I want my money back. Was advertised qas having breakfast, but there was none. Room was crap w/o any amenities. We were not even given towels, much less breakfast! Staff was nice but barely there. No working phone in room to call front desk, but unlikely anyone would've been there anyway. No one at desk upon our arrival nor when we wanted to leave. We had to wait. Furniture is crappy. Drawers don't close, Tv is small, door opener was broken & clearly has been for a long time as there's a visible notch in the wood where the door hits the frame! Key cards don't open side doors, so people prop them open. It\"s practically on the highway, so traffic noise. No closet in the room. Blind pull cord was missing so blinds would not close. Easily, the worst stay I have ever had.

Checking in, no one was at the desk. They had to be called in. Then they had to raise a metal security window to check us in while the staff was yelling at a resident who lived there because he was too drunk. We went up to our room, and immediately all you smelled was cigarette smoke. Dust on the floors, and the sink didn’t look cleaned out. The sheets look reused, as there was dust and a few hairs. The nightstand was missing the drawer, and there were burn marks on the nightstand and table. People walking around were under the influence of something. If we could have waited, we would have just left. It was so gross that we slept on the covers and in the sweatshirts we brought. We stayed a few hours and got out of there as fast as we could. Would advise anyone looking at this “hotel” to look somewhere else. Anywhere is better.

Whoever had the room before us must’ve had a dog, the floor was covered in dog hair. When my partner came through the lobby, he heard somebody renting a room for two hours, which doesn’t make sense for an extended. Stay type place.. overall just an uncomfortable feeling location.

It was an affordable option for our group of 7 to stay in for a weekend softball tournament. We usually stay places that offer ice and other amenities. The beds were mostly comfortable. Overall if you are looking to save money and just need a bed and bathroom this works.

It was horrible. Rented here with an eye on kitchen. However no dishware, no pots or pams, no silerware, no coffee pot, no paper towels, just 2 empty plastic ware boxes in a dilthy drawer. Microwave has not been clean in a long time. The roo. One of my associates stayed in had no deadbolt lick. Pillows so very very flat like sleeping on cardboard. DONT STAY HERE.

Checked in went to my room no sheets or towels. When to front desk told them. Said theyl upgrade me to a new room. Went to new room garbage everywhere so went back to front desk. Nobody there for 40 mins had to call the phone number to get someone's attention finally got a 3rd room was clean n had sheets. All in all took maybe an hour and 10 mins to actually get settled into a decent room. Zero stars if possible

Where to begin…. I called a day before my arrival to inform them u would be arriving late in the evening and would appreciate someone being there to let me in my room. That hadn’t gone as planned, I was assured someone would be there and I’d have no issue. I stood in a cold hallway for 3 hours waiting for the on site manager to come assist. Bad start. The hotel itself is FILTHY. The room smelled terrible and was left dirty. The floors ruined the bottoms of every pair of socks I had brought with me, literally turned them black. The common areas(literally just hallways and the laundry room) were disgusting, unkept, and again just filthy. 75% of the washers and dryers were non functioning making doing laundry a battle. People live in this hotel full time, for sure. Loud and disrespectful “guests” at all hours with seemingly zero management or staff of any kind really doing anything. I would never stay here ever again and I suggest any and all people looking to save a buck…. It is not worth it here. At all.

It was very intensely dirty - from the odor through the entire building to the incredibly strong urine scent in the actual room paired with clearly unwashed floors and unwashed counters with food crusted to them. I arrived to check in after 11pm and no one was there. I called the after hours phone and they said someone would be there within 15 mins. After someone else called, i had to wait over 30 mins to check in and get some sleep. Sleep in a bed not hugely comfortable.
But the heater worked very precisely well. Mine was probably new. They had other ones sitting outside ready to be installed.

The property was only passable as a place to stay the night. The front desk was not staffed at crtical hours nor was assistance available for guests who accidentally got locked out of their rooms. There was a group of children I estimate about from age 8 to age 16 that were hanging out and making noise right outside my door. When I called the front desk they told me that these children \"live here\" and that is where they play. Not recommended, Ever.

My stay was only 2 nights but they were quite enjoyable. The room was clean, i.e., no dust or bedbugs, and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, freezer, tv, and alarm clock all worked. I didn't use the microwave or stove burners. With the lights out it was really comfortably dark for sleeping with no light-bleed from the window or the hallway. The room temperature was comfortable enough that I never bothered the controls. The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived just after normal front desk hours but someone came right out when I rang to check me in, even holding the door for me as I brought my luggage in. I'd happily stay there again and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly hotel, especially if they're okay being a few miles outside of Cleveland proper.

Worst hotel room ever

The website did not list these deficiencies in our room. The front desk lady told us upon check-in that the rooms will not have:

No coffee maker, no blow dryer, no shampoo, no bedside lamps. Despite a full kitchen with an 2-burner electric range (One of the burners was missing-see photo), a microwave, and a full-size refrigerator, there was not one piece of silverware, not one plate, not one glass or cup. What good is a full kitchen without any of these items, and no cooking utensils, no pots and pans?

We had to go to the front desk to get bed pillows… and they only gave us two pillows. No ice machine at the property. Whoever heard of a hotel without an ice machine? Or no coffee maker in the room???

We were told if we needed clean towels or bed linens, we had to use the coin operated washer and dryer in the laundry room. The floor was vinyl tile. When walking barefoot from the bathroom to the desk chair, the bottom of my feet were black.

My wife and I are in our 60s and have stayed in countless hotel and motel rooms over many years. This was absolutely the worst. And we were charged $225 a night!?!? We are going to contest this with our credit card company.

The room was clean and tidy. It is very simple but provided for us what we needed as we traveled between Cleveland Clinic and the Extended Stay Suites. Our big complaint was smoke smell many times in the building while we were there, especially on one particular night. It is a no smoking in building premise, but evidently not strictly followed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It appears that they may have their hands full, due to some of the people who appear to be staying there on a full time basis. We marked them down, due to residents not following the No Smoking rule.

We booked 2 rooms and checked in and NO lobby to speak of. Went to the rooms and one room was not cleaned! No sheets on the bed, floor not swept, dirty dishes in the sink, smelled really bad. They had to clean a room for us. This was at between 5-6 in the evening when we arrived! No coffee pot in rooms, no breakfast on site, ect. and questionable people living on site! NOT SAFE! Arrived a little before 9 PM and it took multiple phone calls to raise a clerk who then took nearly ten minutes to arrive at the front desk. Found long dark hairs in the bed despite nobody in our family having long dark hair. No shampoo, only one bar of soap. Complimentary carry out breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30 but at 9:15 there was no sign of it or of staff to direct us to it. Shower only got warm at best. Weird smell throughout, particularly in the elevator.

Didn’t like they have residents living there on government support without telling you felt intimidating the time. Didn’t not trust leaving bags when not there no batteries in remote only to find out the remote doesn’t work. Shower wasn’t too hot smelled a little in room and hallways. Looked like some staff and other residents were on drugs. But they were waiting on me patiently when I arrived left and came back. I wouldn’t book this hotel unless they went under and extreme overhaul or it was my last resort.

There were roaches on the walls by the elevator on floor 3. Sheets were dirty. Room key didn’t work and when I called about a replacement it was like it was an inconvenience for them to have to deal with it. My kid has some bumps on her arms now gonna just guess because of how dirty it was possible bed bugs. Gotta go get everything super cleaned. Other people that were there said they were having issues with the property after hours also. Day staff was great overnight and early morning staff completely useless and no help at all if I could with being such a short notice trip would’ve cancelled and rather slept in our vehicle

This hotel was a poor excuse for an extended stay type of hotel. The value was horrible. $100 plus per night and I have to rent plates and utensils? Absolutely ridiculous. No lobby, a bed that looks like it came out of a dorm. Absolutley zero amenities. I would have been more comfortable in a motel 6 or Red Roof at half the cost.
Broken slats on the window shade. Refrigerator was dirty. Needless to say I will never be back.

Liked nothing. Property is advertised as pet friendly, but what is not advertised is that there is an additional pet fee.
The bathroom was not well kept. Moulding peeled away from wall behind toilet. Mold around bathtub. Not much soundproofing. Entry door to the motel from the back did not work well, required insertion of pass key twice and lifting of handle (depressing handle is the normal procedure). Would not recommend.

Can’t judge a book by its cover

When we arrived no one was at the front counter and the gate was completely closed. When we walked around the building there was a lot of homeless people sitting / standing & smoking & we tried to get someone’s attention inside while no one on the telephone picked up. Ironically the side door was open which was helpful but unpleasant because you’re suppose to have a key. I saw a maintenance lady & asked where the person at the front desk was till she told me she was… the place just had a mildew smoke scent that didn’t feel comfortable. We checked our room & the a/c was really loud and the area looked dirty. It was a last minute decision to get this place as we were driving home to NY but didn’t feel comfortable by the staff or the atmosphere & feel ok with my car outside. Unfortunately we had to leave & wouldn’t feel comfortable or recommend to anyone.

Terrible hotel! No amenities, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, two flat pillows on a queen size bed. Molding pieces were missing and the door to the bathroom had a gap between the door and the wall making the door hard to close. The toilet handle was broken making the toilet run constantly unless you took the toilet back off and messed with the chain. After walking barefoot ONE time, the bottoms of my feet were filthy so the floor had obviously not been swept or mopped in a while. There are no restaurants nearby. I had a $138 hold on my card after already paying for the hotel through Expedia. When attempting to contact the hotel, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to ask about the hold.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and I am sure there is not much they could do with the atmosphere but that is the down side. The room was minimal at best, there were cigarette burn marks in the counter, the floor was sticky, and it smelled of cigarettes with a second undetermined unpleasant underlying odor and bad cologne which to the facilities credit was attempted to be covered w the smell of cleaning products. We stayed due to pricing and only needing a place for a few hours overnight however I would not return due to the presence of undesirable clientele milling about and an overall sense of uncleanliness (which of course is just my opinion).
