I’m trying to get my car out of the parking lot and my car is buried. No one will help get it out, the gentleman that shoveled buried my car more, and there hasn’t been a plow to remove any snow since what seems like early morning. We have to DoorDash to make money to pay for our room, but the car is stuck so we’re screwed.

So our tub is practically in half because the caulk is totally split and not protecting anything. The outlet by our table doesn’t work, so there’s really no point in any of us trying to use the table. The sink in the kitchenette leaks out so we have to wipe around the faucet every time we use it. Our floors were VERY dirty when we came and there’s no broom or dustpan in here, so I can’t really clean other than wiping down the floor. I shouldn’t have to do that initially, but would do the upkeep if I had the ability to. The single chair in the room is broken. When we opened the fridge there was old cheese and lettuce stuck to the fridge. That shouldn’t be my job to clean. There are a lot of issues in the room, but there’s nothing outside that I can complain about.

Looking for a refund last night the hotel had the fire alarm go off at 3:00 in the morning and woke everybody up.

It rang for 15 minutes and I was about ready to leave for McDonald's before they shut it off.

Good for the price remodeling is going on right now and we were in a room in between 2 that were being worked on. Very noisy until 1 am. We didn’t complain They seem very nice at the Front Desk. The other Hotels close are 2&1/2 times more than this hotel.
Good for the Value. Dinner at the Happy Moose right next door.

The lady went and check the room and basically called me a liar and said it wasn't clean I have numerous years of cleaning and it was gross and it was stinky. She didn't even want to get us another room and her manager said to give us different room. She was not very nice about it he had an attitude. The room wasn't to bad, but needs a deep clean. The parking is good and well lite. The bed was very noisy every time I turned it was known. It wasn't to loud had the normal noises coming from other people. A lot of peope sitting outside enjoying the weather. Staff was friendly as always. Plenty of walkable restaurants and activities. Safe neighborhood. Will stay here again.

The staff was friendly as always. Location is great and parking is great. The room wasn't the best. The bathroom needs redone and the whole room needs some paint and new flooring. The air/heating unit needs cleaned it had a weird smell when on. The bed was comfortable and the area is quiet had a great night sleep. Disgusting. Got to hotel after 3pm. The room assigned to us was not clean, had pizza boxes on dresser and bedding in floor. Asked for another room and the room we got was supposedly freshly cleaned…it was not clean by any means! I have photos. We are not the type to cause a ruckus so we cleans the room ourself and stayed. NEVER AGAIN! I will be emailing corporate and sending them photos!

Very disappointing. The best thing about this stay was a pleasant front desk clerk. The clerk was very helpful and apologetic about the condition of my room upon check in. I worked at this location when it was Studio 6. The rooms were much better. I thought that since it's under a new name that it would be even better.... but I was wrong I read reviews before booking and they seemed okay but those must be fake. This place is horrible. From broken televisions and lamps to backed up sinks and a room that smelled of car urine, this was a disaster. There was so much going on that I didn't even bother to complain anymore, I just took pictures.

A quick exit from this place

The place looked nice, front desk area look amazing but once you enter the rooms it was barely clean, trash was left at the front door before we even got there, bathroom sink was clogged from trash and the pipe was leaking. The bed was very uncomfortable that we went to buy new sheets and the room was very hot. So we turned on the air conditioner and after I woke up from a nap I was drenched in sweat because the air conditioner did not work properly. The experience was so bad we left in the first 3-4 hours to get a new place. I do not recommend this place for a vacation.

Stayed for a weekend, the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet. All the staff were friendly, the a/c worked fantastic on a 90+ degree weekend, the fridge and freezer were both cold, we didnt use the stovetop, but noticed there are no pans for anyone planning to, the microwave worked fine, shower was hot, no carpets which we liked, bed linens were fresh and clean, no complaints about the room at all. We would stay again.

I was a bit surprised this was a Choice Hotel. It is a functional place for getting sleep and taking care of necessaries. Have a kitchenette was nice, but most components of the place were outdated, included the bed. Again, it served its purpose, and perhaps the price range dictated the situation. Also, we felt that the floor wasn't clean as far as a deep clean. It was swept, but it wasn't spic and span. One of the kitchen drawers wasn't clean either. So, we had a good sleep, but it wasn't the most enjoyable stay. We were able to take a walk, and there are plenty of sidewalks and places to walk. There are also many restaurants available and a nearby grocery.

Booked a room with 2 double beds. Checked in paid went to the room, 1 queen bed! So I went back to the front to find out they had no rooms avaliable with 2 beds. So they proceeded to bring me a mattress to throw on the floor! My step dad also got a room his was not cleaned at all. Smelled like cat urine and there was urine all over the wall in the bathroom! I dropped my keys behind the dresser. When I pulled it out to get them it was so much trash, dirt and toys behind and under the dresser. The lobby looked and smelled better than the room. I was under the impression that it was a hotel when I booked. No! It’s an extended stay motel. The bed was sunken in and very uncomfortable. The food that was being cooked in the room next door kept making me sick. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

The good things were: no evidence of bedbugs, clean sheets and pillow cases, clean white towels ,etc. except for the human hair embedded in a washcloth, and secure locking devices. Worst hotel ever seen.

The room was filthy. Floors were tile that were sticky and could not take off our shoes. Bathtub had grungy film and black curly hairs. When I wiped it with hand towel it turned the towel black. Toilet had fecal ring and had not been cleaned. The floor in bathroom was not only dirty but had kids stickers stuck too it. The kitchen sink cabinet was rotten and the doors were hanging loose. We had to stand on the bed and clean the greasy hanging cobwebs off the ceiling as we did not want them falling on us in the night. The dead bolt on the door would not lock. In 50 years of traveling we have never seen anything so disgusting. Only sheer exhaustion and lack of funds prevented us from moving on. Got a few much needed hours of sleep and got out of there.

For the rates that they charged, it is a great deal. They supply you with your basic needs just like any other hotel. Microwave, large fridge, even a stove! Only thing I didn't like or that caused inconvenience was that the bathroom in the room I stayed in, the trim on the door was coming loose so the door wasnt fully secured. The other thing that was kind of annoying was that my keycard kept needing to be reactivated, but the staff was always kind when I asked to get it reactivated. I am not a picky person so this place was perfect for me. Many restaurants very close by. Smokey Bones is an amazing one for some great BBQ food. If you are uptight and expect a million amenities for less than $100, then this place is not for you.

There was no kitchen supplies! No pots, no dishes, no cutlery, absolutely nothing! So the kitchen was useless! We were there for a whole week and our room was never serviced. We had to ask for towels every time. The shower rod was bent so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The carpet was DIRTY so much it was discolored. Noisy neighbors with paper thin walls, had to call front desk at 1 am and ask for them to make them be quiet! Outlets wouldn’t even hold my charger, it kept falling out of the outlet. A ton of flies all over the room, there were what appeared to be blood stains on the table, wall and shower. Mosquitos were also in the room. Room hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in a while. If you want a cheap option and feel you are staying in a room where someone was murdered, stay here. I know it is a motel and what to expect but this was bad even for a motel.

I booked (2) rooms to attend funeral. The pics of this room are not a true indication of the actual condition of the rooms. The room was dirty, security lock barely hanging on...making room not safe or secure. The loose lock flipped on itself and locked us out. We were unable to get in our room. The shower surround wall was cracked with unsightly mold. I was traveling with elderly parents and the toilets move and rocked when you sat down. Towel wedged in back of toilet to attempt stability. There was an \"Inch of space\" under door leading directly to parking lot. Anything could crawl under and enter room. Stains on sheets. Toilet and bathroom counter were \"child height\" very low to floor causing discomfort to knees and back for normal height adults. \"Non-smoking\"room smelled of smoke. Dirty floors as mentioned in other reviews. Entire property is in need of repair and renovation. I complained to mgr upon checkout. She seemed very open towards assisting hotels.com with allowing partial refund for our inconvenience but once we left she became uncooperative.

The service is terrible, I had a reservation several weeks in advance for 5 nights and when I arrived to check in they told me that they could not honor my reservation. They wanted to charge me for the stay per night and with the price terribly increased by the eclipse. The manager is not present at the hotel and if you call her the call is transferred to the hotel, there is no way to contact her. Horrible place, I recommend not using this place even if it is the last place in the world. The administration is super dishonest!

Bad business. Made a reservation 6 weeks in advance, paid, and when I try to check in the day of they were sold out and didn't have a room for me. The business will take your reservation and payment, but will give rooms to whoever shows up first. Why bother taking reservations then?
