Outside property was dirty and smelly. A lot of semi trucks parked in odd spots and really close to interstate so expect a lot of traffic noise.

Lobby smelled old, front desk staff was ok, nothing to really brag about. Area that was supposed to be snack store was pathetic to say the least, but luckily the area has a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Room was nice size, housekeeper did a poor job at cleaning because there was crumbs in the chair at the desk, hair in the bathroom sink, on toilet paper roll and toilet. Bath math in tub needs to be removed and burned as it was absolutely disgusting! A lot of updates are needed for this room due to rusting on lamp stands and toilet seat that look likes it was a dog's chew toy!

No Hot Breakfast to speak of and no complimentary hot tea/coffee stations. This Comfort Inn property has left a significant bad taste in my mouth. If you can find another property and have to be in this area of Twinsburg I suggest looking elsewhere.

Horrible!
I came here with my family for a one night stay and the room was dirty. Everything about the room felt really off. I could tell that they didn’t put effort into cleaning the room. The bathtub had stains and there was barely any food for breakfast. They literally only gave you bread with jam and that was it. No juice, decaf coffee, eggs/protein and etc. Would not recommend coming here!!!

The bathtub/shower had an opened and used bar of soap and bottle of shampoo sitting in it. And we only received 2 small towels and wash cloths on the shelf in bathroom for 2 adults. The lady at desk was nice enough to supply us with more, though. There was no hot breakfast which due to cold weather we understood, but there was a refrig in breakfast area that only had 3 small yogurts and a couple packs of instant oatmeal to supply all the guests, we felt this was a little stingy on your part in replacement of the hot breakfast. Even all the coffee in the breakfast area was out of order. Very disappointing.

This hotel has gone downhill. It is really getting run down. The entire facility smelled strange. It had snowed 6 inches the day before we arrived. But the parking lot remained UNTOUCHED. And they did not keep the lobby dry. It was quite treacherous. They kept one set of the lobby doors open at all time, so the lobby was cold.
Our lamp shade was in dire need of replacing. There were multiple lights in hallways that need new bulbs. One light in our bathroom did not work. The towels are VERY thin and we only had 2 towels although I registered 3 guests on my reservation. The sheets smelled strange also. The heater did not work properly.

I will admit that it was an affordable room...but only 18 months ago, this hotel was MUCH nicer. Not sure if there was a management change or what.

Traveling for the holidays with my elderly parents and needed a place to stay overnight. While I know it’s a lower cost hotel, I thought it’s a national chain with standards… how bad could it be. It was bad, even worse UNSAFE. It had snowed that day but had stopped hours before. The entry sidewwalk had not been shoveled, the front, automatic doors were broken and I had to pull them open myself, the entry had wet, slippery floors, and the lobby had puddles of water. Trying to get my parents in safely was a nightmare and I slipped multiple times. The young woman at the front desk acted clueless when I told her this was a hazard. But I came back later and she had attempted to clean it up, but left it to the night person who I met later to clean up. But, there’s more. The hallways reeked of cigarettes and the carpets looked like they need to be cleaned. The room was a sauna, no matter the temperature we set, it was HOT. And the pull out bed mattress, after I had to go ask for linens, was falling apart. Needless to say, we looked forward to checking out.

Breakfast was so limited it wasn't worth even going. Coffee machine broken. Only dry cereal, some bread or english muffins to toast, small, unappetizing danishes, instant oatmeal packets (original or cinnamon/spice), and limited flavor yogurt.

At least in my room, temperature control was broken and room was too uncomfortable to sleep. So unfortunate because the rooms are visually nice, the staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The price was great too!

Floor was dirty both carpet and tile, smudge marks and other dirty marks on walls, toothpaste splatter on mirror above the sink. Just over all unclean.
Over all rough wear n tear. Definately needs some overhaul done and upgrades. Went down to breakfast at 815 and there was hardly anything left. What was there was cold and had obviously been there awhile. The coffee was cold and disgustingly strong
The coffee pot in the room must've been cleaned with some kind of soap, that was all you could taste in the coffee.
Couldn't close the curtains. And 1 was partially off the track.

We arrived in the evening traveling with kids. Checked in. No luggage carts around anywhere, asked at the desk, she said they must be all in use. Had to carry all our stuff in multiple trips. Got to the room on the 3rd floor all the way to the end away from the elevator (mind you there were only a handful of people staying in the hotel). Room was freezing cold, no heat on in the room. No bedding for pullout couch. Went back down to the front desk to ask about why the heat wasn't on in room and for the bedding. Front desk person had no idea about the room being cold, gave me bedding and an extra blanket. Room took till around 3am to finally warm up. Carpets were dirty, mold around tub in bathroom. Our room door had a gap in it and you could see into the hallway. The door next to ours outside was open all night, strange. Breakfast was average, but no coffee and no handle on the food server for hot foods so you had to touch the hot lid to open it. Chairs in dining area were all torn apart and need replacing. Overall we would not stay here again. Quite disappointing because based on other reviews you would think this place was amazing, but I assure you it was not.

Too many things are wrong

During our stay, we found several things wrong with the hotel room. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, the carpet going around the base of a divider wall was coming off and my mother tripped on it, the sink was clogged (initially we knew something was wrong bc the stopper wasnt even placed inside the sink, it was on the counter) so brushing your teeth or washing your hands- the sink backed up, the floor gripper in the shower (so you do not slip and fall) was a quarter of the way torn off the tub floor and water was getting underneath it, hair was left behind on the shower wall, and the TV didnt work. One reason I chose this hotel was for the pool so my daughters could swim, well the pool was under maintenance so that plan didnt work and we were never made aware that the pool would be out of commission. I usually dont complain about much, understanding that things happen and places are under staffed, but we told the manager at checkout and she pretended to write everything down and said they would get right on it. When we left she just walked away from the computer and went to a back room. I doubt anything was corrected. Overall not pleased with the place, but served its purpose for sleeping and showering. I will not return to this hotel and we are in this area frequently since my daughter moved.

Not too bad, but not totally clean. There was a big blob of dried toothpaste by the sink. I used one of the makeup remover cloths to wipe the counter and came away with quite a bit of dust. Towel shelves were dusty in the corners and the towels were placed haphazardly. Small beds and very hard to walk around without banging your shins (my husband did it twice before moving to the other bed). Also 2 lightbulbs out in bathroom, so no light by sink. Wouldn’t recommend.

We booked this hotel for a family wedding specifically because of the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance so my kids were very disappointed. The breakfast was okay - the staff running the breakfast was distracted by her cell phone, but managed to refill food items once they ran out. Beds were smaller than expected, and there were no extra blankets in the room for the fold out, so my 3 kids scrunched into one bed. I did not attempt to call down for extra blankets. All in all, it was an okay experience. Good, not great.

Do not stay here. Hair left in the sink, food in pull out couch, no working toilet in room and in lobby, stains all over linen, elevator makes a scary rumble noise and vibrates as soon as it’s about to come to a stop like it’s about to blow up. Girl at front desk can’t even be bothered to greet guests as they walk in. Hotel is horribly maintained if it’s even being maintained at all room key stopped working so went down to front desk and the guy on shift didn’t even ask us our name to ensure that it was actually our room and just fix the key for us.

I was traveling with my mother and children. I booked the room, but my mother got to the property before I did, and they allowed her to check in and go to the room to be more comfortable and I appreciate that. However the hotel was still a little dirty and outdated. The room smelled old and wet, it was long hair all over the room inside the tub and on the floor, their were stains on the carpet, the ice bucket was full of used tissues and it was in the bathroom, the refrigerator was dirty at the bottom where it meets the floor, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, I requested a double king suite and got 2 queens, the pool hours are horrible 9am-9pm, their was NO towels at the pool, the morning staff was rude and barely speak English, breakfast was nasty the sausage patties were a weird color and the eggs looked as if they were pre fried and warmed so they were rubbery. Overall it was okay for 1 night but nothing more. I won’t return.

It was a room for a business trip. The property is dated and could stand to make simple maintenance updates such as the filter in the bathroom ceiling was dirty, there were stains on the top cover. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very small and soft and I had to use all of them to sleep comfortably. Most of my towels had stains on them. The ice maker on my floor wasn't working and the A/C was not blowing out cold air despite being on 65 degrees. They left a wash cloth on top of the shower curtain which had been used by someone else. I will just pay the extra money next time to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn...

This Place Sucks!!!!

Hotel needs updated. Got 2 rooms and one of the rooms toilet was clogged and shower was clogged and all they did was bring up a plunger and set it outside the door and said maintenance will be in in the morning but maintenance never came so everyone in that room had to use the other room to take a shower and use the restroom. Was charged incidentals before we even left the hotel when it was only supposed to be a pending charge for incident, there were no incidentals, but I was charged and I’m still waiting to be refunded. There were no pool towels even though they had racks in there for towels, when I asked for some pool towels. I was told they didn’t have it so I have to use the towel from the room that we barely had. Breakfast sucked and the elevator sound like it was gonna fall apart.

Our stay was just okay. The buggest issue was that the room was dirty. I did not make an issue over it because we didnt want to deal with it. There was what loooked like bodily fluids on thw curtains, hand prints on the headboard and the pillows were completely brown under the pillow cases. Also the shower curtain was filthy on the inside. Looked like mold or at least im hoping it was mold. Usually there is an extra blanket and pillow especially since there was a pull out sofa but there was none to be found. I went down for breakfast at 9am and there wasnt much in regards to food. There were only eggs and sausage for hot things. The cereal was so old it was stuck in the dispensers. I couldnt get it out. The bagels were gone and the only juice avaliable was apple.

One of the worst stays!

The toilet and bathtub kept back up! The lady checking us in had. Attitude when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch as they didn’t equipped the room with it when we checked in! One of the beds had a metal post coming out from under the bed me and two of my children hurt are selves on.

I was pleased with our stay here. Our room was much larger than I expected, which was great for our family of 6! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I can't ask for much more. My kids loved the pool ( I recommend replacing the tile with something not so slick) and the morning breakfast. Staff were nice. This is not a Marriot by any means, but I would book here again.

The room was clean. The bathroom was dark because one of the bulbs was burned out and then had not been replaced. The carpeting in the dining area is very badly stained all over. The tile floor is in the reception area and hallway were dirty and not cleaned.

Hotel is run down and needs renovations, everything from ac to toilets to the toilet paper where broke, even the door at the bottom had a half inch gap you could look out into the hallway. Only saving grace is the front desk clerk on check in went above and beyond to get the wifi and tv up and running. Even going as fast to carry a new tv to my room and hooking it up herself. She was phenomenal.

Actually, it was a nice enough property, but the bathroom had stuff growing in all of the crevices and seams. Around the grab bar in the shower there was a dark green film all around the connecting joint. The film wiped right off with no effort or scrubbing needed. That tells you how much effort had gone into cleaning it (zero), and how long it had been since being cleaned. All I can say is \"ewwww\".

Hallways smelled like marijuana and it drifted into our room. The hotel was very dirty and dated. I watched a guest spill a cup of coffee in the lobby. He rang the bell at the desk and no one ever responded to it. He finally gave up and left. The mess was still there an hour later.

A Decent Deal for Small Family Getaways

As a small family just taking an overnight trip away, it's a pretty good deal for this place! There's a pool, kinda cold water, but the pool room itself was amazingly warm. No hot tub in the pool room, but the tub in the bathroom was big enough for our 6'2\" daddy of the family to relax and take a soak :)
There were kiddos at the pool, they were friendly, we all played Marco polo together, pool water/room itself is very clean/maintained until you reach the end of the night, they run out of towels-totally expected, staff will be there to help if you ask! All staff super helpful with our requests of extra towels, pillows, blankets for us. Much appreciated :)
The next morning, breakfast wasn't as amazingly fantastic as the one singular picture on the internet showed, but it was solid, I'd say my kid got more out of breakfast than I did, and she's a picky eater! She had oatmeal, fruit, waffles, and juice. There was also sausage, bagels, toast... It's the usual offerings, they just weren't hitting for me, so that's on me not the hotel.
The hallways are a little.... Lumpy? To walk down, so watch your step. The rooms are a little thin-walled, but we all slept okay through the night. Very nicely priced for a small getaway, would recommend and would come back again! Check out was super easy, just dropping off the cards at the desk was all that was needed.

comfortable bed and that’s about it

well, I will say that after the complaints of uncleanliness of our first room we had no trouble being moved to a second room on the same floor. No salt outside even the drive way in front of the entry door was an ice skating rink … leaking water from bathroom sink had pooled on the bathroom counter and the toilet ran all night. Waffle maker was near broken and somewhat hazzoedose to use especially for the children we saw visiting

The room was very spacious with high ceilings. The room was clean but needs updates. It was perfect for a quick over night stay. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I traveled with my husband and son. We would stay here again.
