I arrived at 3:30pm yesterday and they informed me that the room is not ready and told to come back at night when they have an available room, then I arrived at 11:30pm, they told me that sorry the hotel is over booked and there’s no room for me, I stayed 3 hours with my family, kids on the street to find another hotel to just sleep,
They ruined my stay, it was terrible staff, terrible management, and they don’t care about us and even didn’t make any effort to find another room in another hotel,
I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. This time after calling the front desk when I first checked in to get a coffee maker that worked, I ended up having to go down to the front desk to get it myself. They have no maintenance, no housekeeping, the people at the front desk I are poorly trained and they struggle to get you checked in. Oh, breakfast was cold again. This is one hotel I will bypass every time I go to the Cleveland area.

The hotel its self was alright. The room was a nice size. We had a pull out couch but with no sheets or pillows to use with it. We requested them 3 times and the finally brought them at midnight. We have 3 small children, so we just went out and got our own. We also requested more towels twice and never got them. The fire alarm went off a total of 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed there. We got this hotel for the pool. The night we swam with our children, a party was going on and there were 10 teenagers along with a \"guardian\" who were all drunk and high. They were vaping in the pool. Again this was with my children there. Along with 2 other families. They kept falling and swearing and then they started to fight. Thats when we left. Unacceptable.

The price was affordable so long as you book during a week day, if you book during the weekend you’re going to be paying way more than the you should considering the quality of this hotel. That said, the bed and linens (towels) were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly professional and helpful. The main reason I’m not giving this stay a 5 out of 5 is due to the overall cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The carpet in my room was very gross, and quite frankly the entire hotel’s carpeting is in need of replacement or at the very least deep cleaning. The entire hotel has a very strong mildew smell, and it’s very humid in all the common areas, which is almost certainly contributing to the smell. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold so I skipped a swim. It didn’t appear to me that any of the floors in the room were cleaned more than just sweeping and I could see hair in the corners of the floor in the bathroom. The lobby and tile flooring in front of the elevators needed to be scrubbed mopped with bleach. The last issue was the stairwells, they smell like cigarettes and during different trips up or down the had trash in them (that a guest clearly left). I know it’s sort of out of the hands to prevent guests from littering, but I wanted to mention this but it’s not affecting my star review as this isn’t directly the hotel’s fault.

TLDR: Overall I would recommend, based on pricing and staff. Needs deep cleaned with bleach and resolve mildew issues.

Noko was extremely helpful with the non-functioning coffee machine in the morning. Our customer experience was enhanced by her professionalism and sincerity. The staff, in general, was cohesive and family-like in the ways they worked together to ensure happy customers. We thoroughly appreciated them. The one negative was our shower spilled over onto a large portion of the bathroom floor creating a slip hazard.

The bathroom had black mold. The bathtub leaked enough that we woke up at 1 am and the bathroom floor was flooded. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. At 2 am the fire alarm went off excessively for reasons unknown. Tried to call the front desk to ask why but never got an answer or a call back. We weren’t sure if we needed to evacuate or not. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly but the front desk staff were not always friendly.

Front desk not welcoming. Room had no microwave, no clock, the phone did not work. Our room was on the 5th floor farthest away from front desk. No luggage trolly in the building, we schlepped our luggage quite a distance. Could not bring our cooler to the room as a result. No working ice machine on our floor. Toilet would not flush properly... disposed toilet paper to waste basket instead. My end table was sticky. Fridge barely cool.
Except for that...the breakfast was good as was the price point. A working phone to the front desk is a serious safety issue in my opinion. No luggage trolley was a serious inconvenience for those families with small children.

When my elderly mother arrived at check in. The lady at the front desk was so rude. My mother and aunt asked for a room close to the front entrance. Lady gave them room on 3rd floor furthest from elevators. Then my mother ask if they had a wheelchair due to the fact she was there going to Cleveland Clinic for surgery. LADY LIED and stated they did not. When my mother arrived for the next night stay. There was a new lady and they asked same question and accommodation everything. Even gave her a wheelchair to use.

Know when you’re going there that you need to ask for room service. I could not get my room cleaned. My towels were either placed on the desk or on the toilet seat. No coffee replaced, no soap and shampoo replaced. The one morning I went down for breakfast they weren’t open and then when they did openthe coffee was cold, sausage was cold, not impressed. The complementary coffee they have in the lobby. It’s cold. The machine didn’t work, and the area was nasty. The first night I was there my phone didn’t work. I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel and ask for a phone which I didn’t get until the next day when I went down to the front desk and picked it up myself, I asked for extra towels and two blankets that I didn’t get till the next day when I went down to the front desk to get them myself.
I could keep going, but I think you get the drift. I feel sorry for the two managers that are taking a lot of grief because the hotel doesn’t hire competent and enough employees to staff for the needs of the customer.
The day manager did adjust my bill and I was grateful for that, but it can’t erase the horrid experience I had for four days there.

One word sums up this hotel: MAGNIFICENT!!! The rooms were clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Not your typical waffles and bagels, but rather fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly. Everything about this hotel is first class, and the price was about half of what one would expect for a hotel of this quality. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are anywhere in the area.

This hotel is a big disappointment. I'm going to say that it probably has been bought out from Holiday inn and they are under a lot of need of repairs. There was only one person at the front desk they were lines waiting. He was there overnight he was there the next day I'm assuming they only have this one guy. He didn't listen to us for what we needed because I'm handicapped. The room I ended up in I have pictures the bathtub paint was all cracked off there's nowhere to put any of your items because there's no counters in the bathroom. There was dust hanging from the ceiling. The breakfast was minimal not very tasty at all. We will never go here again. No one asked how our stay was no one said hey is there something we can do for you.. because there was nobody around. Just the one desk guy. Do not go to the bar area to order food we waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food. It was 10:00 p.m. before we ever got it.

We stay at this location several times a year for on-site events happening in the banquet hall. Thus far; every time we stay, the elevators are not working (only 2 of the 5 actually work) and the pool area is closed at least one day if not all the days we stay. The free breakfast is not worth it and there is never enough staff on hand to handle proper operations. The hotel needs serious upgrades but is unwilling to spend the money.

The rooms needed to be updated. It smelled like mildew and Indian food. The whole reason we chose to stay here is because it had a pool. We checked in, then was told the pool is broken. My kiddo was super unhappy. The lady (Monica) then told us dont worry, we have rec passes and that we could go over to the rec to go swimming. I asked what time the rec closed and she said it was open until 10:00. I said great, we will be back by 8:00 to get ready because we had a choir concert to go to. I then looked online when we got up to the room and the rec was only open until 8:00. So then, once again, my kiddo was so upset. I called down to inform her the rec closed at 8:00, just so she was aware and wasnt telling other kids that came in that it was open later than it really is and she said okay thanks and that was it. I then spoke with an agent from Hotels.com and he asked them for a partial refund and they refused. So therefore, the one and only reason we statey there and intown that night was the pool and everyone ended up being disappointed.

I rented a room for the evening for my sons hockey tournament we checked in and our room and our teammates room had bed bugs we went to desk to inform staff and they went up to room and argued that it was just dirty not bed bugs well I know what bed bugs look like and to find out 6 day ago a review came in that they had bed bugs. The staff proceeded to argue about a refund and we ended up switching hotels I will never stay at a best western again I also told the hockey tournament directors to stay away from recommending this hotel in the future worst experience I have ever had with a hotel

Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice.
The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. The sink had no hot water. The shower faucet had a constant drip, and the whole thing was shaking with inside the wall. The sink also had a very slow drain to it.
I did inform the woman at the front desk at checkout of these issues, and she said that she would notify the manager and have them contact me which no one ever did.
As I was walking out with my kids, there was a gentleman mopping the floor, and wasn’t too pleased that we walked on his wet floor as we were walking out. To some degree, I can understand his frustration but at the same time I would not be mopping the floor, literally at the busiest time of the day which would be checkout time. There wasn’t exactly anywhere else for me to walk either.

Didn’t see any bugs, or stains in the morning, but the bed made me itchy for some reason. The room had a pungent order of feet/sweaty socks. There were mystery, bodily fluid stains on the headboard. And a buildup of filth in the tight corners of the bathroom. Was passing through the area on a road trip, and stayed here just long enough to sleep the night. It was dirt cheap, but even then I don’t think I would stay here again.

I’ve been to a lot of hotels in my life and the scrambled eggs have always been the same mostly; watery and gelatin like. The eggs actually had onions and peppers in them, something so simple but so yummy, along with a yogurt bar. I always enjoy staying at Best Westerns but have to knock this one down a star due to the bathtub handle being partly broken and causing a dripping all night long, otherwise all good.

I never give bad reviews, however, even though the price is affordable I would not recommend this property.The property was a bit ran down. The room smell musty and old. Bathroom was not clean, with hair in the tub and on the floor, mirrors not clean, floor felt sticky. Family in the room next to us was yelling and kids were crying most of the night. Pool is closed and this was not noted until after we booked. Beds and pillows were comfy, breakfast was good. The parking lot was dark. Area seems questionable due to looking dirty and we saw drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. Our family was safe however I would not recommend if traveling with kids.

It has been a while since I last stayed at a Best Western and I did not always remember them being the most clean, but this one was pretty nice and clean. The only issue was there were fire alarms the first and last night (@147am & 12am). The first was an actual issue, but the communication on when we could go back to our rooms was unclear. I am not sure why there was not some sort of an intercom update. Then on my last night the alarm then went off at midnight, three times. When I went down to the front desk I was told it was a false alarm. Again maybe something that could have been told through an intercom. When I asked if this would be the last one I was told \"I cannot guarentee it\". Just need some better communications.

I have been trying to reach someone regarding this reservation. When I arrived, there was no electricity. There was a postage stamp event happening. The front doors were shut and signs posted with arrows to go in a small man door. We went to the front desk they made us aware of the situation. Was told they were honoring cancellation requests with no penalties. I booked through a third party, when I spoke to Hotels.com They said the hotel denied my request for cancellation. I have sent multiple emails regarding this to hotels.com and I have left messages with hotel itself. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had. This would have been 2nd stay at this hotel.
