Ample parking, warm welcome from reception. Clean and warm room. Breakfast was busy but plenty of food which was fresh and hot. Staff clearing dining room were excellent and clearing tables super quick. My only slight grumble was the mattress. My husband and I both felt like we were rolling into the middle all night. Apart from that, an excellent stay and a lovely hotel.

Had to make do with cereal, toast and croissants which were all very nice indeed. But would have preferred a hot full english.

Beeakfast was good. Nice variety. Wide had a meal on the evening which she said was really nice.
As a whelchair user, we stayed in an accessible room which was spacious even to move around in the wheelchair.
This is not a criticism but a suggestion for just a slight improvement that would make the room pretty much faultless. There is a slight step into the bathroom from the bedroom. Ideally this could be completely flat.
And also the shower seat is sat to the side and not directly under the the shower.
This would be better placed on the same wall as the shower so you are sat directly under it.
The staff were all polite helpful and friendly.
Overall we enjoyed our stay it is clean tidy and had everything you need.

Only problem I had was there are no radiators in room just an air conditioning fan so it was very cold. I wouldnt stay again in Autumn or winter.

Staff were really helpful, we had a wheelchair user with us and they gave us a slightly bigger family room to make things more manageable. I asked for extra pillows for my daughter and they brought them right up. All staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The lovely lady on breakfast duty was absolutely lovely to my daughter, she actually brought in muffins the next morning for her as they had run out the day before. You have wonderful staff and because of this i would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Always know what you’re getting. Good breakfast and nice pub across car park for evening meals. Clean rooms.

We had a twin room but only one bedside table between the beds. There was easily room for a small shelf on the other side. No need for plugs just somewhere to put phone, kindle, etc.

It’s a no frills stop if you’re only staying in Stirling for a night. It’s located in a business park so the area around it isn’t great and there’s not much to offer close by. Thankfully there is a pub/restaurant in the hotel across the street with a more substantial menu than the bistro downstairs here. Not going to give it top marks, but it is a good, clean place to crash for a night.

Perfect stopover!

An extremely pleasant 2 night stay. The room was very comfortable with super size bed and plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Chair was comfy and everything was spotless. Shower was super!!
The breakfast buffet was laid out very well and the food was delicious, we wanted for nothing! A lovely staff member called Kate went out of her way to help us on a couple of occasions!
The Inn was in a perfect location for our break on our way up to the highlands. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…thank you.

Would never be back.absolute shocking.im in a wheelchair and we were asked at reception if we really needed an accessible room.once in the room the side that I have to sleep at had no bedside cabinet for my ventilator.we were told there was never a cabinet there but my wife had taken pictures to show there was one there.they gave us a moving table for my ventilator that would move if I moved in bed.the bed was so uncomfortable.after speaking with a manager they moved us to another room.i had a bedside cabinet this time with no plug.we had to run an extension cable right under the bed to the other side of the room to get electric.we left one night early.the lady that was on for breakfast was lovely and so helpful.certainly a lot better than the reception staff.we’re going to the same hotel in Chester and have called them and they couldn’t have been more helpful and have gave us 2 rooms interconnecting due to my wife caring for me.they said it was company policy.certainly night and day.we enjoyed our break in Stirling but won’t be staying at this hotel again

At Check-in Tristan did acknowledge me, smile, or look at me when talking to me. The room was cold on arrival because the air conditioning was not working. Reception put a heater in the room but it was obvious this was not a new issue. We saw another heater in the corridor the next morning. We are vegan and had been told by Tristan when I phoned earlier in the day that there would be oat milk and vegan sausages at breakfast. There were neither. I had to drive to Morrisons to buy oat milk for breakfast. The hotel could be good if they fixed the air conditioning and paid more attention to visitors with vegan diets. Soya milk and oat milk are not interchangeable.
