I would NOT recommend this place for a stay. It was a stay to play for our team and everyone had a terrible experience. None of the food service listed on the website was available. No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken. One of our families helped with a medical emergency and the phone didn’t work so they couldn’t call the desk or 911. The hot water was off and on. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk to help. I’m not one elevator was working and it would not always open up when you arrived at your floor. The airport shuttle looked like it had seen better days. This hotel has a lot of potential but it is not being taken care of. I will say that because of all the issues one of the staff members allowed us to use the dining and bar area for our team bonding and for the parents to all hang out and eat food we brought in. They also allowed us to use a cooler in the back. We were greatly appreciative the allowed us to do this.

We got to the room, bathtub had standing water in it, the shower curtain looked like it had residue of mold. Needs to be replaced. We also ordered room service and it took 2 hours to get what we ordered and that was after 2 phone calls asking where out order was.

This was one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rude staff, no hot water, extremely low water pressure, the keys did not work for 2 rooms on 3 occasions , the telephones did not work, the thermostat did not work, the microwave kept shutting off, and the bed was extremely hard.

What stood out - and what we appreciated most - was the help we received when we needed to get to the airport. We arrived late at the hotel just to spend the night and catch our flight home in the morning. During the night, the airline sent an email saying our flight had been cancelled and we had been booked on another flight leaving an hour earlier! Luckily, we saw the email but with only about 1/2 hour before boarding. We rushed downstairs and as the shuttle was not there, a very nice man offered to take us (sorry, did not get his name.) The shuttle arrived just in time and we made it to the gate as passengers were boarding.

A Overlook Hotel-like experience (e.g., expansive with virtually no other guests, lack of upkeep, eerie sounds and smells, terrifyingly jarring elevator, phone not connected, bathtub wouldn't drain), definitely an early 90's vibe. We usually had to wait between 15 and 25 minutes for water to get hot. Breakfast (no longer included after 10/1) was scant. Staff were all kind and helpful.

It could be worse! At least there weren't any bedbugs or roaches!
Staff was good, no issues with staff at all. But this hotel was outdated, old, ugly, and dirty. The shower had no hot water and very weak water pressure. Like seriously? No hot water? That is ridiculous. There were gross old stains on the walls and furniture, and the carpet needed a serious deep clean. I did not want to take my shoes off when I was in there. Honestly disgusting. That being said, I did find the staff to be very helpful and kind and really hardworking. It is clear that the issues with this hotel are not staffing issues, but upper management. Corporate and ownership needs to get their ducks in a row, because this unacceptable. I am a grad student with limited funds and spent $310 for 3 nights, for that price I should have at least gotten a cleaner hotel space and hot water in a shower. I will never stay at a Wyndham again. Ridiculous.

We were in town for a busy Cleveland weekend, our room was not ready despite it being 5:00pm and after check-in. The staff was wonderful, but overworked and stressed. The hotel was understaffed and everyone was scrambling to get rooms ready-an amazing effort. We changed in a lobby bathroom and our room was clean and ready when we arrived home at 1am.

We arrived at 9.30pm and were made to wait for 45 minutes to get the room ready, we were offered 20% discount for the trouble we went through proactively by their management. Reached out to them after 2 weeks and they are making me go in circles and later on said that the refund was already given, which they did not. Parking is terrible and they have sub rented this to the rental car agencies.

The bed skirt was visibly dirty, the bathtub had hairs , wallpaper was piling off the wall in the bathroom . Had to wait for hot water to come through. Lack of bath towels and face towels after requesting.

This place was terrible. Checked in online night before and rooms were still not ready until 4am. 12 hours after we physically arrived. The keys would not work. There was an entire lobby full of people in the same boat as us. Couldn't get into the room prior to our event and got ready in the women's restroom with 25 other women. The managers gave us no answers and onjy offered a 20% discount.

Worst hotel stay ever!!! Checked in online the day be arrival, check it was at 3pm. We arrived around 345p, was told the room was not ready we would have to wait a little while. Waited an hour asked about the room again, was told there was 11 people in front of us to get a room and if would be a little while longer. Checked with the front desk again and was told the room was still not ready and there were still 4 people in front of us to get a room. We had to get ready for a concert in the lobby!!!!! It was absolutely ridiculous!!!

After 2.5 hrs after check in we finally had a room. The elevator was rundown. The floor we were on looked like it hadn't been used it years. It was so dirty. Doors to rooms were knocked in or falling down. The smell was terrible. The bed in our room was hard. There is not one good thing about the disgusting hotel. I honestly dont know how it's still open.

Oh and did I mention that we drive over 4 hours to get to Cleveland and we were LATE for a concert.
Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Absolute chaos. We arrived early and tried to check in early so we could get ready for the Morgan Wallen concert. We arrived around 3:20 pm. We were told our room would be ready in a “couple minutes.” We did not receive a room until 6:30 pm. The lobby was filled with people waiting for their rooms. We missed half the concert we spent $1200 on and still got charged the full amount for our room. No accommodations. Nothing to make it right. Worst hotel experience in my life and I will never stay at another Wyndham again.

Room had been poorly cleaned, if it was cleaned at all. Looks like the bed had been made and towels thrown in but that was about it. There were things in the fridge from last person, clothes from last person under the edge of the bed and a filthy towel thrown in with clean towel. No cups left for ice box and no trash bags put into trash can. Had to wait roughly 14 minutes for any hot water to come in the shower. The air seemed to be just barely cool despite turning it down low for the night. Overall poor experience. Pool was out of service as well which should have been displayed on website. Was just in town for a concert and was rushing at check in and check out, didn’t even bother wasting my time to complain at customer service. 0/10, would expect much more for a $300 a night hotel.

This is relatively old hotel close to the airport and convenient. Problem is facilities appear worn and in need of renovation. My room showed hairs on some of the towels as well as the toilet seat. I tried to take a shower, but there was no hot water. After five minutes I took a tepid shower. For such a rundown hotel, their prices were quite high. Would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing felt clean, we had sticky stuff on the carpet, washcloths had stains on them, rooms and hallways smelled funky, brown stained finger prints around the bathroom, the mini fridge had crusty spills in it. We overheard a guest next to us say they found food in their room and clothing from the previous person upon their check in.

Our toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush properly. After about 5 minutes in the shower, it was ice cold at 7am. Same issue the night before around 2am, I would assume that is not prime shower time for many.

The neighborhood and surrounding businesses were pretty sketchy.

We were in town for Morgan Wallen, so all the hotel prices were jacked up. Definitely not worth the price for our stay at this hotel.

Unfortunately, this property needs attention and remodeling. The shuttle service to the hotel took longer than 20 mins to come leaving me standing out in the heat. I ended up getting picked up by my friend. The lobby men’s bathroom was out of order. The pool was closed not clear as to why. The hallways smelled like someone had smoked.

The room on first glance was ok, but we soon tripped over the lumps in the floor. The wood sliding door to the bathroom requires two hands and strength to move to close and open. Then after closing it I got locked in cuz the locking mechanism got stuck, so we could not close the door all the way. The toilet did not flush properly so had to hold it down longer. None of the room phones worked neither did the clock. They only put one towel set in the room that has a double bed room. When I called from my cell phone for more towels the lady at the front desk told me that there were no towels in the hole hotel. When I asked if she was joking she rudely hung up on me. Later the towels were kindly delivered by Brian.

This was not a great experience at all, and my parents were staying with me. The manager Bri gave me a 20% discount but I feel that more needed to be done.
