The hallway was really hot. Like unbearably hot. We were on the second floor. As soon as you walked in the hallway, the heat was unbearable. It was right above the cafeteria I don't know if that had anything to do with that, but it was super hot. Other than that the hotel was great. It was our second time staying there

I’ve stayed at many of hotels, and I have to say this particular hotel, and its particular location is on the top of my list.

Friendly staff, rooms are definitely efficient enough for a family of 4. My only complaint, I only seen ONE elevator. That was a little mind boggling.

Regardless, I still give this hotel 5 STARS all day. I’ll be back soon!

The hotel sent an email prior to our stay stating that parties expressly are not allowed and that people over the number allowed in the room are also not allowed. These rules were not enforced and the place was overrun with multiple, multiple kid parties with many, many people sharing rooms. Literally kids with matching “slumber party” pjs with one adult present. I am not a grump, but literally loud, dirty, messy, and broken jacuzzi and elevator, hot water broken for tea and could not get breakfast as way too busy and messy as overrun with so many kids and no adults.

I felt so sorry for the workers. The breakfast workers were so good and keeping everything in order when the place was too busy. They told me it was worse last weekend. They also said they are worried about the kids in the pool as no adults present so they watch the kids.

The staff were great, I feel for them. The place was dirty BECAUSE the place is getting abused by guest taking advantage. I will never go there again. I spent $500 for two nights and it was awful. Go there if you want to just a kid slumber party because I guess that is what the hotel is for now.

Staff was awesome! Went over and beyond to help us get aquatinted with the property and tell
us about the area. My friend and I came out this way for a girls night and was hoping for some time in the hot tub and just relax, but do to a large family and a party unfortunately they were in the pool all evening being loud. So I would say the only down fall was that other guest was taking up the pool and were very inconsiderate of other guest. But again, staff was great, and most importantly the place was clean, so you got to take the good with the bad. I guess we just picked a bad weekend to come.

Great base for area sightseeing (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Football Hall of Fame, James Garfield Historic Site, USS Cod). Breakfast selection was very good and included scrambled eggs and a meat, which is nice for those trying to eat low carb. We loved the stove top and the outdoor grills, both of which we used during the week we were there. Can't think of any complaints.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left 2 days later, the staff went above and beyond. The front desk person personally showed me where to find breakfast, drinks, pool, etc. Sunshine and the rest of the breakfast staff were so kind. My waffle was made for me! The breakfast options were the most I have seen at a hotel. This hotel was very cozy with fireplace inside and firepit in back. Pool was great with perfect temperature. Thank you again! I will be back.

Due a refund from 8/29 - Hilton clerk made error.

I told the hotel clerk - name MIKAHLA on Aug 26 that I would leave a night early. She said fine. When I checked out 8/29 clerk LINDA said \"OH NO You had to do that with hotels.com\" The other clerk had MISINFORMED ME. Linda told me she was new. So what? I believe this is HILTON's responsibility to refund my one nifght. This ruined my trip at a hotel where otherwise the staff was very friendly. And I can't find a HUMAN at hotels.com. PLEASE refund my money or give me a coupon for another stay.

I had to travel unexpectedly to Cleveland for a funeral, and with the city packed due to a Morgan Wallen concert, most hotels were either fully booked or charging astronomical rates. I was beyond grateful to find a last-minute room at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland-Beachwood, which turned out to be an incredible experience during a difficult time.

I literally booked from the airport around 5:30 a.m. for just one night, unsure of what to expect. I arrived at the hotel around 6:30 a.m. completely exhausted. The front desk staff was immediately kind, understanding, and reassuring. They let me know that as soon as the first room was cleaned and turned over, it would be mine—regardless of whether it was an upgrade. I was even invited to enjoy their breakfast while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture that meant more than they probably realized.

The manager personally checked in with me shortly after I arrived and made sure I was taken care of. That level of attention and compassion was incredibly comforting. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet—everything I needed to rest and reset.

I’ve stayed at Homewood Suites many times before, and this location continues to impress with consistent service and warmth. The team here went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful for their professionalism and empathy during such a tough moment. Highly recommend this property—not just for the amenities, but for the genuinely good people who run it.

Hotel is not as well-maintained as it should be for a name-brand chain. Carpeting in elevator was gross -- that's so easy to replace that it's inexcusable.

The baseboard under the kitchen appliances and sink in both rooms I stayed in was dirty -- crumbs, food and debris from previous stays. The room was cleaned, but not in a detailed enough way.

Everything was great except our room had no AC and the only ceiling fan didn’t work. We paid a good amount for 2 nights and it was hotter in the room than it was outside for 1 1/2 out of our 2 days. They did bring a portable AC unit down to cool the suite, but it only helped in the living room area.

I’m a little baffled most of the reviews I read before booking praised this place for cleanliness. My room had a decent base clean, but was very outdated and dirty. The edges of the flooring were disgusting. The bottom of the shower had a brown ring staining a large portion of it. The staff were very friendly, the main area was clean and well kept. I’m not sure if I just got a bad room compared to others, but I felt grossed out my entire stay. I would not recommend.

I checked in around 11 pm and and specifically told the attendant at the front desk that I don’t want to stay next to the elevator and guess what she literally gave me a room right behind the elevator. I went back and asked to change the room and then she gave me an excuse I couldn’t even understand what she meant.
Other than that. Breakfast was good and hotel was clean and the room was big. There is no Amazon Prime app on TV.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sunshine helped brighten our breakfasts with her cheery disposition and personalized service. Camero helped prepare waffles, cleared the tables, and promptly refilled coffee cups while brewing new pots of coffee.
The air conditioner was not working in one of our rooms; the maintenance team quickly addressed the issue. When it was determined the air conditioning unit needed replaced, Tae and Jeremy made sure we were very well taken care of. We highly recommend staying here; the customer service is exceptional! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!
