All in all a great stay but they need to do something about their parking system. Several times, the automatic arm would not raise to let me out of lot and I would have to re-park, go back inside and have someone at the desk address the issue. Kind of annoying...😆

The hotel was ok. The price must've strictly been based on location (which wasn't that great). Parking was absolutely horrible. My room still had the used washcloths from the previous guest. The room was mediocre at best. It's 2026...how do you not have a sofa, usb connections, and airport shuttle service for your guest. For close to $1K for 3 nights, Hilton left a lot to be desired.

We requested an accessible room due to my husband’s needs. They sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. Then sent us to a cleaned room that was not accessible, but was ok. Did give us a breakfast upgrade. Could not find any ice machines that worked; needed ice for husband’s injury. Parking lot was close to entrance-a nice feature. Breakfast was good; in-house restaurant had decent service and food. Quick access to downtown. Overall, would stay here again.

The coffee pot in the room was too small to meet our needs, and the hotel did not provide complementary coffee downstairs. You had to pay a lot of money at the small convenience area, or you had to buy the $18 breakfast to get coffee.

No fan in the bathroom.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly! We got up to the 4th floor and you could smell marijuana through the halls. Our room door would not easily open due to excessive paint on the door and the door frame. Each time we came and went, we literally had to put our shoulder into the door to open it. A small child out woman might be stuck in that room during an emergency. Arm chair in the room was filthy, the comforter on my bed had a weird brownish/reddish stain, maybe a burn from the dryer, but maybe worse. The location was great considering we were a 8 minute walk to the stadium.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Location is perfect, as we were attending both Indians and Cavaliers games, which are minutes walks from the hotel. Staff is friendly, check-in was timely (no long lines) and the room was exactly what we expected.

We did not have our room cleaned after night 1, which was a surprise. Maybe that was the policy, but I assumed we would comeback from a day out to made beds.

Also, breakfast didn't start until 7am. My son and I were out at 6:30 both mornings, and we couldn't even get a cup of coffee.

That said, I would stay here again. Location was just too good, and everyone was friendly.

3 starts only because It’s great if you’re going to a game very close walking distance. But the hotel is old and outdated, elevators are slow and no more than 6 people on at a time. Our sheets didn’t fit the bed and shorted us towels. Most importantly bring your own pillow, we even requested extra and they were lacking. Would expect a lot more for the $$$$

my original room was in very poor shape. it was handicapped accessible and seems like it hadn't been looked at in a while. the door lock appeared to work (turned green) but door wouldn't open on first 4-5 tries. eventually got it open w/ a big shove! Vertical blinds did not cover the window (weird cut out maybe where an old window AC used to be?) but the bigger issue was that the shower had no shower curtain and no shower head. A handheld showerhead makes sense for accessibility room - but it was totally missing. Just a hanging metal garden hose and not shower curtain. i called the front desk 4 times w/ no response and eventually walked down to ask for a different room. The desk attended seemed very surprised at my report of the shower issue and did find me a different room, but all this wasted almost an hour of time i had planned to be using to prep for my work presentation the next morning

The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. A couple of things though: the door to the room was hard to open . It stuck to the jamb and the floor. The door handle to the bathroom was loose. Besides that it was great. I liked the parking arrangement. Very smooth and easy.
If not for the door issues, I would give this place a 5 star review.

But this hotel was a baseball Lover's Dream. It is barely on the same back as Progressive Field. With a parking lot attached to the hotel for safe keeping. The room was beautifully designed enough for four people easy. But the true best part is it is a 5-minute walk directly to the stadium. And it was cold the day we were there so a warm hotel lobby was welcoming.

I informed the young man at the front desk that when we turned the heat on it smelled like burnt. He immediately switched our room. Thank you so much. It made a difference for my family and I to being able to sleep without any worries. I also called them because we were held up at the car rental place and they held our belongings until we got that. This was a great place to stay. Thank you!!

Take my advice and don’t go to this hotel. We booked it because it was right by the stadium. It was not safe or secure, staff member busted our room door open at midnight while we were asleep. They double booked our room. It was a total mess. We couldn’t sleep all night and then they apologized for the inconvenience they caused like an apology would fix it. We are never booking Hilton ever again because of this trauma they caused us experience.

This was by far my most disappointing Hilton stay. The room didn’t even look neat when we entered. We had to go seven floors down to get water. We stayed four nights and our room wasn’t even cleaned once. The beds were left unmade and what’s the worst is that the trash wasn’t even picked up from our room on any day. There was a random knock one day and a lady gave us water. Breakfast staff was very good but the food was below average for the pricing ($16) . The two stars is only for the breakfast staff.

The staff here is noting but fantastic. Weve stayed hwre twice in the past 3 months. Both times were great. We come up from wayne county ohio to watch cleveland sports. This location is nice as its walking discrance from rocket arena and progressive field. 4th street isnt too far of a walk either. We had a small issue with our room on our 2nd stay. We talked to the front desk and they immediately took care of it. 10 out of 10 very happy.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I can’t emphasize enough how kind they were. The property on the other hand is kinda rough with old appliances/tvs and no tv guide. The breakfast was an extra charge, and the area was kinda out of the way for what was charged. Also, this is not a comment on my rating of the place merely a note for people considering staying there; the few shops that were nearby weren’t open.

Parking is absolutely horrible. If you have a bigger SUV or truck there’s not much room if you don’t have a handicap tag.
$4.50 for a coffee from a keurig is ridiculous!!
Room was decent, honestly very quiet. Beds were just okay not super comfortable but not awful.

We were disappointed with our stay because the hot tub/spa was not working, and there was no mention of this on the website or at booking. The spa was the main reason we chose this hotel. My husband was having surgery the next day, and all he wanted was to relax in the hot tub beforehand, which unfortunately wasn’t possible. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel. Transparency about amenities would have made a big difference.
