No water or drinks in the entire hotel. No towels available had to ask several times and the rooms were filthy. Parking felt very unsafe with numerous questionable people walking the parking lot during all times of the night. The salt bars seem like they were from World War II and smelt like it as well. Also, a little afraid about the caution tape on the second floor from a fire two years ago.

The only thing decent was the beds (mattresses). The frames had broken pieces and there were no blankets. Housekeeping only left 1 set of towels and there were 2 of us. We had to clean the TV remote. The bath fill nozzle was rusted thru and the tub was horrible - caulk was moldy (plus side, water was very hot and pressure was decent). The plug for the hair dryer was broken. The furniture was broken. Heater unit, mini-frig and tv were all good. No tissues and no ice bucket. Didn't realize until we got there we paid about twice as much as it was worth.

When entering the parking lot you can barely tell it’s a hotel, some windows have boards on them, it looks run down and certain parts of the levels were closed. We didn’t even stay here because when I walked in another customer complained about the smell of cigarette smoke and burn holes in the carpet.

I spent multiple nights at this hotel due to the price and my current living situation. There’s roaches there is multiple multiple multiple water leaks all throughout the building, including the hallways rust stains on the floor. The front desk gave me a dirty cleaning towel because there was no fresh lines at all, not washed and definitely not in my room and try to tell me that it was a bleach That I smelled when it was clearly yellow and discolored.

there was windows duct tape shut. There’s windows with duct tape holding the glass into the frame. There is disconnected drain pipes under the sink, which were screwed close so you couldn’t see inside of it. The man that works the night shift wears no shoes while working in the front desk it is the most mismanaged poorly ran establishment. I’ve ever been to in my entire life and I’m not exaggerating. They have maintenance wanted and housekeeping wanted signs hung on the front desk window. I have done multifamily maintenance for 10 years. My wife is on housekeeping for multiple years. We both offered them to work for them in which they offered me a room at a discounted rate of $40 and I would have to work off the rest of the dollars doing things around the motel. And he offered my wife five dollars per room to clean we walked in and there’s so many times that it smelled like different odd and disgusting things. There is boarded up windows. There’s doors left wide open on the exterior the building zero out of 10. -10 out of 10.

Top floor looks condemened, caution tape leading to maybe where a pool used to be. 1 room the Ceiling tile over tub was postioned where it would have fell soon, had to fix. Window was wide open in one room and unlocked in another. One room's floor was disgusting, and room smelled bad. Overall unclean in both rooms did not take off shoes. Only given 2 towels in one room for 2 rooms with 6 ppl, asked for more didnt receive. Plus side air worked and beds comfy. Will not go back, do not recommend staying here.

There wasn't anything to like. The hotel was under some major renovations and really shouldn't have been receiving guests. The mattress on the bed was great but the foundation on the bed was either broken or off center. There was one towel and no wash cloths and when asked for some staff sent down shower rugs. The fridge and microwave were in good working order. The drapes barely covered the windows. All in all it was a miserable night.

Room neat but not efficient; no safety latch on door, had to choose between plugging up the TV or the microwave because the TV cord was not long enough/didn’t fit the TV in order to use another outlet. Seemed more like an apartment building or a space for people to live. There was someone outside slumped sleeping, just a bad vibe or unsafe/suspicious behavior in parking lot. Not to mention the sore eye construction going on.

The pool doesn't work, the upper floors are blocked off with broken windows that are boarded up, NO COFFEE OR BREAKFAST, my room didn't have a microwave however it had a full size refrigerator from 40 years ago. The smell of burning rubber as apparently one of their workers cooking dinner in his room... and I couldn't get a microwave...
My room looked like someone was murdered in it previous to my arrival.
The bathroom is horrible, look at the bathtub and shower... my sink dripped all night long...
There is no way this property should be operating.

THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. Buyer beware! The pictures on the listing may have been from this hotel in the past, but this is not what you will see when you enter. The man at the desk was very nice, but the hotel is half boarded up and filthy. The room had water damage with mold and peeling paint and the bathtub was black with mold. This place should be condemned. I feel like I am obligated to call the Heath Department for an inspection. There is no way this is a legally-operating hotel. There is no sign on the building. When I put the name into my phone for directions it said PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I called the desk to confirm my reservation and it seemed legit, but something felt way off. My suspicions were confirmed as soon as I walked in. After 2 minutes in the room we got the H out of there and I threw the keycards in the basket on the front desk as we left. I felt dirty and actually very scared and I didn't even try to get a refund. I just had to get out of this place. I have never seen anything like this and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world. I couldn't take any pictures of the conditions as my only concern was my safety and getting out of there as quickly as possible. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Horrible. No wifi as advertised and owner refused refund. I needed that for business! Thankfully, Hotels.com refunded fully, after some resistance. Bad smell in room and lobby. Nearly all the second floor windows were boarded up, with no explanation given.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Checking in process was easy. The gentleman that helped my boyfriend and me check in was so nice and helpful. But once we got into the room is where the stars start getting deleted from 5 to 0. We walked into the room and immediately saw a hole in the wall. Then we continued to walk into the room and saw another hole in the wall. Walked to the bed to look at the bedding, multiple burn marks in the comforter and also stains. My boyfriend and I decided to take a shower after being at the airport all morning, toilet seat disgusting, mold on the shower curtain, and also the grab bar was not screwed in properly, hanging off the wall. We grabbed the towels off the bathroom sink to shower with and the towels were wet. We asked for new sets and they only wanted to give us 1 set. When he gave us that set, those were wet as well. We went to talk to the front desk about getting a refund, we spoke to a different gentleman and he was so rude. Told us that he couldn’t refund us both nights because the room was used. Other people that checked in before us had the same problem. She said she had been switched 5/6 rooms because of the rooms being disgusting. In the end we got a full refund but I do not suggest this place.

The pictures lie. Half the building is closed off, the rooms are small and unkept. There was water damager on the ceiling and missing ceiling panels. There were strange stains on the sheets, pillows and floors. The bathroom floor was sticky and the tub was peeling and leaking. There were chicken bones in the trash can and a used bandage on the counter by the sink. There was no remote for the tv and a sketchy door that led to the next room. We only saw ONE staff member during our entire stay and he was not present most times. The hotel is located BEHIND an abandoned building, which confused the gps. There are multiple borded up windows, pot holes in the lot and needles laying in the walkways outside. Also, the hotel messed up my reservation. They assigned us a room that someone was already in. And since most the building was closed there was only ONE room available (see above description). We traveled over 11 hours to get there just before 1 in the morning to first be told i dont have a reservation and then to be told aomeone was in my reseved room. The man at the desk treated it as if it was our fault thinking i had someone check in for me even when i had called ahead of time to let them know when id be there. Then he proceeded to say there are no rooms and nearly left us with nowhere to stay(i had called the surrounding hotels to check availability after we found out someone was in our room). The entire experience was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The road entrances had deep trenches. The windows on the second floor were boarded up. The outdoor entrance canopy was being upgraded. The lobby seemed nice enough. The first room had a broken bed and stained bathtub and carpets. The second room was better but smoke detector was removed and TV didn't work (was informed about this though). The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful enough when there was a computer issue preventing checkin.

Do not stay here!!! The photos show the only halfway decent parts of the place. The room was nasty, had water damage, and the tub was so bad that I couldn’t take a shower even. There is NO POOL OR BREAKFAST. Someone’s dirty underwear was under the bed along with old water bottles, balloons, and various other trash. Had I not spent my last money booking the room I would have went somewhere else but I was stuck.

No one was working the front desk. Stood at the desk over a half hour trying to check in and no one came to help. Tried calling the phone while standing at the desk and no one came to answer the phone either. Once finally checked in the room was disgusting. The tub was brown, stains on the sheets, cracks and holes in the windows, rips in the chairs, no smoke detector, etc. I checked back out within 20 minutes i refused to stay there.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. It was under construction on one side of the building with yellow tape up. The room had mold on the ceiling, broken towel, tissue, and toilet paper holders (with no toilet paper in it), gross carpet, boarded up broken windows, broken tv stand, holes in the walls of the room with paint splatters to try to cover them, and a filthy air conditioning unit that I was too afraid to turn on. It was the worst room I’ve ever seen in the United States. I can’t believe it’s permitted on this site. The pictures and website information are all made up lies! There is no pool or breakfast. The place is disgusting. I can’t believe that it passed inspections! I will not be using Hotels.com in the future!

The furniture was not only old but also broken, making the room feel neglected and unsafe.

Cleanliness was horrendous, with bugs crawling around, adding to the discomfort.

Cockroaches in the room made the environment unbearable and unhygienic.

The washroom had a water leak that created a constant mess and further added to the frustration.

The place had a shady vibe, making it feel unsafe, especially for families.

Improper lighting made the already unpleasant stay even worse.

This motel is an absolute disaster and a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs.

We walked into our room and left immediately.

Blood stained mattress, mold in multiple spots of the room, mold in the nightstand, mold in the bathroom, hole in the wall with a q-tip sticking out, stains on everything including walls, broken door locks, bathroom looks like it was broken into, all the metal was rusted everywhere, toilet not even cleaned, boarded up windows everywhere, caution tape in the lobby.

I’m pretty sure this place must have had the roof collapse at some point because there was water damage all over the ceiling in the room and common areas.

BED BUGS!!! BEWARE

I was willing to forgive the dirty bathroom and the leaky AC that made the room smell like mildew, but my family woke up in the middle of the night with bug bites on our arms and legs. We left immediately. Ruined Everything. And when I told the staff why we were leaving he didn't seem surprised at all. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.
