I have stayed in this hotel many times before and this was the first time I was a little disappointed. The ice machines were not working. We were not told at check-in and had to find out. The room was clean but when went to use the shower black stuff came out of the drain.

I was expecting much more from Wyndham. The property is in need of much renovation. One of two elevators wasn't working and the other was slow, dirty, and its door made a loud screeching sound, the room's door didn't have a functioning deadbolt. One bedside light didn't work and the other had a broken shade, the refrigerator door didn't close, the AC cover plate was broken, scratches on the walls and furniture, loose wall papers, the sink didn't have a stopper, one towel had a hole in it, no pen and pad of paper, the smoke detector was hanging loose on the wall, no clock in the room, and a few more things along these lines.

As a housekeeper myself, this place was dirty. I had to clean my own room. It was rose petals in my room under the room in the couch bed. Sauce on the wall. Hallways dirty, rails in the elevator came off when my mom held it. Dog poop in the hallway. It was terrible. The staff was good tho. I told them to hire me and I’ll show them how to detail clean and more.

During our stay, we experienced the following:
The initial room assigned to us had a non-functioning shower. The faucet handle spun freely and we were unable to access proper hot water.
After being moved rooms, the second room had a malfunctioning lock that did not properly secure. This presented a legitimate safety concern.
The pool, one of the primary amenities that influenced our booking decision, was initially unavailable upon arrival. This information was not disclosed prior to booking regardless of the communication that took place.
I was instructed to follow up with a manager regarding these concerns. However, during our three-day stay, the manager was not present when I attempted to address the matter prior to checkout.

Room carpet was not clean. Wall heater did not blow warm air until we removed the filters and cleaned months of lint and dirt from them. My wife and I had hoped to use the hot tub which was drained and had been for a while. The pool was functional but had things floating in the water and hadnt been cleaned in a while. There was no laundry bags in the room and there was only one working elevator that apparently had been the only one in use for a while. A final frustration was not finding a hair dryer in the bathroom. When asked for one at the front desk the attendant had to check three different rooms to locate one for us. The second floor where we stayed smelled strongly of weed. I will not stay here ever again. The one positive thing I can add here is that Lynicia who was staffing the front desk was pleasant and tried to accommodate our request.

Room keys wouldn't work because of constant \"updating\" but the outside rear door remained unlocked. Homeless folks were sleeping in the lobby and a deranged guy was talking to himself and screaming at imaginary folks for at least 8 hours. No ice, towels, coffee and water leaks were causing the ceilings to fall on the 1st and 5th floor.

The room was filthy. The carpets were not clean (debris). The coffee maker had a used pod inside. The microwave plate was covered in coagulated grease. The bathroom tissue box only had 2 tissues in it.
We did not get there until 10 pm and had to be at the Cleveland Clinic by 7:00 am, so we just went to bed. If we had gotten there earlier, we would’ve wanted to use the hot , but was out of order!
I never expected a Wyndham hotel to be this shabby!

Checkin was a problem. Didn't get the room requested and paid to protect my reservation. It was over 2 hours before we got checked in. It was unorganized. There was 1 person checking everyone in, reason it took two hours to get in a room. When we finally got a room 2 hours since most cleaning staff called off,
The bathroom was filthy. The used soap was still in the shower and there was a ring of dirt in the tub. Some trash on the room floor,krunnrunning up and down the halls.

This was the worse experience I have had with any hotel over 50 plus years.

I had reservations for 3 nights. I arrived at 2PM on day 1 and was told that early check-ins were not allowed and to return after 4 PM. This was on Valentines Day. When I returned at 5:45 PM, there were 23 customers standing in line to check in. This place only had one person handling the checking and one person that helped activate the door cards. No explanation was given to the customers waiting in line. The hotel was grossly understaffed. It took me more than 1.5 hours to get to the reservation desk to check in.
I asked if there were computer issues and was told by the person working at the reservation desk that the hotel was fully booked and that the rooms were not ready. Think about this. The hotel was fully booked, meaning they knew they were going to be busy. The fact that the rooms were not ready before 6 PM shows incompetent management. The hotel also requires a mandatory $100 deposit which it holds for 3 days according to a sign at the front desk. The room I reserved was not ready, so I was given a different room. Once I got to the room I discovered there were no towels, washcloths, hand towels, or any other towels in the room. The deadbolt on the door did not work. The wood frame where the door chain is located was very loose and looked like it may have been forced open a few times with several poor-quality repairs.

we stood in line for over and hour and a half just to check in. The building was leaking in the lobby, and in the food area. It was also leaking on the 5th floor.
I was charged for incidentals 3 times and I informed them if it they did tell me the charges would fall off.

Several items. We booked two rooms for Superbowl Sunday. They advertised a restaurant and bar, pool and hot tub down the hall. They also had TV and couch in the lobby. Our sole reason for staying here was to enjoy the game while our grandchildren swam, we could eat at the bar or relax by the lobby fireplace/TV. When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was closed on Sunday, the TV in the lobby had no remote so we could change channel or get volume, pool was dirty with wet towels and garbage. We were given two rooms on the 5th floor, with only 1 operating elevator which took forever. When our guest in the other room saw the crime scene tape cordoning off that room only a few doors down, they declined to spend the night. They used the room to change from the horrible swimming experience, we watched some of the game in their room, but they were not comfortable spending the night and left. We contact the hotel for some accommodation and told they would not do anything. Too bad, this could be a nice hotel.

The room I stayed in was dirty, old stuff was left in the fridge, along with hair all in the shower. Nothing was wiped down, and the restaurant wasn’t even open, which was one of two of the reasons I even chose your hotel! We got breakfast Sat, all to pay a total of $45 for my 8 year old to eat a bowl of cereal, my 10 year old picked at a few things, and I tried the French toast and potatoes, which was cold, everything was cold. So all I ended up eating out of all of it was yogurt. Not to mention, again, I chose this place instead of any other hotel with a complimentary breakfast, which is what I usually do, just to pay for the same warm breakfast I would’ve gotten for free elsewhere. I am very unsatisfied. The entire hotel was leaking through the ceiling, the coffee maker in the room had mold and dirt in it. Honestly I can go on, but these are the main of my concerns and I hope to hear back.

The room and the hotel was gross. The staff was horrible they weren't even in uniform. The building isn't even locked so anyone can come in the building. Trash was everywhere in the building. They never came to our room to clean, throw the trash out or even clean towels. The building leaks everywhere our room was leaking all over our bed. The worst place I'd ever stayed.

Fire alarm went off twice due to people smoking in there room. Was told it’s a false alarm and not to worry about it. Rooms were super dirty. Took 8 hours to get extra towels. Housekeeping did not come at all during my stay. The hallways went mopped for 3 days. People came into my room due to over booking. Exterior garbages were not emptied. Roof was leaking. No refund or credit was given. I do not recommend. For the price paid I would expect the upkeep to be much better.

Every trash can in and out of the building was full and overflowing. Carpets had stains, walls were dirty, building falling apart internally. Hot tub was over chlorinated and stung my eyes. I was told that I would have free breakfast but I did not. Woken up by a fire escape or fire alarm twice through the night with no apology or explanation. Everywhere I went it smelled like weed. The morning front desk clerk was not nice.

One star and terrible is not low enough. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. First we tried to check in at 2:40 PM and they would not allow us, we came back at 5:10 PM and there was a check-in line wrapped around the lobby. So we left and went to dinner and came back at 6:20. The check-in line was still wrapped around the lobby. We ended up waiting in line for 45 minutes just to check in while we were waiting in line. Multiple guests came to the counter saying they had no hot water, they had no sheets on their bed, and they had no towels or soap. Finally, we got our room went to the room… We had reserved a king size room with a pullout sofa bed, they gave us a standard queen room with one queen bed, and a little chair. I went back down and told the front desk and they said,“it was clean though right?“ And that was it. They went on to attend to other guests and did not acknowledge my concern. We ended up going back up to the room and staying. While I was down at the front desk, the one worker who was checking people in, made an announcement to everybody still waiting in line that there were no more clean rooms and they had a choice of waiting until rooms became clean or getting a refund. The entire building was in total dis repair, there were holes and ceilings and walls everywhere and there were water leaks throughout the building with a buckets and trash cans under them to catch the leaks we needed ice, went down to the ice machine… It did not work.

Took 38 minutes just to check in. Put us in the wrong room. Bathtub was backed up with nasty stuff floating around in it, took over 4 hours for anyone to finally tell us there's nothing they could do to help us. What was supposed to be a romantic night out turned into an absolute nightmare. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything this bad. I will never go back or recommend this hotel. I will be telling everyone to never book a room here. Ever!!!

Worst hotel ever!! Roof was leaking over the entire hotel. Very dirty, no hot water , smelled like mildew, only one elevator worked, and it was very sketchy. The rooms we booked they did not have available when we got there. Our keys did not work multiple times had to get them re-keyed. Staff live on site and homeless people hanging out.

Bad storm. Horrible freezing day. It was so late I arrived with my two young boys . The city was shut down. Instead of getting warm and clean finally they dismissed the three of us with a short and uncaring. Well thought you wasn't coming so I went a head and cancelled your room then stopped talking and went back to her phone I could even find no where to put money on a card for a another 32 dollar ride out of there kids are crying we are stranded with a paid for room that they had 3 hours to notify me I was struggling to travel to nothing they stole my money I paid out the but for travel during a shut down had my kids out in danger for nothing but them want to take my money for no services

The room had a big flying in it, no back cover to the TV remote, the entrance to the pool doors did not work we couldn't enter to the pool area, and we asked for one bed and we got two beds. The customer service was not that good either. It wasn't that great of an experience.

I wish our room would have been a little cleaner but other than that it was a great stay the pool was open and the hot tub! I even got a nice workout in the gym before I left. Lynecia was awesome! She went above and beyond and was very helpful during my stay! She made our trip worth it! She needs a raise lol but seriously I appreciate her efforts and time! Would recommend this hotel and it was affordable.

Also, when trying to get into pool area, door didn’t open with anyone’s room key so we had to walk all the way back to the front desk because the same lazy girl who refused to do her job at check in was too busy sitting on her cell phone to come help us and said she’d call maintenance and they never came!!! This whole place is a mess

Severely understaffed, very rude girl at check in but nice young man ended up helping us out after waiting two hours to check in with entire lobby filled with people waiting to check in probably 50 people. Hot tub was only reason we stayed which they shut down first night due to an “accident” & lied saying someone slipped and fell so blood was by pool and I could tell she was lying but went about my day and accepted the loss so went to go to bar another reason we chose this hotel which was also not open. Next night went to hot tub cause they said it was “cleaned up” & didn’t realize until it was too late that it appears FECES got into the water as the bubbles were all brown. I have pictures and we all jumped out and ran to our rooms to shower. The rooms weren’t clean and obviously couldn’t sleep after sitting in someone else’s literal poop!!!

Something I wished was posted I finalized my reservation: This hotel has a $100 deposit and cash is NOT accepted.

Other than that, the room was very nice. Clean and spacious. The water in the bathroom was a little wonky... tried to shower on the night we arrived but the water was scalding hot and wouldn't get any cooler. The toilet water was even hot. Woke up the next morning and it was fine. Not sure what happened there. I would've asked to switch rooms the night before but we were too tired and didn't feel like moving all of our stuff to a new room. We were only there overnight.

We stayed in room 136. The elevators were down which okay they accommodated us by putting us in a room on the ground floor. We get into the room, and the sliding door that leads to outside was completely broken. The lock was completely off and anybody who wanted to enter through our room could. I spoke to the front desk girl and she basically told me there was nothing she could do about it. Great. So sleeping with an unlocked door was super fun. We then went to shower and there was NO HOT WATER. again- i went up to the front desk and they stated the entire hotel was out as the hot water tank was out. Nothing was done to accommodate me and my guests. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying there.

Entire stay was ok at best. The room wasn’t as clean. There was stained blood on the sheet and comforter. Blood on the hallway floor by the elevators. The bathtub wasn’t clean and clogged when taking a shower. It was also rowdy past midnight hours with no warning to bring down volume. Pool and hot tub not functional during stay.

Personally wouldn’t stay again.
