Also my reservation listed a restaurant was on site but was told it was under construction when I asked if they served breakfast. The restaurant did not look like it was under construction.

We never stayed. Was promised a refund, still haven’t gotten it. This hotel is a wrap around motel, this is not a hotel. The room they gave us after telling us they sold out even through I paid for a room the day before was absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smelled like someone lived there for 30 years and smoked in it. It was awful. Was promised a refund, but have yet to receive one.

The bathroom is very outdated and the bathroom fan was leaving a smell. Couldn't leave the light/fan on too long. Other guests were fighting in the middle of the night. There was only a lotion bottle that looked used. Only plus was the bed, the pillows were so small and too much of a gap at the door, you can see light all night.
Did t try the breakfast it was open to late before my flight.

The room smelt extremely bad as if they have not opened a window in months. My partner is someone who has asthma so it was terrible to sleep there. They had roaches near the mini fridge and in the bath tub. Overall the place was extremely dirty and not fit to sleep there. When I went to cancel my second night they said they need a manager and cannot do anything about it. Yesterday I received an email saying they could not refund me my money which is annoying because I asked them when I first got there to cancel the second night. Very sketchy staff and a dirty motel. Would not recommend staying there.

My room was dirty upon entry: big hairball on the floor next to the bed, a full blanket stuffed into one of the dresser drawers (turned in to the front desk), and an empty shampoo bottle on the tub. Stay somewhere else. Upon entering our room it smelled horrible, like dirty socks after an athletic event. Absolutely awful, but we chalked it up to it not having airflow. We turned the air on and turned the bathroom fan on. Sitting on the bed it squeaked horribly and any movement resulted in a nails on the chalkboard kind of squeak. We left to attend the show and figured it would be better upon our return. It wasn't. There were peanut shells remaining on the floor, half used bottles of shampoo, a cracked sink, and dirt, dirt, and more dirt. The Motel 6 aross the street looked far cleaner than this place. Do yourself a facor, spend a little more and stay somewhere else, it's sure to be cleaner.

Hats off to both the cleaning and check-in staff. My criticism is that there was quite a bit of mold growing behind the caulk at the perimeter of the bathtub, something that cannot be cleaned, but must be removed and replaced. Also, though very minor, the entry door did not seal well at the base and the TV remote was broken. Since I really don't watch TV, it was not a big deal.

We had this place booked for the weekend but ended up cutting our losses and leaving less than 24 hours after we checked in. As soon as we entered our room we noticed that it was dirty. Surfaces were sticky and had food residue. Hair stuck to the sink and shower walls. Floors had dirt, crumbs, etc. as though they had not been swept or vacuumed in awhile. The walls are also paper thin so we heard everything going on both outside in the walkway and in neighboring rooms. Two doors down from us was a group that spent all morning yelling and arguing with one another and we could hear the entire ordeal even with white noise on in our room. The safety lock on the door was also broken clean off the door frame. We jammed a chair under our door handle just as a safety precaution, but we definitely had someone rattle the door handle early in the morning trying to get in. I don’t know if they just had the wrong room or if someone was doing something shady, but either way it was unnerving. The only positive comment I can offer is that the front desk staff were very polite. Otherwise, I have nothing good to say. I’m a pretty easygoing traveler with reasonable expectations for rooms in this price range, but I would never return to this place. There are better options in the area for about the same cost.

Front Desk Attentive, Housekeeping a Disaster

I stayed here last night with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start on a positive note, the front desk staff were attentive — I called ahead to let them know I’d be arriving after midnight due to a flight delay, and when I arrived check-in was quick and smooth.

However, the room itself was nothing like the pictures online. The floor was dirty and stained, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a used soap left behind and only one clean towel, despite the reservation being for four people. The mattress was so worn out that you sank into it, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the towels were thin and scratchy.

What really concerned me most was the sense that the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. That’s unacceptable at any hotel.

Overall, while the staff were polite and helpful at the desk, the condition and cleanliness of the room made this stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this location unless management makes serious improvements in housekeeping and maintenance.

The room however smelled of cigarette smoke, stain(number2) in toilet, toilet didn’t flush, shower leaked all night and thers black mold in the bathroom. This was absolutely the worst stay, I should have chosen better and looked at the reviews and not just the pictures on line. Great location with a nice selection of restaurants but this is definitely on my “never again” list

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay before an early flight out of Cleveland. We checked in late and left early, so we weren’t looking for luxury—just a place to sleep.

This particular Quality Inn wasn’t the nicest one I’ve stayed at, but it also wasn’t the worst. The room was mostly clean and did the job for a short layover. I wouldn’t book it for a multi-day vacation, but for a quick airport stop, it was fine.

If you just need a place to crash before catching a flight, this place works. Just keep your expectations in check.

Front desk was lovely. Our room that was assigned had the lock on the inside of the door stuck. Instead of switching us rooms right away we stood with our bags - hot and with kids - while they tried to unlock it for 20 minutes. I went and asked for a new room which was available pretty conveniently next door. The floors were filthy. I have never experienced black feet from a few minutes without shoes. We could not walk without filthy feet. The room was very humid and felt damp.

Hotel was okay but nowhere I would want to stay again. Room was dirty, blanket had a stain, there was a child’s toothbrush just on the floor. Microwave wasn’t and couldn’t be plugged in where they put it. Fridge was iced over and barely worked. Beds were soft. Shower didn’t stay warm, you couldn’t use the bath at all. Toilet had a strong flow. Breakfast was okay. Warm food was a nice surprise. Orange juice was foul.

First room key would not work, went bak to the office got another room, opened door and the room had not been cleaned from previous occupant. Never stay at this place. I was planning to stay only for 1 night with 2 little children. When I came to the hotel and saw the room I was very disappointed and couldn’t stay there, even thore it was midnight I decided to find another place. The conditions of the room was very upsetting, it was very dirty, smells terribly, I just couldn’t stay even 1 night. Right a way I talked with lady form the reception, Tania and said that I can’t stay with this quality of the room with children and would like to cancel my reservation. It’s not that o didn’t show up or something. The pictures on the ad was done many years ago and didn’t show you real condition of the hotel. Tania was confirming me that it’s not a problem, she will confirm the cancellation with supervisor tomorrow morning. Expedia as a provider of the information was not helpful in negotiating the issue. If you don’t to be very upset and destroy your vacation never stop at this hotel

first i notice none of the 10 room front desk gave me and showed me around were clean she took pictures and i was so upset because of a 6 hour ride she told me shell ha e somone clean the room And then i notice my sheets blood stains like if they didn't change the sheets no one showed i went back downstairs and asked for sheets the next day no one new about my room Problem no one came to clean the dirty room my husband took walmart get bleach and saop becouse bathroom wasnt clean at all the bathrooms had hair soap in The tub mold and mildew went down stairs to tell them its like if didnt care about nothings i had to get on My hands and knees and clean this hotel room i was on my vacation the worst experience this would never happened if it was in my hotel the housekeepers dont show up to work and what they do is redue the dirty beds then lady said they were short staffed that couldn't clean really good because of no housekeepers want to clean for 12 dollars hour no came to roo. Service so we was there for 2 weeks we had the same towels for 5 day straight and the bed sheets for 2 week the never came and no room Service at all i will never stay here at all

The pictures are soooo MISLEADING. This place is not well maintained and not clean. I’m ok with old and not updated, but I’m not ok with filthy.
Room smelled moldy and like an ash tray.
Spill by bed that I cleaned up myself and sticky floor.
Toilet was USED, dirty, and had toilet paper in it.
Bathroom door was spattered with “something” and didn’t close.
Slimy bathroom doorknob.
Something running down the bathroom wall.
I didn’t even touch the beds. We reserved 2 rooms and the 2nd was bad, but not as bad as ours. Unfortunately we had plans after check in and couldn’t leave until we returned later that night. Checked out near midnight and went somewhere else.

The floors had not been cleaned. There were dust bunnies, chunks of mud from shoes and food on the floor. I didn't notice it immediately when I checked in because it was dark and I had a hard time finding lights. Once I took off my shoes, I could feel it on my bare feet. Bed and linens were clean so that is what mattered most, but limited rooms available in this area when I checked in so didn't have a lot of options.
