When we arrived 11pm instructions to get into hotel explained very well . When in room couldn’t find remote control for tv .Bed very comfy and large . We were woke up around 4am with the tv turning itself on and off . This kept happening until around 6ish . When we got up open curtains and remote control fell from window very strange . The shower in bathroom
needs updated feels dirty shower head spits everywhere . Coffee machine and breakfast nice touch . Looked to speak to someone in morning but unfortunately no one around . I have contact property to let them know but no one has got back to me . Lovely location

I had a an absolutely fabulous stay at the a Mode Hotel! The bed is so comfortable and staff when I spoke to them were so lovely and friendly. Fab idea having a vending machine too. Love the simplistic aspect and the warm welcome letter you get too. The room had a fantastic coffee machine too. Really fab thank you.

Parked on the street free of charge. Great experience with keysafe and accessing property:rooms. Clean and well thought out rooms. Plenty of tea/coffee and toiletries in the bathroom. Hairdryer, soft chair, dressing table area. Satisfied with grab and go breakfast ( we got a good deal) so had this then went out for breakfast at the Courtyard nearby. Very happy and will stay again and recommend to family and friends. Would prefer lower room rather than 2 flights of stairs due to mobility but overall very enjoyable.Close to bars and restaurants!

Great central location and an overall very comfortable stay. The grab-and-go breakfast was a lovely added bonus that we weren’t expecting. We booked a roomy room and definitely weren’t disappointed — plenty of space and a super comfy bed, which meant we slept amazingly well.

Self check-in was really easy and worked perfectly. We were a bit concerned about noise from the nearby pubs, but surprisingly the room was very quiet, with only a slight background hum.

Cleanliness was good overall, though the room would benefit from a more thorough hoover around the edges. All in all, a great stay and we’d happily return.

The parking was easy outside after 6pm and we were gone by 9am so the restrictions were not an issue. Breakfast was great and the room was very well presented and clean. We have stayed in St Anne’s at the hotel many times and always found the team to be very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Arrived found the entrance quite easily, cardvwas inthe place it should have been. We were o the top floor so a bit of a hike up the various stairs, but it is what it is. Room was excellent, clean, tidy, well laid out. Rang to confirm how we get the Continental breakfast, as we were unsure, spoke to a lovely girl who confirmed it would be left on the hook outside the door in the morning, around 7:30 and we heard it being left. Overall stay was brilliant and would recommend this accommodation both for price and value.

Only downside was noise from nightclub and revellers at weekend as room was directly above.

The hotel has no reception staff. It’s a key card in a combination lock box. It worked well, the room was great, clean and tidy. Decorated nicely. Complementary Nespresso coffee and tea, bath robes and slippers. Walk in shower and the bed was comfy. Right in the middle of Lytham. Great location.

The room was great for one night and although both windows were obscure glass it was still relatively light. The room was a good size and clean. The check in would've been simpler had they got my correct email address but this was rectified by making a quick call. No parking but public parking is not far away and cheap for 24hrs. Great location. Only negative is room 101 is by the access door to the corridor so when other guests were returning from their nights out between 0030 and 2am it was noisy and the door was left to bang shut.

Room position not great.

When booking, the information gave the impression that the room overlooked the square. The room was at the back of the building and had obscured windows. This was obviously because they overlooked the rear of adjacent food premises and their extraction ducts which filled the room with unpleasant smells and emitted loud noise. The warm weather meant that it was necessary to have the windows open but as the noise and unpleasant smells continued into the early hours of the morning it was impossible to sleep, even with the windows closed. The room itself was good. Very clean, nice size, great bed, good shower, great breakfast bag.

The position was quite convenient for us. Bathroom was good, shower floor seemed like it had mildew though.
Room was stifling so we opened the windows particularly at night - only to have horrendous noise until 2am - yes it is a busy area, but if it had been cooler, we could have closed some of the noise off.
A fan was left in the room - unfortunately I felt I could not use it as it was dusty - same with the hairdryer which had dust in the back filter - I have asthma and too much dust can trigger it.
Peephole in the door useless as it is too high!
Packed breakfast was fine.
Not our cup of tea I’m afraid.

The property is a little different the way it is run, you pick your keys up from a box outside using a code number for the box. Reception is not manned and a continental breakfast is hung outside your room in the morning. If you require a English breakfast they have a sister restaurant. This may not suit everyone but for the price and a couple of days away it was fine for us. I would certainly look at staying again.

Have stayed at Mode before, both in Lytham and St Annes. The advantage of Lytham is the proximity to shops and restaurants, however our recent stay was spoilt by the level of noise/music coming from Henry Street which was below our room 107. Would not stay in this side of the hotel again although Mode Hotels are otherwise very good.

Second stay at Mode which is fast becoming our go-to for the events that we occasionally attend in Lytham. Rooms are modern and clean and we really appreciate the Queen size beds which make us feel at home! Also fantastic value for money and communication was spot on. Mode are doing things right.

I've never stayed in a hotel where there's no reception/receptionist before, so getting your room key out of a keysafe, was a bit strange for me, but not a problem. There is no lift in this hotel, so anyone with a heavy suitcase, would have difficulty up all the steps. However, the room itself was lovely. Quite spacious with a coffee machine, tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits and bottled water. There's a fan in the room and an umbrella. The bathroom is a good size with plenty of shelf space for toiletries. The bed was comfy and the room was tastefully decorated. What I found quite quirky was that our continental breakfast was hung on a hook outside our door. The only down side to our stay that despite our room having double glazing, there was music being played till midnight, in a pub nearby, which stopped me from getting asleep as I am quite a light sleeper. Once this stopped, everything was fine!

Great Location!

We were a little hesitant about the method of check- in with no staff there to greet you. However we got instructions the day before about getting your key card and this worked well. Our room was quite spacious and was dual aspect overlooking the main square. On the down side there were no drawers anywhere to put away clothes and the open hanging space was small for two people. In addition one of the main windows had a large crack on the outer pane of the double glazed window. We suspect someone was trying to open the sash window but neither windows would open for fresh air so it was quite stuffy in the night. The bathroom door was a sliding door with no lock and it had a habit of rolling open again after shutting which could be quite embarrassing!! It would have been nice also to have a light over the dressing table area for those wanting to put on make-up. Having said all this it was clean and very central in Lytham. Breakfast arrived at your room at 7:30am every morning as promised but it consisted of one crouissant, with jam or nutella, a yoghurt ,a cereal bar, an apple and small bottle of orange juice. It would have been nice to have a different piece of fruit each day or a different pastry and for £7.95 it was rather expensive for what you got. Despite that we would use this hotel again as it was quirky and very central.
