I arrived on a Friday it was busy but we got checked in immediately the lady at the front desk greeted me assured I had a nice room and if I needed anything feel free to let staff know I got to my room which was on the 31st floor it was nice and clean with a beautiful view it was an amazing stay will return again

We were visiting for an event in the convention center, and this is the most convenient place for that by far. It's also very close to the Rock 'n Roll HoF and Great Lakes Science Museum, as well as to the football stadium. The neighborhood is not the most walkable, and it's far from some of Cleveland's other attractions, like the Art Museum, but it's good for what it is.

The staff was great. Cleanliness of room was not what I expect from a Hilton. There was hair (not from someone's head) in our sink. I got the magnifying mirror out, it was dusty, sticky and had fingerprints on it. Our drawers had hair and lint in them. Valet did a great job getting our car when we called for it. Location was good.

To start, it was $198 dollars. I was expecting a top floor room with the best view. We did not get either of those. Then when I got there, the only 2 options for parking was $50 or $60 dollars? I wasn’t told that. There was literally nothing in the hotel room, not even a microwave. The bathroom sick drained extremely slowly to where it made it hard to brush my teeth and get ready in the morning. I was very upset with the amount of money I spent on this room and what I got. I will not be going back there.

The view was gorgeous! The staff was very friendly, plenty of elevators so no wait time, and the location is close to several tourist activities.

Cons: The check-in is later than other places and still has a wait. The menu options are very very limited. The food is overpriced and not worth it. A small omelette and breakfast burrito was over 40$. The valet is 60$ /day. I did not use valet. The WORST part is that they lock out 100$ additional dollars per day. One week stay is an additional 700$. So even though I didn’t use valet etc. I didn’t have a significant chunk of money planned for activities and it was a Christmas gift for my husband. With the money held, I still had to purchase breakfast. They do not accept cash. There is clause on your privacy hotel tag that states the staff can go through your room every 24 hours.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The room and hotel were clean, the staff was friendly, and the gym is great! The valet parking and self parking option is rare and the self parking was underground tunnel access from the hotel was nice with the colder weather and kids. The only downsides were the pool area being very warm while the pool water itself was freezing cold—staff said they would look into it—and the charging ports in our room not working for some reason. Overall, a very positive experience with just a few small things to note.

Coming in to check in I parked out front and immediately greeted by valet. They were a little pushy and unprofessional as they were trying to push you to use them. I declined and said i am doing self park. They sighed and told me they need my keys while checking in. However there was 2 other people there doing the same thing and they only took my keys. Self Parking is $50 across the street in an underground parking ramp. Valet is $60 per day plus tip.

Check in was easy and quick. Lobby and bar/lounge areas were also clean. I asked to use a luggage cart and declined the need of help of the bellhops so I was stared and they asked how long I needed it and i said 10min. I felt like I had to ask permission to use the hotel's luggage carts

Room was clean, average size, no complaints.

Pool was loud and echoes. A bunch of kids were in there playing and it was rough to not get a headache. Towels readily available and pool area was clean. Wish there was more space and tables to grab a bite to eat while kids are swimming.

Bar/lounge area was clean with lots of tv's. Scott the bartender provides amazing service and is very personable. Prices were very high for drinks and food. Very limited menu, food was average and definitely not worth the price. $24 for a cheeseburger and fries was a bit much.

Location itself is nice. Walking distance to most activities downtown.

All in all I think the biggest issue with this hotel is it seems like a huge money grab.

The bathroom plumbing was bad had. To have maintenance come fix toilet, asked for a wheelchair and that took 25 min. We asked to have trash picked up from outside our door and that was finaly picked up upon us checking out,also bathroom door handle was broke.and appeared the wall in rhe bathroom had been punched. In conclusion the veiw was fabulous.

We tried to check in before the Browns football game, but was told it wasn’t an option. After the game, we waited in a line for over 40 minutes. And then - we were told we were going to be “upgraded” for the inconvenience and our patience. But instead, we were given a smaller room than what was initially booked.

One should expect excellence from a Hilton of course, but, although my stay was excellent, I was somewhat surprised at the absence of a microwave and average television channels. I also requested a wake-up call and didn’t get it. If I hadn’t set the alarm on my phone as a back-up, I probably would have missed my flight. Trust everyone, but “cut the cards”.

Stayed at this Hilton for the first time after a Browns game. Check-in was very busy and took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but with that many people checking in at once, it still went smoothly. I was able to get the room I wanted — high floor with a lake view, which was great.

The front desk staff was helpful and gave good recommendations on where to eat since the hotel restaurant was extremely packed. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Our room was clean, well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable.

Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were in town for a Bills game and chose this hotel because it was conveniently located across the street from the stadium. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the young lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly. The room was cute and cozy and very clean thankfully. If you have a few extra dollars, I’d definitely recommend checking out the breakfast buffet. They had this bread pudding that was delicious! We chose to self park in their parking ramp and there’s a tunnel that leads you to the hotel which was awesome because it was freezing outside lol. We really enjoyed our stay, just might make it out spot whenever we’re in town!

This Hilton Hotel is very impressive right from walking in the door. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. Live music on the second floor. I mistakenly only booked for one night and I needed two nights. Clint was able to procure my second night, I was extremely grateful. The room is very clean with plenty of room. We were in Cleveland for volleyball at the convention center with a convenient indoor connection. Friday night check in was crazy The half circle drive up to unload had us waiting on the street to gain access. We chose valet parking for $10.00 extra. I would bring a sound machine as you can hear everything in the hallway. Overall it was a great experience.

I stayed 2 nights on the 31st floor. It's overall a nice hotel. It's really close to the Browns stadium and right next to the convention center. Our room had a nice view of the city. It's not really in the happening part of the city though. Not many restaurants in decent walking distance if that's important to you. I had a bad experience with the valet staff, specifically a rude employee named Aaron. It left a bad feeling on my stay. Customers shouldn't have to deal with rude staff at a hotel of this caliber. Management acted concerned with my issue and compensated me appropriately, but still a shame to end an otherwise lovely trip with that incident.
