the hotel is cute as can be, i loved the whole ambiance of it. everything was clean and nicely put together. the staff was great, there was a problem in their system with my reservation expedia had made, but the staff fixed it quick with no worries in my mind. a 10/10 stay, and would stay there every time i’m in the area

Room dirty smelled like sweat , shower wasn’t working had to switched rooms literally the next smell exactly the same. Shower drainage was broke so when I had to shower the water was not going down. definitely requesting a refund because that was ridiculous. Never will I ever stay here again.

The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. The bar and grill is only open for two hours. If you come back to the hotel late in the evening and want food you are out of luck. Overall the room was in great condition and served its purpose. The staff was friendly but not overly accommodating. The location is great as it is a short distance from the airport.
Please add more restaurants if possible.

Drove through a snow storm and decided since the roads were so bad we would eat at hotel. It had good reviews so we thought it would be ok. We get checked in only to find out the cooks called in and they had to close the restaurant for the night. That also effected the evening manager’s reception

The hotel offered a seamless check-in experience, thanks to its prime location. The bar and food options were exceptional, although the price point for the snacks was somewhat steep. One area for improvement is the proximity of the pool area to the gym. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic, with spacious, spotless rooms. The view of the waterfall from the window was truly breathtaking, and I would eagerly consider staying again.

Initially our reservation was canceled upon arrival by the hotel, I booked through a 3rd party and they were able to help by being able to rebook without a fee but it cost me money I wasnt expecting to have to pay seeing it was already paid for in advance. The pool nor gym wasnt available I'm guessing because it was New Year Eve, needless to say that was 2 of the reasons I booked here to be able to use the pool and gym. The hotel was nothing that I expected from a embassy I always stay at these hotels but this location was by far the worse, I will never come again

Well to start off the guy that treated us was horrible! He was rude, obnoxious, you couldn't understand them when he talked! You asked him a question and he was very rude with this answers I asked them if we could stay in the room a little longer because I didn't have to be at the hospital for my test until 1:00 and check out was at 11:00 and he said absolutely not we don't allow that! I'm only checked out the next morning at 11:00 and I was talking to the lady she said of course you can I'm going to give you a 12:30 check out

We were switched to three rooms due to the conditions of the first two rooms. The first room there was a red stain on the carpet, the T.V screen was broken, the phones didn’t work, the sprinkler head was hanging off the wall and someone else’s charger was plugged into the bedroom wall. The second room the phone didn’t work, when checking the bedding there was blood on sheets which I went to wash my hands immediately which we discovered either snot or other bodily fluids on the hand towel. We asked for a refund which was given then to make it right she wanted us to try one more room but had us wait while she continued checking others in. Out of frustration we started to walk out and Danielle hand us a key to room 407 which still had phones that didn’t work but at least the bed was clean. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well and unfortunately will not be returning nor be recommending any Embassy hotels anywhere ever.

Pleasantly impressed. I stayed at this hotel in the 90s and would once again return. The room was clean, comfortable, furniture with some wear and the shower head needs replaced due to corrosion. The only negative would be the people next door to my room were frequently slamming their bathroom door and laughing loudly.
The staff was ALL friendly and smiling!!!!

The best things were the breakfast and the drinks included in the price, and the service and staff were very good. However the room was in poor condition. The armchair was visibly dirty and had a rip in the cushion. All of the furniture was old, and the bathroom is outdated. Worst of all was the musty smell in the room and particularly the bathroom.

The location was very good for shopping and restaurants. The rooms badly need updating, but they were clean. All the furniture needs to be replaced. The lobby/atrium is very spacious; however; handicap access is troublesome because of the lengthy carpeted ramp to get to elevator or to breakfast area. The complimentary happy hour cocktails are a nice touch, but Restaurant food is pub fare. Burger was good, but rib eye left a lot to be desired. Bar staff were very courteous as were the cleaning staff. Some of the front desk staff were less friendly.

This property still has 30 year old couches, in the rooms and the bathroom has mold around the bathtub. I had to leave early because of an explosive water leak from the sink across from the bathroom. All kind of black fluid exploded everywhere, it was so toxic I just left. Very disappointed in my visit here. Will not be back

The phone in the bedroom didn’t work. Only one elevator was in service. My room was on the 4th floor and I heard the noise from the bar.

Everything was broken. Lights in the room, doors to outside, an entire elevator. And worse the pool. When I was booking a hotel I put in specific criteria for one with a pool.
When we checked in at 430, we walked up to our room, and there was someone in it cleaning it! Actually should use the term cleaning lightly, because the tub was dirty, and had hair in it. Two of the lamps in the room didn’t work, and it had an odd smell.

It’s very worn down. It was clear the bathroom shower had not been cleaned in a while as there was mold and brown stains on the grout. The gym and pool are closed for construction but there was no mention of that when booking, check in nor when I called ahead of time and spoke to someone on two separate occasions to confirm and ask about early check in. The ceiling crumbled in the area where the ice machine was and the restaurant/bar is appalling. The staff was at least very friendly and accommodated and early check in/late check out but that was the only positive about the stay. I would not recommend staying at this location and suggest booking at another hotel nearby.

I was there in May and the 2nd elevator was not working and when I returned in August is was still out of order. The pool was also not accessible, which was a disappointment as well. In my room there were 2 light bulbs that were out and I did not have the standard suitcase rack in the room for my luggage. We called for housekeeping and no one was available.lastly, there was no light over my sink in the bedroom.

I booked the reservation specifically because I have been there previously and enjoyed my stay immensely. My issue is that when I booked online on the website, I was not told that there was renovations happening. Myself and my wife were looking forward to the pool which at check in was told that was closed, which was not shown on the website. Although we were given a pass to go swim at a gym down the road, I feel that was an inconvenience for me because there's no telling the circumstances surrounding that facility. Plus, we would have to drive down the road etc...then return which is a major inconvenience. Also, elevator was down. Major inconvenience. Overall the best part was the room but we picked Embassy because of amenities and that wasn't present this stay. I feel like because of those things some sort of discount etc...should have been presented or offered. If not even that night in the future. Respectfully

This is the second time in a month staying here. The first time the air in the room didnt work. This time a/c barely works, the phone in the room didnt work. The tv didnt work in either room, it said weak signal. I left the room at 6am , told the desk clerk he wrote it down, and said it would be fixed when i returned. I git back to the room at 5pm, the phone still doesnt wirk. The tv still doesnt work, and the room had never been cleaned. I told the desk clerk, she said she could try to get someone to fix the phone. And the tvs didnt work in almost all of the rooms. This is unbelievable. All the manager needs to do is have directtv boost the signal, simple fix, and phone didnt work when i left. I wint stay here again. And wouldnt recommend it. I got the room down to 71 by closing off the rooms. Setting the thermostat on 60, and had to put the fan on continuous high. Not comfortable.

And the worst was having my granddaughter finding a used condom on the floor next to the bed she was sleeping in! I have never stayed in such a gross hotel! I've stayed at other Embassy Suites before, and I was very disappointed with this one. Funiture looked old and not in good shape. The mattress on the pullout sofa looked disgusting, and stained, it looked like food splatters on lamp shade They had a restaurant there on premises and it wasn't available. Had to go out and find a restaurant for dinner.. They had a gym that wasn't available as well. I am handicapped and asked for handicapped accessible bathroom. They had grab bars for bathtub, but no shower chair to use. When asked, they said one should be in bathroom. They were told it wasn't, they informed me there were no more because they were broken. I really feel they should offer me some of my money back from this experience. I will not recommend this Embassy Suites to anyone visiting the Cleveland area.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in different locations, but recently my experience has been disappointing. In April, I visited the one in Chicago and was hustled out of my $85 deposit! I can’t afford to lose money like that. They kept saying the deposit was sent back, but I never received it. Then, I stayed at the location in Beechwood and had the same issue, this time losing a $50 deposit! I want my deposits back!

I haven't made much noise about this yet, but I am ready to. The staff in Chicago was great, while the service in Beechwood was just average—not something to brag about. The highlight of my visits was the breakfast and the bar; they did a fantastic job there. However, I will likely take my business elsewhere if this continues, as I feel like I'm being scammed out of my deposits for no reason! No parties, noise, not left dirty.. Nothing! just my daughter and I..!! I want answers!!

First room the bathroom had a sewer issue so we was moved from second floor to the fourth floor then that room furniture was very old had rips in it. Couch is very old had rips in it the next morning that bathroom has smell like the sewer.
