This is a good property, it is beachfront property so easy access, employees are helpful no other services available. you have to look for your food. Internet was not that great, it is most likely because it is a concrete building!!

Property was amazing. We loved the location and the balcony. Something that was a bit odd to me is that you need to be at least 25 to stay here, which I guess is to each their own, but we were almost turned down if it weren’t for the fact that we live in Maine and are nurses.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful this property was! Everything about it was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part was of course the view and location right on the beach. We loved it so much we decided to change our flights home so we could stay one more night! The staff were so friendly and helpful as well. I am picky about where we stay and let me tell you-you will not be disappointed and are in for a treat!

I loved everything about my stay at Surf Suites. It was welcoming, quiet, clean, pretty inside (decor), had nice, updated kitchen with everything you need to cook. All choices for decor were updated and classy. Two TVs - one in living area and one in bedroom. Bed so comfortable. Nice chairs (looked new) on balcony with gorgeous ocean view! Short path straight to the ocean. Did I say clean? It was clean everywhere. Easy parking. Nice office staff. I particularly like that it is small with less than 20 units. Sixteen, I think. Makes it homey. It's in a beautiful neighborhood of gorgeous beach houses, not gigantic hotels. I loved my stay at The Surf Suites and am already looking at when I can go back.

I was pleasantly surprised by our room which was laid out like a condo with a full kitchen. A separate bedroom with a closet, a linen closet in the bathroom with a nice shower/tub combo. We were on the first floor so not ideal for viewing the beach from the patio, but it was still nice to hear the waves. An easy walk to and from the beach! They even had a place to rinse off before you went back to your room.
Staff was friendly. Checking in and out a breeze! You get a parking pass for your car (which is not extra). Oceanic restaurant is within walking distance as is the pier. A wonderful coffee shop is above a surf shop just across the street.

Ocean front, recently remodeled to almost like-new condition, great free parking, very clean, full size kitchen appliances, all rooms have amazing straight-on ocean view, direct beach access, pool (in season), excellent HVAC System, nice front desk staff, and reasonably priced for a no-frills but very nice hotel (don't let the exterior fool you). I'm usually fairly picky about where we stay, but we will definitely stay here again!

No more hot water in middle of the shower! I call the them, they said oh they got small tank just wait for 30 minutes! Are you kidding? We only have two people, didn’t use dishwasher, and 2nd one shower doesn’t have enough hot water. As $175/ night can’t even offer regular shower water, how good is!

We come to Wrightsville every New Year's for the Wrightsville Polar Plunge at the Crystal Pier. Surf Suites is the perfect location to stay because it is right where the action is! This year, our adult daughters were able to stay with us & got the room right next door, making it convenient to come & go between rooms. We will continue to come back every year as long as we are able! We love the all oceanfront rooms experience & the kind staff.

Vending machines, laundry and a pool but the pool is not heated. Its very quiet so may not be best if you have loud kids. Only negative was there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee.
