The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I can’t emphasize enough how kind they were. The property on the other hand is kinda rough with old appliances/tvs and no tv guide. The breakfast was an extra charge, and the area was kinda out of the way for what was charged. Also, this is not a comment on my rating of the place merely a note for people considering staying there; the few shops that were nearby weren’t open.

We did not utilize most amenities. Tried to go to the bar and it closed 45 minutes early. Did the buffett, food good our waitress Gina not so much. The rest of the staff was all very very good!.

Room was decent. I immediately noriced candy left over on the table between the beds. $43 to park for the weekend was insane. $18 per person for their breakfast was crazy too. Ok stay. Beds were comfy. Location was good.

Parking is absolutely horrible. If you have a bigger SUV or truck there’s not much room if you don’t have a handicap tag.
$4.50 for a coffee from a keurig is ridiculous!!
Room was decent, honestly very quiet. Beds were just okay not super comfortable but not awful.

We were disappointed with our stay because the hot tub/spa was not working, and there was no mention of this on the website or at booking. The spa was the main reason we chose this hotel. My husband was having surgery the next day, and all he wanted was to relax in the hot tub beforehand, which unfortunately wasn’t possible. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel. Transparency about amenities would have made a big difference.

Family friendly and convenient to the arena that we walked to. Staff was very friendly. Not sure if it was mentioned or not prior to booking but i wasnt aware prior to that it would cost ~22$ for parking. Stinks that we had to pay to park at the hotel we wefe staying in. So that would be my only negative mention. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The hotel was pretty cool, easy access off the interstate and easy to and from other venues. Staff was attentive and very personable and the environment was just a relaxed feel. Also, the building is pretty cool, kinda old and rustic on the outside. Only one bad thing, constant kid presence in the pool all the way to closing time. We were hoping for adult hours to actually enjoy the pool.

Hotel is located in a good location to where I needed to be. Parking was convenient and room was clean. Only issue is my sink wasn’t draining. The staff menber was friendly and switched my room right across where I was. In the new room, washroom faucet was very slow and toilet had issues flushing. Didn’t escalate as I was tired from my trip plus already know there was no maintenance in house to resolve. Maybe have a plumber move around vacant rooms to do regular check ups. Decent stay though so thanks.

We actually left a day early because we got there the hot tub was broke the second day the pool and hot tub were down my wife tried asking about it and both ladies were ignoring her.and just laughing. Now i have a autistic son and it seemed as if they were laughing at him. So i went to talk with them both at the counter and they were being very rude so I let them know i would be contacting corporate, which inturn they said I don't care and started laughing again. Disappointed that we were not aware that the hot tub was out of service or that the restaurant was not open on a Sunday. I know it said select days but would have been helpful to know that. The elevator was acting up on the morning we left. We had to ask for multiple shower things, i.e. towels, shampoo soap, etc

I am an extremely experienced traveler and spend roughly 200 nights per year in hotel rooms all around the planet for the past nearly 30 years. I rarely complain and am very much a choose your battles type of person. The staff was friendly enough, but this place was dirty, mold in the bathroom, terrible draft coming through the HVAC unit. The only reason we booked this room was for the jacuzzi which was broken. The pool was so gross looking I wouldn't let my dog swim in it. $20 per night for parking and the parking lot wasn't even plowed in the middle of a bad weather weekend. Ruined my dress shoes. My advice would be stay up the street at the comfort inn for 1/3 the price and five times the amenities and comforts. Don't fall for this place just for the Hilton name. This was the least Hilton Hilton property I've ever stayed at.

The hot tub was not working, we waited 5 hours for extra linens for the couch bed, there’s blood on the linens on one of the beds, there’s something on the curtains in the bedroom, there’s mold on the ceiling above the shower head, there’s hair on the ceiling above the bath tub, they tried to charge me for break fast when it was already prepaid with our trip and the desk person wanted to argue about it with me before even checking.

We were woken up twice by hotel staff. Once from someone knocking on the door because they thought a lightbulb needed changed and one 8am phone call with a prerecorded message about hotel amenities. The room had zero USB plugs anywhere. I haven’t been in a hotel room without USB plugs since 2010. Every hotel has at least one in a lamp, alarm clock, or even the desk.

The hot tub was closed and the pool looked dirty. Our toilet was leaking and had a bad smell, and the bathroom was covered in hair somehow. Very odd. We also had issues each time we left/came back with the parking gate. Despite talking to the front desk 3 times we still had to call all but twice to be let in or out. Very inconvenient.

We booked this specific hotel because it had a jacuzzi and it was not working!! We could have picked a cheaper hotel, but we paid more because this place had a jacuzzi. Very disappointed that we paid for an amenity that we couldn’t even take advantage of. I wish the hotel had notified me to let me know it wasn’t operable so I could have canceled and booked somewhere else.

Our stay was okay, the area around the hotel is more on the outskirts of downtown and isn’t close to much. Breakfast food variety could be better but the bar/restaurant had great food and service in the evening. The parking lot situation could have been explained, there was no direction on how to enter/exit daily. The room was okay, pillow cases were dirty and the toilet had a weird issue when running but overall it wasn’t a bad stay 3/5
