Slightly out of Derry which gives you a very rural overview.
Stayed here a few yers ago and was up to the mark this time.
Due to airline delays arrived 2.5 later than expected butwas met at the door by the friendly hosts. Was showed to my room which had all i needed tea, coffee, a good shower etc.
A very good breakfast to set me up for the Saturday.
A 5 star stay again will hopefully be back at somepoint in the future. Excellent.

I thought the property in August and arrived at 1:30 to find no one living there the whole place locked up I rang the doorbell seven I went to another house on the property where there was a sign go to the Manorhouse where I had already been I rang the phone no one answered I’m a 72-year-old woman travelling by myself and I had a panic attack when I realised that the accommodation I had booked in August was not going to be available I shan’t be using Expedia again and I certainly won’t be recommending grow the house to anyone

Good quality for its price. The hosts were super nice, you feel like staying in someone's house (which is exactly what you're doing). Breakfast was good and the room was nice and warm. The bed was not the best, and the location is convenient when driving, definitely far if you're taking public transportation. They have two houses, one next to the other, we had two rooms, one in each house. Something to have in mind when traveling with family.

Margaret welcomed us with a smile; room shown and we enjoyed a comfortable end to a long day: good sleep after a soccer match/tv in room; great WiFi; garden view; Derry’s town lights twinkling in the dark. All very clean and modern; huge shower and lots of hangers in closet; hot drink tray and cookies in room. Easy to find; easy parking; grounds lovely.
Breakfast good: Irish and continental. Another bed n breakfast that has become a bridge in our 18 day journey. We had toured Derry’s Old City Wall and eaten at Granny Annies; the atmosphere is old style eclectic and just amazing. Dinner was great too. Located @ a statue in intersection on Bishops Street.

Nice place, wonderful water pressure in the shower. Margaret was welcoming and gave an excellent suggestion for dinner nearby (The Cosh Bar and Grill). My arrival I was treated to nice countryside, a warm welcome by the owners and an amazing Manor House, grounds and room. They even offered to house my motorbike for the night so not to get rained on. My bed was super comfy, a warm cosy room, lovely shower. In addition, the family even offered to pick me up some food, as it was so late, whilst they were in town. How nice! Great nights sleep and Margaret cooked me a cracking full Irish breakfast in the morning. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Groarty B and B it was cosy and comfortable. It is situated in a beautiful place with lovely country views though it can be a little tricky if you aren't used to the country roads to access. The breakfast in the AM was fantastic!! Best breakfast we had had in Ireland and very accommodating. The only other thing was the check in was at 5pm which we didn't realise as it was on the last page of our hotel world booking. Overall we loved the place and would stay again.

We were greeted warmly and shown to our room with a truly fabulous view of Londonderry. Breakfast choices and service were excellent. Most wonderful were our hosts who helped us with a flat tire repair, refusing to accept payment for such personal service, and sent us on our way. Just 10 minutes from city and lovely country views

Purpose built guest house with hotel style facilities. Spacious room with walk-in shower in ensuite with useful shower gel and shampoo dispensers. Daily fresh towels if preferred. Tea and coffee making facilities. Ample wardrobe/shelves. Temperature control in room so you can stay comfortable at all times. Ample on site parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to ring ahead and arrive later than advertised cut off for check in. Had very comfortable three nights stay with good breakfast. Car useful although taxis inexpensive. Another guest told me only about £4 from city. Paid more than that for parking in city. Plenty of info in room about sightseeing and staff willing to help.

This hotel is quiet, clean and ticked all of my boxes. Once you find the place, there is plenty of parking and then the owner met me at the front door and showed me round the downstairs before helping me with my bags to my room.
The room was very cosy and warm and I was able to work comfortably from the desk. The bathroom was a wet room and was perfect for me.
Breakfast was excellent and set me up for the day.
