There was a slight issue in the beginning when we got there there was stuff left in my room, but the staff there was very helpful and nice and very quick to get rid of it and get everything resolved. They gave me a very late checkout and free breakfast buffet vouchers and anything else I needed during the rest of my stay they were quick to give me. we love this place We go here a lot during the winter to take the kids swimming. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The smell was bad , the knowledge the front counter doesn’t have . The cleanliness of the room was awful . Look like sperm in the wall .
And the coffee machines are so tiny and trash .

Parking lot/people around were sketchy. The room was not clean you can tell they did the absolute bare minimum and there was a black ring around the inside of the toilet so that definitely wasn’t cleaned. Loud banging noise around 2:30 AM for about 20 minutes. Furniture outdated and just not in the best shape. Could definitely use some retouching to make things around there a little more appealing.

The bathroom was dirty. Stains in the toilets. We were missing shampoo and wash clothes. The pool area was disgusting and had no towels. We asked the front desk multiple times for towels and they said they would bring them to us but never did. Literally had to walk back to our room cold and dripping wet.

The room was not ready when we tried to check in between 5 and 6pm. We did not receive housekeeping service during our stay, even though we advised the front desk of our schedule.
The room had no closet or anyplace to hang even our coats. The lighting in terrible -- harsh while being dim.

We were completely dissatisfied and would never chose Wyndham Gardens again.

Firstly, the entire staff was superb! But unfortunately, the facility itself needs a desperate refresh. Furniture in our room was in disrepair; there was only one mirror; the phone didn't work; there were burned-out light bulbs; it was extremely dark; it needed fresh paint; and, worst of all, the towel and toilet paper fixtures in the bathroom came off the wall! The location is tops, and with a little more attention to detail during a refresh, this could be a fantastic hotel.

I will say the shower was hot and the room was clean. But, the whole reason why I chose to stay here was for the hot tub. Which was not working properly and did not get hot at all it was actually the same temperature as the pool if not slightly colder. Very disappointed ☹️

This property was great when it was a Doubletree. It has gone way downhill with new ownership. Their bags of garbage sitting next to garbage cans in the lobby area on the floors with the rooms, torn wallpaper a shower that is gross looking not clean. I asked for an extra blanket and was told it was in housekeeping no offered to get me an extra blanket.

When we arrived the door to our room was open it had not been shut all the way. When my husband showered there was yellow dust that appeared like dry urine all over the shower and there was very minimal hot water. Someone 2 doors down from us had a dog locked in their room for over 12 hours and the front desk was very nice and understanding but said there was nothing we could but but call the non emergent police line which we did. The front desk staff and bar staff were very nice. The room was very nice otherwise but quite dark even with lights on.

Room was very clean, microwave, and small fridge were spotless. The staff went over and above, I'm handicapped and use a power wheelchair, when I left we had a lot of snow the night before I left, there was ice and then snow, the maintenance crew brought my vehicle under the carport at the main entrance so I could safely load my chair on the lift and get in my vehicle. It's where I'll stay from now on for my visits to Cleveland Clinic Avon.

I was very disappointed. I reserved a walk-in mobility shower and got a regular room instead. They did put me in a room with grab bars and a tub which I had trouble getting into and out of. When a walk-in mobility room is reserved they should uphold the reservation that was made.

We’ve stayed at this property many times as its changed management over the years and this was by far the worst. heat didn’t work and they couldn’t have someone fix it for us until the next morning and refused to move our room. during a snow storm. rooms were dirty. touching surfaces felt gritty. there was garbage from a previous guest between the bed and wall. very tiny soap. advantage was the pool. the pool was great. the towels at the pool are tiny though.

There was a used bar of soap in the shower with hair stuck in it. Clearly the shower had not been cleaned. The office chair in the room was ripped up and the door had to be slammed to get it to lock. I’ve reached out to Wyndham with no replies. I would not stay here again. It was awful.

This facility is extremely rundown. The suite that I had gotten was extremely dark, and one of the lights was loose and fell out of the ceiling. The bathroom was very small and the sink drain did not work so the sink was holding water. There were fake eyelashes on the floor in the hallway and empty pizza boxes. The room next to us had a dog barking for hours. We had left for several hours and came back, and the dog was still barking. After talking to the front desk about the dog at 9:45pm the dog still kept barking till 1:15am. The trim around the drapes was broke and falling off the wall, the AC/heater that was in the room was loose and also falling off the wall. There were multiple stains all over the curtains, along with multiple stains all over the floors in the room and in the hallway. This hotel is absolutely disgusting, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. We will never stay here ever again.

The Hotel overall seamed slightly below my minimum expectations as related to cleanliness, customer service, etc. But the first night I felt like something was biting my legs throughout the night. The second night I saw two flea like bugs on the white cheats. And all the next day after I checked out I felt like I had bugs in my pants struggled to sit through meetings and drive 3 hours home . But I felt much better after I stripped on the porch and took a scalding hot shower.

The waiting to check in was longer than I expected the room wasn't completed like most hotel rooms are shorter waist basket the desk chair was dirty and the phone didn't work do you have the phone looked at and they have a waist basket sent to my room I have a chair cleaned off we're going to send somebody and I never got the service nobody ever came I let the manager know about it when I checked out and asked for a discount something off my stay he said he couldn't do it the contact hotels.com and hopefully I can get a percentage off my roommate I hope you can help out with this they said for you to call the hotel I was in room 300 thank you Mary

Upon arriving to our room, we noticed a strong urine smell, likely from a dog. They did change our room but offered no apology at all. Other guests were rowdy and noisy every night and there was tons of garbage left outside people’s doors. The gym was gross and one treadmill didn’t even work. We didn’t notice any security cameras in the hotel at all which made us feel very unsafe. I’m not sure where all the high ratings are about but do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s truly awful

The hotel was incredibly understaffed. We never once had our room serviced. We had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and toilet paper as the front desk clerk told us she was the only one there so she couldn't have them brought up to us. There were glasses, silverware and other trash in the hallway when we arrived - it was still all there when we left 4 days later. There are no vents/fans in the bathrooms so there was mold growing on the ceiling and the room stayed musty. The windows were bolted shut so we couldn't even try to air out the room that way either. All of the signs that said \"vending \" took you to empty cutouts where vending used to be. The pool area smelled so musty we didn't even attempt to try it out. The only good thing was the location with easy freeway access. We were very disappointed in our stay and will definitely never stay there again.
