The hotel has a free shuttle that took us to Cleveland clinic and hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot. They came back and got us after our appt. It was wonderful. We were not familiar with the clinic campuses so it helped immensely.

The room was large as we had a double queen corner unit. The rooms need updating for sure, but it served us well. It wasn't the cleanest as the floors and especially the windows were filthy. Our sone had a wedding and in the wedding area, the window sashes had bugs all over them. Weren't cleaned in years I suspect along with the exterior of the windows. The fitness room was great. Breakfast was standard, but good. Overall, I'd stay there again.

The staff was uniformly friendly, courteous and helpful, from Alicia who checked me in at night, to the gentleman (sorry I did not catch your name) who checked me out in the morning, to the waitress in the restaurant, and to the driver who took me to Cleveland Clinic using the hotel's free shuttle service. This is the most reasonable of all the hotels near the Clinic. It's not super fancy, but the staff made the difference for me.

The room was neglected - dust on the tabletops and coffee pot and dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. I arrived after dark and didn't see this until the next morning. If the basics aren't done how do I know I slept in a clean bed?

The staff was great but I would not recommend this hotel, and I will not be back.

Rooms need an update -- the furniture is shabby, and the windows were drafty and dirty. There was hair around the drain in the shower. The picture of your lobby shown here is bright, well-lit -- not so in reality.
We also had a problem checking in -- 6 months prior to the wedding we were attending (in the same building) we reserved a king size bed in a suite. When we tried to check in, we were told this was not available, even tho the next person checking in was given this type of room. We were able to get a room with 2 queen beds, which worked out as our son was staying with us -- the pull out couch in the living area was shabby and uncomfortable for sleeping. The clerk at the desk did offer to refund $100/night -- we hope this will come through our Expedia account.
Our daughter and son-in-law had arrived at 3am due to airline issues, and were kept waiting and told they could not receive cards for their room due to a gliche in your computer system. Other guests also had this issue.
There seemed to be NO coordination between the hotel and the concession that runs to event space -- we found out on the date that there is a hotel bus service we could use to get to the rehearsal dinner off-site. No one was told this was available prior.
The building is a stately one, with a long historic tradition which should be honored by its owner as a Cleveland treasure. Hoping Hilton will see the value in this beautiful lady and upgrade the facility appropriately.

The room was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. I could not believe it was a Hilton. The leather on the bed headboard and the side rails was peeling. So gross. The dresser was peeling paint. I could not believe it. The overhead light had lightbulbs that were blinking.

The lobby was lovely and we did receive hit cookies at check-in. The only nice thing about our stay.

At check-in we noticed the AC was out. We were told by the lady that we were stuck with the bill due to booking this thru a 3rd party. After complaining to the manager we were told they would not charge us anything for our stay and would contact Expedia for a refund for us.

The room was very clean, and the housekeepers were superior and accommodating. My only complaint is that there is evidently not a 24-hour housekeeper on duty, and the room floors are not carpeted, so we had walked and tracked dirt into the room. No one had a broom for me to sweep it up that evening.

The service from the Staff was fantastic. Alicia at the front desk was very helpful. And James who drove the shuttle went above and beyond. We were looking for a good place for dinner. He took our whole party of 10 to a restaurant in Little Italy that he recommended. He called the restaurant and made sure they could accommodate us and then told us to call him when we were done and he came and picked us up within 10 minutes, The Bartender - Marshall, was also very helpful and fun. The staff here made it a very enjoyable stay.

There wasn't staff available to help load or unload luggage and navigate up to my room. The staff did not offer explanation on any protocols of parking or how to get to the rooms - I had to drag the information out of them. The cleanliness of the room was low. The floors were dirty and the fabric chair had stains. The leather on the platform beds was ripped and worn. It was not a relaxing stay at all. And As I was there to say goodbye to my dying mother it just made the whole trip even more traumatic.

- Don’t count on shuttle service being available to the Cleveland Clinic or anywhere for that matter. Hotel doesn’t have a backup, if driver calls in sick, you’re walking.
- 1 elevator wasn’t working when we arrived.
- Air conditioning has been out for days. Fans provided, to blow hot air around.
- Problems in the kitchen, out of multiple items on the menu when it’s open, closed other evenings. Food not always available.
- Beer is ice cold and refreshing, which is nice after you walk back from the clinic.
- Employees were all courteous and helpful.

There’s a lot of construction or at least it seems to be outside the hotel, there are caution cones blocking the driveway leading up to the hotel. Also, when arriving to check in, the host informs me that the guest rooms do not have air conditioning. The experience in the room was so bad that I checked out in the middle of the night and found somewhere else to stay.

No one ever attempted to contact us so we could cancel in a timely manner in order to find a working hotel. Very stressful after a 7 hour drive.

Hotels.com will rip you off

There was no stay. The hotel had an accident earlier in day and had no air conditioning or even the ability to open windows. I had to stay elsewhere. I called Hotels.com within twenty minutes and I had a signed note from hotel that I could get a refund without penalty. Then, over the next several days I was lied to repeatedly by hotels.com while they “f me over” and stole my time during trip. I had charge reversed by American Express. If I have ANY additional trouble from Hotels.com you are 100% assured that I will litigate and that I will win

I stayed in mid-August, the architecture of the hotel is very beautiful, but the staff and the condition of the hotel are terrible, on the day of my check-in they called me and said that the air conditioning not working, you can cancel the reservation, but it was too late and not possible, I decided to stay, it was very hot, the bathroom was in terrible condition, when taking a shower, all the water splashes over the bathroom, the shower did not have protective glass or a curtain, I tried to talk to the staff so that they gave me another room, but zero attention, after studying the reviews of people who stayed in this hotel before, they had problems with air conditioning for a long time and they simply did not inform people about it,
If possible, avoid this hotel!

The shuttle to the Cleveland Clinic dropped us off a block away. When we call to return, they showed up at the wrong site. We called. They said they were on their way, but they never showed and we had to walk to the hotel. There were no tissues, shampoo or air conditioning. We had to ask several times for tissues, shampoo, and towels. The only saving grace was a lady working in the restaurant, and her name was Cathy. We will not be staying here again.!!!!!

In Cleveland for a medical procedure at Cleveland Clinic. This hotel could not have made our stay better! From the comfortable rooms to complementary shuttle service back-and-forth between the hotel and clinic, the Tudor Arms is a five out of five for me!

Absolutely the worst service. When I realized that there was no air conditioning in my room and it was oppressively hot in the room I asked the front desk employee to move me to a room with air conditioning. I was told that none were available and my choices were to take the room I had or find a different hotel to stay at. I had a confirmed reservation but that didn’t matter. Terrible staff!!!

A beautiful place to stay and a great price. They did call and let us know that a drunk driver took out some electrical that affected the air and we could opt out of staying with a full refund. We had no choice as we had surgery at Cleveland Clinic the next morning. It was a little more than warm in the room but they did supply a fan! There were a couple of light bulbs out but nothing serious. The room was very nice, although the shower did let enough water into the room to require a towel to dry it.

I loved the place, but didnt get to stay. There was an accident thst cayse an outage and no a/c in the rooms. Befire i arrived darnell had already called, left a detailed message and offered to refund or take a look at the room to see if it was still ok...my cjoice no pressure. I chise to move on, but i really want to go back and try again soon. It was a lovely place. Darnell also greeted me when i checked ut. With a great smile and super attitude given the circumstances. We were not notified that the hotel’s air conditioning was broken until we walked into the front door. The hotel blamed Travelocity saying that our phone number was not provided to them. They also refused to give us a discount due to the lack of AC. We also had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in because there was no one at the front desk.

It was a handicap room, even though we did not need one. The door was hard to open to get out of the room. Grab bars behind the toilet made it impossible for the lid to stay up which made it difficult to sit and get up. No air the first night but had it fixed for the second night. Shuttle did not run early enough for an appointment at Cleveland Clinic at 7am. It’s a clean place and have never seen bugs. The ice machine did not work on our floor (9th) and I had to go down to 8th to get ice. This was our second stay but probably won’t stay again as my daughter had appointments early and it cost too much to have the car parked at CC. We will find a place a little out of town to get a better price.

I always love a hotel with history and beautiful architecture. And this place has it in spades! The staff is also just wonderful. The next time we're in Cleveland we are definitely staying here. And this time I'm getting the Al Capone tour!
