Staff was terrific! From front desk to breakfast server, all very helpful and professional. Unfortunately the facility appears to need updating. First room we were in the TV did not work, front desk attendant tried to fix, but could not. We changed rooms, TV worked, but temp in room was either too hot, or cold. Bed was worn and extremely uncomfortable. All in all staff was great, but facility not so great. Would not stay here again.

the check in was rough, the guy blamed Expedia for the problem ,ihe stated it was coded wrong. I said that was weird because my email confirmation was accurate. and they put us in the room directly across from the wrong room. a little suspicious...

I loved this hotel. There are a lot of restaurant options close by and gas stations as well. The staff were very nice, and room was clean. The only drawbacks were that the lamp in our room didn’t work, and there was a leaky window in breakfast area that leaked during the morning rain and splashed us a little bit. This was my second time staying at this property and it never disappoints us. The rooms are clean, great customer service. My only complaint was that the breakfast options were not to our liking. There were no none pork meat selections and the waffle mix was pumpkin spice and there wasn’t plain waffle mix. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We came in town for wedding, and hotel was very accommodating with an early check in and putting up with all of us later in the night. They provided a shuttle that was clean and nice to the wedding venue and bus driver was also very nice. Free breakfast in the AM was probably one of the best I’ve had included in a stay.

The lady at front desk was unreasonable about checking in 30 minutes even tho room was ready then took 30 minutes to check us in. Would not give us the wedding hoodie bags with wedding itinerary u til after we insisted it was for us. Then at 6:30 am woke up to the neighbor smoking tons of pot!

Never ever stay in this place. Shower was nasty asked 3 different days to clean. The manager final sent housekeeper who then asked for a tip to do her job! She retaliated after I refused tip and turned on the water in suite kitchen and blamed it on me! Manager called the police to have criminal mischief charges filed against me. Had to go to police station almost missed my flight! Credit card shutdown after they tried to charge 15400 dollars for water damage. What a day, don’t even think about it! It’s terrible!

I wanted to love this hotel based on the location. However this hotel had a terrible smell throughout. The hallways and my room smelled stale. The gym smelled terrible. I mentioned it a few times but they kept saying they didn’t smell anything. I probably won’t stay here anymore but I sure hope they take care of the smell there.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice. We arrived pretty late, but check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was helpful. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few minor inconveniences.

Traveling with a service dog and a disability, I had requested a first floor room. Was informed on arrival that they did not have a first floor room available. I am unable to use elevators and was given a room on the 3rd floor - right next to the elevator. Umm.. not helpful!!!

The breakfast is really good. Rooms were super clean and the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that the pool was so cold and the main reason for booking it for the weekend for my daughter’s birthday. We still swam but it really wasn’t enjoyable. The only other complaint was that they do not clean/restock the room and towels everyday you have to go to the front desk and ask for more. But other than that. We loved the area super quiet and we felt extremely safe. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Cleveland Solon now about 4 or 5 times for trips to the Cleveland Clinic. It is great value for money and the restaurants next to the hotel are very convenient.
