I check in around 3:30pm & checked out around 9pm! The room smelled like pot! The floor was dirty but i just needed to sleep so i stayed. People hanging out in the parking lot drinking & smoking pot so i went to the office & the guy told me \" i already told them to be quiet theres nothing i can do\" i suggested he call the police i really needed to sleep. 15 mins later , nothing was done so i left! 20 mins later, after i was driving back to Indianapolis, he call suggesting i take a different room....rediculous! Red roof is off my travel plans!

I wanted the 1st floor because of a leg injury and I didn’t get it. The volume on my TV couldn’t be adjusted because the TV nor remote wouldn’t work so I literally watched TV with CC the entire stay. Heater made noise that woke me up out of my sleep, I had to get a new key everyday, which was annoying.

Very courteous and kind front desk service. The room was a nice size. Lights over the beds or on the wall didn’t work. I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a small coffee pot but the Starbucks was around the corner. No room service to replace washcloths but was only there 2 nights.

Don't stay here!!

We were in Cleveland for a concert so only staying 1 nite. After we got back from the concert at midnight it was shower time. Long story short only 1 person took a shower because the shower would not drain. We waited but it was getting late and we fell asleep. I got up at 3 to use the bathroom. A lot of crawly critters in there and the toilet wouldn't flush. 10 the next morning there was still 3-4 inches of water. There was also several older men just hanging around the area that gave my girls and I the creeps.

Your hotel is horrible

My wife and I frequent this hotel often over 5 years. This time we were giving a key to someone else's room thank goodness they were not there.
My toilet was clogged,burnt outlets, torn towels the TV didn't work right... Plus the hotel serviced prostitutes and drug dealers all nite. We will not be returning.

Red Roof, was not a good experience, I wanted to just leave, Blankets and sheets did not look good, Toilet did not flush properly, the power went out for about 5 minutes. I just really was not comfortable there a lot of noise from the outside and this was off and on all night long. Checking in, the guy at the front desk hygiene was really bad, he took my ID card and rubbed it on his smelly shirt, through my ID up in the air, in which I really did not appreciate. I was glad I only paid for overnight stay, I wanted to leave in the middle of the night but I stuck it out until 5:00am and I was gone.

Don't stay here! It's not worth your safety

Well to start, there was too much riffraff at night and we didn't feel safe at night. The \"party girls\" were everywhere. One room in particular had some major yelling going on. We didn't sleep good that first night. We had issues with our main door not opening when we used our key card. The back wall where the head of the beds are at had no electricity but the other wall did. So finding a place to charge our cell phones was a challenge. The toilet was so small it felt like a kiddy toilet. The tub was very bad, it had erosion and rust everywhere, so no showers for us. 1 small trash can at the front of the door no trash can for the bathroom. One good thing out of this was the maintenance gentleman that was on duty from Fri thru Sun was very helpful, friendly and kind. That is the reason they have any stars from us.

Small room for what they call “deluxe” The room smelt awful at check-in, so I complained. I was told that a person was staying with a dog in that room, and no other room was available. I had to spend money buying an air freshener, even though the smell of wet dogs did not disappear.

They do not clean the room or change towels unless requested at the reception, but no one tells you that.

The toilet seat was broke, the water tap was leaking, and people partied outside until 4:30am, smoking and drinking.

The staff were wonderful. The late night partying of other guests was awful. Had to call the front desk for noise complaint at 12pm. Called the cops at 4:43am the same night for blaring car radio. Totaly inconsiderate. The room door axtra security lock was broke and first hole in the wall. Cheap , buy next time I'll pay more for lodging so I'm safer.

we checked in and TV was on with volume high. We could not find remote control to turn it off and buttons on TV didn't work. We had to argue with the maid who barely spoke english to get a replacement remote control, and also for an extra roll of toilet paper and wash cloths. Probable bed bugs as my wife and I both received welts on our exposed skin which we still have at this point. Police were called in middle of the night because another tenant had his seismic car stereo blaring at 4 AM in the morning. We think he was asked to leave. We didnt' realize this motel catered to such clientelle as the area didn't seem that seedy otherwise but after that episode we wondered if drug deals were going on outside. Several rooms were being serviced and hotel not at full capacity.

The first thing I noticed walking in the room was the strong smell of cigarette smoke. This is supposed to be a smoke free facility. Small attention to details was lacking. No soap except in the shower. The clock, phone, and microwave had a slimy feel. We wore our shoes because the floor wasn't real clean. The sink, commode, and shower were nice and clean. We had a handicap room, but there two steps off the parking lot. It was ADA compliant once in the room. Another guest said they found a bed bug. I would NOT recommend this motel. There are other places to stay nearby.

This is the place that I usually stay each and every time I have to go to CLE to drop off my friend at the airport. The past two times unfortunately the satellite TV has not worked, which is very frustrating because I like to watch TV and my shows on Tuesday night and Wednesday night while I’m doing my work Getting my music together for my next DJ event. It’s frustrating to pay $40 each time to check in early and there’s no TV reception! I really don’t like having to watch recorded shows and DIRECTV on my cell phone! I prefer a large screen other than that it’s usually a peaceful stay

This is the most convenient location in property whenever I have to visit Cleveland, which is too often, unfortunately! Cleveland is a city sucks rather being in Florida any day of the week but, under the circumstances if I have to be in CLE to drop somebody off at the airport or leave from the airport to Sunny Florida, this is a place I usually stay prior or afterwards. For a state that has state tax your roads suck!!! this property location lets me forget about it and I just take the back roads instead! The front desk staff is always so accommodating and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had to move twice, the first room had roaches, no soap, no shampoo, the second room had holes in the walls, 5 to be exact, and roaches, the third room had a busted tv screen and roaches.they were nice people but they are nasty
