The tv did not connect to the internet and wouldn't work. The chair was stained . The bed creeked and was not long enough for my husband. The man working the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. This was just a place to sleep for a early morning flight.
I wouldn't recommend for anything else.

Room was dirty, floor didn't look vacuumed and probably has never been mopped. We had to walk around the room with shoes on otherwise socks would get sticky and filthy. Only 1 bath towel, and if you needed a new towel you HAD to exchange your dirty one at the front desk. No extra toilet paper, just what was on the roll which didn't last longer than a few hours. Soaps in the shower were empty. Breakfast was lacking to say the least, food was cold. Wait time for staff at the front desk was minimum 10 minutes consistently and had to ring the bell multiple times even though staff was in the office next to the desk. The room did not have a microwave or a freezer in the fridge.

The room was neglected. I saw food stains on the top sheet. The door to the room head peeling paint and the tub also had peeling paint. Although this is an outside door there was much too much cold air coming into the room on a very frigid night. and the room heater was very inadequate.

I was giving a second room and although the heater worked the tub was in better condition the front door was in better condition I had to take a cold shower because I had no hot water until the morning when it was about to leave. The better I slept in felt very used. As if it were purchased and refurbished.
No microwave in the room is a complete turn off. I needed a third night but I chose to check out because of my unfortunate experience at this hotel.
I would absolutely never recommend this hotel.

Everything was horrible. The room was disgusting. Literally had cockroaches hair in the shower , burnt holes in my sheets the room was very unsanitary and did not include all amenities. I highly recommend not staying here. The staff was very rude and non-accommodating. Please do not stay here. Anywhere else would be much better. I live in Las Vegas and I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this experience has literally made me never want to come back to Cleveland. I cannot stress enough. I do not recommend that anyone visit this hotel and hopefully they shut it down.

The front/face of the CLE airport location Hotel on Brookpark is renovated nicely, yet, deceiving. Behind that, is a drive up to your hotel door. My room still needed some renovation…bathtub not finished and dirty. 3 very long black hairs embedded in the white paint on bathroom wall. Door handle loosely fitted/inop. Sink in beautiful new vanity had not been cleaned: under the rim had blood & plaster remnants.
When I checked out, the Agent was apologetic and concerned. The Agent did allow me to check out/leave on my 3rd day, without charging me for the remainder of my Reservation/ Thanksgiving Vacation. I took a video.

Within one minute of making my reservation, I realized I had selected the wrong arrival date. I contacted them immediately and let them know of my error and asked if I could change the date, but they would not allow the change. I get that they have a strict cancellation policy, but it was a typo, and I informed them of the error within seconds of completing the reservation. They would not allow me to switch the dates without charging me for the incorrect date. This lack of customer service will prevent me from booking with Ramada hotels going forward.

We called the hotel prior to flying in to ask about the shuttle. We were told to call the hotel when we arrive and the shuttle would pick us up. However, the guy was not very nice when we called, and were told we had to schedule it. He said he would run out and get us at the airport, but he never came. Apparently, it was just a white van without the hotel name and he did come and picked up two other people, but didn't ask if where the other people and just left. We called back and the shuttle driver refused to come back. After all of the time of standing there and waiting for the shuttle, we ended up calling a taxi to get to the Ramada.

The front desk originally gave us a room that wasmt clean at all, sheets still on the bed and trash on the floor, then they gave us another room in which the wifi didnt work, when i called up to the front desk to ask for another room, i was told to jusy watch regular tv. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. There were brown stains on the bedding, towels, and other linens, and the overall sanitation was nonexistent. The entire room felt extremely dirty and unsanitary, well below any legal or health standard.

To make matters worse, our door wouldn’t even lock, which made me feel very unsafe during my stay. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk—we waited around for about 20 minutes before someone finally showed up in an old minivan to check us in. The whole situation felt completely unprofessional and unsettling.

After doing some research later, I found reports of serious incidents at this same property, including mentions of dead bodies being discovered there in the past. That alone says enough about how poorly this place is managed.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone—it’s unsafe, unsanitary, and absolutely not worth the risk or the money.

Airport shuttle only runs on the hour. Meaning that if you land at 5:05, you need to wait 55 minutes for a ride. I saw a shuttle for another hotel make 3 trips before I got picked up by an unmarked minivan. The driver seemed irritated to have to give me a ride.

The hotel itself is run down. The outside has definitely seen better days. The rooms are ok- it looks like they were renovated a few years ago, but the bed springs made loud noises each time I moved. Also, the sheets themselves were dirty. It looked like there was a foot print on them, and they were definitely stained.

I was gone before breakfast opened so I can't speak to it.

Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but I won't stay there again. If you can, spend a little bit more to stay elsewhere.

Arrived at 10:30 pm and no one was in site for a little over 30 min. I tried ringing the bell provided, nothing. I tried calling the hotel, nothing. For 30 min+. Finally a worker was dropped off at the front door, and he then took care of me. I was told it was shift change, and that was that.
The room was average, with a strong aroma. I was only tring to get a few hours of rest before a flight, so i utilitzed the room for a total of 4 hours.
The web site showed free parking. It did not specify a rate change for continuous days, nor was I asked if i needed parking or a license #. Considering I did request the shuttle to the airport at 3 am. You would think they would want to make money and provide the information that there is a fee. Good thing i called back to check or it would have been towed.
Very strong language barrier with the manager about said issues and was just plane rude in my opinion. No apology for any of it. All said and done $ 126 spent. Car was parked for 4 days.
Its just sad businesses dont care how they trest you.

Not a Hotel—A Nightmare Stay

I recently stayed at this property and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The listing is misleading - the property does not resemble the photos at all; it's a motel, not a hotel.

Upon arrival, the room was filthy. Our sheets were stained, and I had to request housekeeping immediately to replace them. The floors were dirty, the toilet did not work, and the doors barely closed. To make matters worse, we did not have towels upon arrival and had to call for them.

During our two-night stay, housekeeping did not provide any service, other than changing the sheets upon arrival and supplying towels upon our request. The overall condition of the room and the lack of basic maintenance made our stay completely unacceptable.

This level of hygiene and service is far below what any guest should expect. I strongly urge the management to address these issues immediately.

Arrived at 3pm for checkin, only had 1 hour to get ready before an event and the room was not ready. Wasn't able to check-in until 3:40. The door was broken and had a difficult time getting in, staff came to assist. Finally got into the dirty room and the only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room was dirty and out dated. Considered sleeping in my car that night. This place was horrendous! Do not book!

The bathroom door wouldn't close cause it was busted the top of the door. The floor was wet and so when I dried the floor with a towel the towel was black. The mattress cover had a huge yellow stain on it and a small brown stain. The bed stand is metal and very noisey when you're on it so don't expect it to be quiet when sleeping. The breakfast was basic and okay if you stay away from the sausage and eggs. There was no juice out out for the breakfast even though theres a machine for it. But if you just want a bed to sleep in then its fine.

I would like a refund for not staying. When I arrived at 10 pm the hotel desk attendant was not there. I waited for an hour and started to feel uncomfortable with people waiting for the attendant. As I waited the eating area was dirty and not clean. After a hour two men drove up and then one walked behind the desk and said he could check me in, I gave him 60 bucks so I could park and he gave me my room key. I got to the room and it was dirty. Stains on the desk and dresser and the bathroom. The bed had bugs and dirt also. I went to the front desk and told the attendant and he gave my 60 back and I left at 11:45 pm. I did take pictures for proof if i need to send them to you. Please refund my account because of this issue.

I did not like how toothpaste isn’t available at a hotel… I had a hard time understanding what the staff was saying to me. Charged after charges for a shuttle but doesn’t make sense if shuttle service is offered but it doesn’t explain that it cost if you don’t book ahead of time.
