woke up in am with dead cockroach on bedding. Front desk informed when checking out. (attendant was busy with another guest and I had an appointment at Cleveland clinic and could not wait). I was extended \"I'm so sorry.\"

This place is falling apart: I had to change rooms because the heat didn’t work. The 2nd room, water was leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the room. Pool looked disgusting. Hot tub was out of order. Waffle maker was out. Toaster was out.

But the service was good.

I very rarely write a review but I was a little disappointed in my stay. Everything in my room felt a little dirty. The bathtub had stains and looked unclean, my towel had a hole in it, the whole hall smelled musty and when I opened the microwave there was mold in it! I understand that that this is a budget hotel and I have stayed in many La Quinta by Wyndham but I think the cleanliness really needs to be worked on here.

When I arrived to my room, I found the bed appeared slept in, an open can on the nightstand and a used towel in the bathroom. The second room assigned to me, had dirt in the carpet outside its door, and one of the wall sconces hanging by its wiring, also it looked like someone had tried to pry the door open. Immediately, I became uncomfortable staying here and I eventually left early before my 2nd nights stay and checked out. I would not stay here again.

Bathroom lacking, tub was narrow for an old fart like me to stand in, the water was warm could have been a little warmer, shower had soap dish removed could see the outline, not a big deal but gave it a dingy look. Construction workers on the 2nd floor were loud up til 11 music, talking. closing doors, not a big real big deal was able to get some sleep, tripped over a case of bud light in the hallway. Other than that it was ok, room was clean and didn't stink. The clerk helped with a malfunctioning printer, and got our airline tickets printed

The front desk staff was awesome, so this is not towards them, but the condition of the rooms and hotel is horrible. As a nationally recognized company, Wyndham and LaQuinta leadership should be ashamed of the condition of this building.

I was moved from one room to another because the bed sunk in, and the second room was no better. The bathtubs were disgusting and need to be replaced. The walls had patch work done. I can clearly tell leadership doesn't care about the quality of this location!

I checked in Friday and never got the guy's name at the front desk but he was excellent treated every guest like they were at home. I loved the fact that my room was super clean and well stocked. The hotel was just ok. I felt safe and there were some conveniences like parking, dining areas nearby and some shopping. I didn’t like the fact that we were put on the first floor right near the entrance and elevators. You could hear a lot of noise and doors banging all hours of the night. Also, the bed was horrible. The mattress was far too soft. I woke up with a soar back. I’m ok if the mattress is medium firmness but it was very soft.

No hot water for 4 days. Cold day 1 and 2, tepid days 3 and 4.
Tub pooorly maintained.
No towel bars.
Door secondary safety latch inoperable.
Broken elements on refrigerator.
Bed was comfortable.
Only one elevator of two working and it rattled, jerked and thumped! A bit disconcerting.
Staff members were pleasant and polite.
Manager graciously did not charge us for day 3.
Parking area was the highlight of the facilities. Easy to use and well lit.

When u walk into the lobby there are two buckets on the floor from the ceiling dripping of water.
Our room was also disgusting. Bath tub waa dingy and needs scrubbed.
Couches had stain on it.
Carpet had a foul smell.
Windows wide open to air the room out and didnt have a window screen. Very unsafe for any one or children to fall out from.

This is a strange hotel. It is good at providing basics but why doesn't it provide luggage racks in rooms? Are we supposed to open our luggage on the floor? Why isn't there daily housekeeping? I think it's simply strange that a hotel operates this way.

Wouldn’t come back!

During my stay, I experienced multiple serious concerns. Several of the exterior doors did not lock, allowing anyone to walk in, which created a major security issue. The pool door was secured with nothing more than a padlock, and the guest restroom did not lock at all.

The complimentary breakfast was bland and tasteless, and my nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Even more concerning, there were unleashed dogs throughout the hotel, including in common areas. One of my family members was actually bitten by a dog on the property.

When I brought issues to the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, often responding that it was “not their job.” Overall, the lack of safety, cleanliness, and customer service made this an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience.

At first the check in was stressful because i didn't know I had to pay a deposit cash of $100 or if I was paying by CC it would be $50 so I gathered my money and gave man the money received door key and went to begin my stay. Everything after that was smooth sailing:)

Breakfast is plentiful but not authentic, meaning the eggs are powdered and their sausage is rubbery and undone but beggars can't be choosey. There is lots to choose from as far as to drink such as coffee, apple juice orange juice milk water and the ice machine conveniently located near your door to retrieve late night.

Not a very friendly staff . The 2 Elevator , one didn’t work at all , the other one when it went up was very jerky . The pool area was dirty and the hot tube was not working at all. The room furniture had stains on the chair , broken light in the corner. No fire alarm in bed room .Wifi was not working. Asked for another room and they said they couldn't give us another . Got there early 45 min , was told we would have to pay an extra $ 25.00. Breakfast was good .

Jess who’s a supervisor wrongfully cancelled our reservation for our stay. Breaching contract. Gave our room away. And hung up on us while advising that this need to be resolved. We traveled out of state and were forced to make other accommodations elsewhere which resulted in us paying a higher rate. I will never book again with them and hopefully we can spread awareness that if your select pay at property they obviously don’t follow protocol and will lie and say they ran your card and it declined to give your room away. And will take no accountability for it. Save yourself a headache and money and book somewhere else.

Booked this hotel to stay at after our 10 hour drive to visit family. When we showed up, the elevator was broken. There was no notification or any staff to assist with our bags. We had two children, one under two years old and two senior citizens. There was no air conditioning in the lobby. There was no smoke detectors in any of the three rooms we booked. The bathrooms were in horrible condition. None of the staff wore uniforms. One staff member was in pajamas and another one had her little baby in the back crying. There was one single chair in the pool area. The pool was dirty. There was no lock on the pool door so anything could happen in there in the middle of the night. We came across one staff worker sticking a paper clip into a light switch. It was a disaster. The list goes on. I would not recommend this place. This place should be shut down. Very disappointed.

The hotel was booked solid although now I wonder why.
The front door of the hotel was broken and stood open the whole time I was there. The phone in my room was disconnected and did not work. No one attempted to fix it. The hand rail in the bath tub had rusted off the wall. I wanted to take a bath but could not because I knew that with no hand rail support once I was down in the tub I would not be able to get out.so I did not get a bath. Not good! The elevator shut down twice while I was there...I'm so glad I wasn't in it at the time. The only thing good about my stay was the bed. It was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. The hotel is in bad need of remodeling (woodwork, carpet, walls)
If Wyndam has any smarts at all, they will do this and do it soon. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone?

Myself and my Husband stayed here one night, the front desk staff was Uber nice. The hotel lobby was decently clean until we went into our room. Our room looked it dingy, our towels were literally half cleaned, wad of blonde hair lent on the towels and I black hair and his hair is brown, the tub was absolutely gross it had old dried up cleaner all in it, bathroom door had legit BUTT print on the door from someone, the bed was old and had body indents on it, the tvs don’t go pass volume 19, and lastly they have a hot tub that’s only hot no BUBBLES. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life.

Hotels.Com- issues again with fixing problems

Paid in advance through Hotels.com but had to pay again at the hotel because of error at Hotels.com. It took 8 tries to navigate the Hotels.Com/Expedia phone system to get a person. IExpedia messed up some rental care reservations last year and frankly when Expedia messes up its hard to get them to fix it. So I'm just going straight to the hotel now. If Expedia/ Hotels.Com wants to be a travel agent then you have to put some effort into making it easy to fix travel issues. I'm no longer doing business with Expedia/Hotels.com. Not worth the hassel for marginal to non existent savings.

Got moved rooms, 2nd room we step into right away also the linen had not been changed. There was hair covering the pillowcases. Mind you we haven’t even sat down yet.
