Noise was really bad broken gas cupboard door next to my room banged for two night's i had to get out of bed at 11 o'clock and try a temporary repair no staff interested all receptionist said its not ours but seems it had been like that for a while surely they should have remedied for there guests smallest room iv been in rain was dripping all night from broken roan pipe but night porter says nothing i can do about weather

Stayed at Premier Inn Grangemouth again and had another really positive experience. I stay here regularly, at least once a month, and it’s consistently a great standard. The hotel is clean and well looked after throughout, and the rooms are comfortable with everything I need. It also feels very reasonably priced for what you get.
The standout is always the staff. Everyone is excellent, genuinely welcoming, and helpful from check-in onwards. Reliable, good value, and always a pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

My go to hotel when staying in this area. Stayed there monthly for the last year or so. Rooms are starting to get a bit worn, stains on the blinds, carpets etc. The bed is always clean and comfy, will still use this location going forward, and hope the rooms get refreshed.

It’s based on an industrial site, at night lorries park up on the roadside so we did have the noise of Lorrie’s setting off early in the morning. But the bed was comfortable and we got a good night’s sleep. At the moment it’s a bit awkward to get to as they are doing roadworks on the main road, with no right turn into the road from off the motorway had to go past the turning and approach it in the other direction.

The front desk ladies that we dealt with WERE AMAZING. I was near breakdown, ready to cry, and she talked me off the ledge. The location is super inconvenient unless you have a car. We ended up renting a car and it made a world of difference. The staff was so helpful and happy to help tho.

FABULOUS OVERNIGHT STAY
We arrived here around 3.00 am following a later flight into Edinburgh. Checking in was straight forward. Room was everything we needed for an overnight stay with a very comfortable bed. Appreciated the big bathroom and roomy shower. We asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11.00 am in view of the fact we would have had so little sleep and they said we could which helped us immensely as we had a long drive home that day.

Perfect location for the Helix park in Falkirk. The stunning Kelpies within walking distance and a short drive to the Falkirk Wheel. The hotel is located on a business park and the nearest restaurant (which was excellent) is Cooks bar and restaurant about 20 minutes walk or a few minutes drive. The hotel is clean and modern, reception staff friendly and helpful. The only downside, the double bed is on the small side.

Nice welcome at reception were able to check in earlier than stated on booking as room was ready. Advisd kitchen had fridge and microwave if we wished to use them. Room was very clean bathroom looked like had been refurbished lovely sized shower cubicle. Bath sheets and hand towels changed daily on our stay.
Bed was a double but small we are used to king size but it was confortable. A little moise in mornings due to location on an industrial estate but an ideal spot for the short walk 6 minutes to the kelpies. Reception and house keeping staff were helpful and pleasant. Would use again if visiting this area.

We booked for two nights to see the Keplies and Falkirk Wheel. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the Keplies,
The Premier Lodge is situated on an industrial estate so there aren’t any facilities nearby but we found Bruce’s Taxis very reliable.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and efficient and couldn’t be faulted.
As it seems to be aimed at contractors and visitors to the industrial estate there are good kitchen facilities for self catering if required.
The main problems we encountered were a lack of soap holder in the shower (a pet hate of mine).
As we were on the ground floor G4 it would have been nice to have something like net curtains to the windows to let in light whilst ensuring privacy from the car park and adjacent businesses.
There were no power sockets above the bedside cabinets which would have been nice and fairly easily installed as there’s a half covered socket near the headboard to feed them from.
On the first night we were woken abruptly by a loud noise from a factory nearby but that’s just down to location.
All in all it was a positive stay and I would have rated it five star with some fairly cheap amendments.

Will definitely stay here again, hotel in a random industrial estate; seems odd, but it’s great! It’s so quiet, McDonald’s and M&S just a 3 minute drive away, room is so clean, biscuits and a kettle; what more could you want! Lovely lady on reception desk who is so helpful and friendly, honestly, really surprised at how good it is here!!

Gulls are very loud and make a lot of noise late into the night and again early in the morning. Be aware when staying here if you're a light sleeper that you will most likely be woken up by them.

The receptionist I think Katya… was exceptional…. The room was lovely… just no good for someone in a wheelchair. As the disabled room was booked… only one disabled room out of hundreds is ridiculous in this day and age…. My husband couldn’t use the toilet, the shower. And couldn’t access the sink with the wheelchair, so couldn’t even wash his face….. unbelievable….

Stayed here for one evening whilst at a concert. Can not fault the reception staff member, Katja. She was very helpful in giving us directions, calling a taxi and overall just very friendly. Security guard at night Ian was an absolute gem, he found our extra requests which we asked for (fan and extra pillow) and kept them for us coming back. Very near the Kelpies. 10 minute walk to McDonald's which has a petrol station, grocery store and cafe next to it. 15 minute walk to Cooks Bar and Kitchen which is very good but very busy. You will need a reservation but the front desk staff at the Premier will book for you. In fact, staff are very friendly and super helpful. They will even lend you umbrellas. Very nice stay.

Lovely clean reasonably priced comfortable rooms. A short walk from the Kelpies. Has a microwave downstairs near reception with a seating area that has tables and a tv where people can eat and enjoy time together. We really appreciated the microwave it’s so handy when tired from a busy day and you don’t want to eat out! Makes me wonder why more hotels don’t do this!

Whatever made them decide to put a hotel in the middle of an industrial site? Sure, it’s quiet after 4:30, but it starts noisy again at 6:00 am. No food provision at all and there is nothing close enough to have anything. The staff are lovely though, room is tidy too, spacious and there is a kitchen with microwave you can use

Being that a good night sleep is my priority when travelling I’ll just let others know it was a very hard bed with very thin pillows. For me that resulted in significant pain and a poor nights sleep.
An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a good addition.
