The housekeeping schedule is not clear and shouls be explained upon arrival. Supposedly only after every second night, but you can be then pleasantly surpriaed when you don't expect the room to be cleaned and it is...
Expedia advertises that the breakfast is included for $15 per person.
In reality, you then receive at the hotel reception a $15 voucher for the restaurant on site which offers a good breakfast a la carte and then typically requires additional small payment.
My tip: Don't prepay for the breakfast and keep your flexibility.
