Gorgeous right downtown. Great for going to a show. Walk to food and entertainment. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Not the greatest views (paid extra for a higher floor) got view of parking garage and AC units on 11th. Parking extra. Valet is $60 a night. Closest parking garage two blocks $25 a day. Breakfast extra $17 per person each day. They have a full serving restaurant with bar. Indoor pool and hot tub in basement (smelled too moldy for me to enjoy) but it looked clean. Heated. Staff was nice. They even text you from the front desk.

Clean and spacious room for my son and I to go to a concert at Playhouse Square. Valet is a bit pricey but totally worth it to not figure out where to park when you aren't from the area. Lovely hotel and location! Ordered Uber Eats after the show and had no problem with selections for food too.

Usually we stay a few blocks closer to the arena, but the the prices were way too high when we went, the price for a room here was more reasonable. The room was nice, AC was nice and cool and everything you'd expect from a $250 room on a weekend was there. Would definitely stay here again.

My toilet seat was completely off I had to call front desk to fix it. When I walked out my room I smelled sewage. The furniture in the room had rips in it. Also valet caused my car battery to die when I came out to get my car the passenger door was open. Don’t must’ve stayed open all night. Also my passenger window stop rolling down..

The instructions for check-in and parking were nonexistent. There was a parking garage two minutes from the hotel that was free parking. During our stay, we paid $50 for a valet kind of frustrated about that, there was no instructions in the hotel anywhere in the room or upon check-in instructions about where to find the pool.

And when I left behind a bag of clothes and called the front desk, they report that it was never turned in.

I booked my stay months in advance , when we arrived (3 women ) our room had been canceled. I booked double beds , ehen I called 2days before to inform that I would need a late check in. I was informed that I would have to accept a king bed for 3 women. The hotel knew that all double bed rooms were under construction and never notified lodgers that issue. I accepted a. Bunk bed room because we had too much money invested jn the trip. When we arrive at the hotel the nite clerk wasn't informed by her relief , that our reservation was a late check in and she canceled the reservation. This was complete disaster.

Why this property didn’t get a better review was because I paid over $50 to valet park. After the big snow in the morning I waited over 20 minutes to be told my car was ready. I went outside and my car was parked almost in the street instead of a garage. It was not started or wiped off. They expected me to clean off my car that they didn’t even really park and I got charged.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was great. We booked a suite and it was super nice. Plenty of room, really great views of Playhouse Square, including the chandelier! The room was clean and very comfortable. We sat at the bar and had drinks and an appetizer. The wait staff did a great job - everyone seemed happy and the vibe was inviting. The drinks were really good too!

The Crowne Plaza is the place to stay when experiencing Playhouse Square. All the theaters are five mins away. Our dinner location (Centro) was the same - just five mins away. Valet parking made it very easy and convenient.

Location is great. Hotel has nice modern decor with Original Art Deco. Front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. Hotel nicely maintained.

Lovely restaurant, appetizing menu, fair prices. Unfortunately the ceiling design causes amplified echo. Every sound amplified, from breaking down tables, female employee chattering and complaining and the diner like noise removes you out from the sultry ambiance of the romantic, upscale restaurant.

Rooms are large and very clean. Abundance of beautiful, white, clean towels nicely folded and displayed. All amenities supplied for a comfortable stay.

.Unfortunately only one washer and dryer 10th floor,one lce machine on 11th floor and one micro oven on 1st floor for entire hotel to share😩

I will stay again at the Crown Plaza.

Room was not great. Tv didn’t work, the screen was blue and room service was ordered on there but also didn’t work. Decor looked tired, like they tried to make it current cheaply. There was no one in front when we arrived to let us know where to park for checking in. Parking is not available, just valet service for $52 a day who was not there when we arrived or left to move our vehicle. We ended up parking in a lot on the street behind the hotel that has no entrance to the hotel. The lot was locked when we went to go in on Sunday. There were doors slamming all night, loud talking and laughing. Housekeeping was so loud with slamming doors and things. I was woken at 3:30 am by multiple slamming doors and never went back to sleep. There is a restaurant but if you have picky kids there is no where else close to grab anything for them. We booked 2 nights but left after the first. I would not recommend staying here.

Welcoming staff. Spacious room. Great location. The kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. There was black lint on one of the sheets when we arrived, but the front desk representative sure they were changed before we returned to our room. The garage across the street was convenient and affordable.

I have so many beautiful things to say about this hotel! This was literally the most incredible hotel stay I have ever had and I have traveled around the world. The staff: Kelly, Daniel, David and Latoya made me feel so at home. When I got a cold and was feeling very ill, they, asked how I was feeling and monitored my healing, they delivered what they called a care package of multiple herbal teas, honey and fresh grated Ginger. I have never felt so at home and seen, as they made me feel during my stay. Also, the location of the hotel being right down the street from the local organic grocery store, health line accessible, cleanliness of the lobby and the attention to detail that the housekeeping staff take when cleaning rooms, is incredible! Thank you all so very much! I would definitely recommend this hotel, this staff and this Crowne Plaza location.

The guy that checked me in was kinda rude when i mentioned there was an order in the hall way. The room next to me you coild hear having sex which made it very uncomfortable. The tv in our room the picture wasn't clear no matter what channel we tried to put it on. Definitely expected a better stay for the price.
