a Paris day trip rather than staying in Paris itself. Station was 5 mins walk from hotel which was perfect, and the journey direct to Paris took only 30 mins. We ate both nights in nearby restaurants, again just a few mins walk away. Our family room was spotless and very comfortable. Air con worked well. Parking was easy (behind the hotel; booked in advance) and good value. Nothing to fault. We would love to come and see more of Chantilly and visit the chateau which we only saw as we drove out; it looked incredible. Thank you Best Western. This is a fine example of your hotel brand.

Superb location, spotlessly clean and a good breakfast & quality restaurant with fresh produce served well. Generally speaking all the staff were friendly & very helpful but that was not always the case.

The welcome we received at reception was under whelming to say the least, hardly engaged with us at all. Provided no information what so ever. Very disappointing and not a very good initial impression of the hotel.

The staff at breakfast were very friendly, and helpful too but one big negative was they were slow in clearing tables. On the first morning more than half of the restaurant was closed off meaning there was little space to sit but no clean table either. My wife cleared our table on the first morning.
That was a shame because the staff were nice and the breakfasts were superb.

The shower over the bath may be problematic for some accessing it for use, maybe a grab rail would make a great addition. We found it difficult, others may not though but just a word of warning.

All on all we enjoyed our stay, it was in an ideal location, a short walk into town, attractions including the racecourse. Buses also go by the hotel. Very clean, a good standard and we'd have no problem staying there again but not at the price we paid taking into account the probs we had but these things happen I suppose from time to time but I would still recommend it.

Hotel does not look like the photos. But still clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Only downside was that they do not have any twin rooms that are quiet. Hotel has an awkward tight parking but beware… they charge!! This is not clear when booking! We were given a twin room at the front side of the hotel which was very very noisy. Not a great night sleep. The room was quite hot. Very disappointing breakfast, most items were cold and pastries had ran out by the time we got there, way before breakfast time ended. Coffee was from a machine which was not very nice especially for the price that they charge. Wouldn’t go back. But yeah overall disappointing

Perfect stay, amazing service!

The whole experience was just great! The service was amazing! We arrived quite early (around 12) because we came directly after our flight to the hotel. The staff however was super friendly and didn’t make any problem as our room was already ready! The room was bigger than expected, the coffee was good and there were even complementary drinks in the minibar, something you don’t see often nowadays but makes you feel so much more welcome. A huge compliment for the staff! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel! Thank you

A large room with an equally large and comfortable king sized bed. Bathroom was spacious but the shower had a half glass wall curtain that I find gets water everywhere. We were facing the main road and it was a little loud with cars when we first went to bed but we did manage to have a good sleep and would recommend the hotel.

Quiet. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was €12, secure and right out the door of the hotel, very accessible. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel dining room, and it was very good and well priced. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and for about €14 you can ride right to the Louvre and back. I was in Chantilly many years ago, and I’m very glad that I was able to go back for another visit.

We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus du Parc Chantilly. Our room was very spacious with a very large private terrasse. We were able to easily walk to the main streets of Chantilly as well as the castle of Chantilly. The staff was helpful and professional. My only hesitation is that the taxi that the hotel arranged for us on our departing day seemed to take us the long route to the airport and I had to pay double what I had been expecting to pay. I would ask beforehand about taxi rates as I did pay less than half that from the airport into Paris and Chantilly is closer to the airport than Paris...

Lovely clean, modern hotel. Well appointed rooms and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble - they organised transfers to and from the airport, as well as printing our boarding passes for us. Breakfast was standard French fare, simple but very tasty. We dined in the restaurant 2 evenings, the food was of very good quality and well presented, cocktail and wine list offered plenty of choice. Overall, a very pleasant and clean hotel, that made for a lovely weekend away!

I booked a single room for 1 adult for 3 nights from June 8 to June 11 (2018). Note that from late spring to late summer, Chantilly is quite hot and humid around the clock. So, it was muggy throughout the nights that I stayed at the Best Western Hôtel du Parc in Chantilly.

The first night I was placed in room 107. In the evening I called reception for help when I was unable to get the AC unit to function. Reception advised that the AC unit in room 107 does not function. I checked the guestbook in the room, and it states that every room at the hotel is equipped with either an AC unit or a fan. I called reception back asking about the fan for the room, and reception advised that room 107 does not have a fan, either. The gentleman on the phone suggested that I open the window (!!). Room 107 faces Avenue du Maréchal Joffre, which is the main artery in and out of Chantilly, and all night motorcycles and trucks drive on it - so opening the window resulted in noise and no relief as the air outside was still and muggy. I woke up at 3am in a pool of sweat. I took a cold shower and lied unclothed on top of the bed. I woke up again sweaty at 5:40am, got dressed and went down to reception to go over the situation and obtain a solution. The gentleman said that the hotel was fully booked right now, but that I could be placed in a different room the “next” night, so in the morning I should pack my things and bring them down, and in the afternoon I’d have a new room. So I did.

I have only one complaint and it was when we opened the door to our room the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. We went straight back to the reception and asked for another room.
The receptionist was polite and apologised for the room, then upgraded us as there were no more rooms available of our type.

Entirely positive experience. The hotel mostly had business guests due to the time of year I was travelling. The location was good. It was near the train station and some good restaurants. I didn't eat or drink at the hotel. I had a good size room to say it was a single. TV had lots of channels including BBC1 which I appreciated. Cleanliness was good and staff friendly and English speaking despite my best efforts to speak French.

A stopover on the way back from South of France this hotel was in an ideal location close to some stunning local attractions (which we didn't have time to visit!). Modern clean and comfortable with pleasant staff and parking both within the hotel or on-street right in front. Breakfast was good and worth the charge, certainly compared to a motorway services stop between there and Calais. We hope to return and spend more time in the area.

The hotel was ideally situated for our visit of the Domaine de Chantilly. Paying parking was available on site in a well protected enclosure. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The hotel is modern with nice rooms with all amenities. It is also walking distance to a selection of restaurants. Paying breakfast can be had in express or buffet versions.

Quaint, clean and comfortable...

Great stay and a friendly helpful staff. The area was wonderful wit several restaurants close buy as well as a bakery, clothing stores, a grocery market and exercise trails. The train station was a couple blocks away as well.

Comfortable, clean...I love the large private patios each room seems to have. My only complaint was a cover on the mattress (under the sheet) doesn't breathe and I would awake sweating and shifting form another comfortable place on the bed throughout the night.

Average to above average Best Western.

Don't pay for EUR 13 parking. I had a great parking spot outside the hotel (free overnight) but as I was travelling in a classic car I didn't want damaged I decided to use the hotel parking. The spots are long enough but WAY too tight. I was in a Mini and got a spot at an end so nobody next to me on one side. Some spots with larger cars had about 30 cms to open doors. Needles to say the door next to another car got damaged.

Extremely helpful staff, very pleasant and always smiling. Our room was lovely and had a very spacious bathroom. Both rooms
were spotless, cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided also. It had a good sized TV. Unfortunately the double bed (not a queen sized bed as advertised) was quite hard & not comfortable at all, plus the two pillows were very flat & there weren't any extra ones in the room.

Great location; very clean and comfortable

The room was totally refurbished - according to the hotel staff, all rooms are now renovated. The room had a king sized bed, a desk and two chairs and was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was like brand new, was very well lighted and had a good shower.
The hotel is an easy walk from the train station; it was a quick trip up from Paris. The village is small and charming - we walked everywhere the entire week.

El hotel mas bonito por dentro que por fuera, las zonas comunes y las habitaciones bastante bien, de hecho mucho mejor que otros hoteles de misma categoría en Europa, el personal también muy amable, las camas excelentes y las habitaciones como 60% mas amplias que un hotel de similar precio en Paris, el baño amplio y todo bastante limpio, tiene elevador. El pueblo y el Castillo al que llegas caminando desde el hotel es un encanto, adicional a que esta cerca de la estacion del tren lo unico negativo en el hotel es el desayuno, es horrible, ya habia leido eso de otros huespedes y confirmo, debes buscar desayunar en otro sitio, por en verdad es muy malo el desayuno, el huevo tenia consistencia de una gelatina aguada por ser de caja pero ademas estaba mal hecho. Ojala puedan corregir este detalle por que el resto es bastante bueno
