Overall, I’d rate this stay 4 stars, but closer to 5 stars in terms of value for the price. It’s a budget-friendly option with breakfast included, and as long as you go in with realistic expectations, it’s a solid place to stay. The staff were also very kind and welcoming, which definitely added to the experience.
The breakfast is quite simple, which seems to be a common theme. Compared to other Choice Hotels I’ve stayed at in a similar or even lower price range, there are fewer hot options. That said, it still works for a quick start to the day. There were make-your-own waffles, toast, yogurt, cereal with milk, coffee, tea and a small selection of fruit. Basic, but enough.
The room looked like it had been recently updated, which was nice. The bedding and carpets appeared clean, and overall the space was comfortable. However, the smaller details in the cleaning were a bit of a drawback. A few items like the iron, hair dryer and the lamp near the coffee area, had visible coffee grounds and hadn’t been wiped down. It’s not a major issue, but it does take away from the overall cleanliness and can feel a bit off-putting.
In the end, this is still a good budget stay. For the price and what’s included, it offers strong value with room for improvement on attention to detail.

Stayed here while working out of town. Got in the shower and had someone pounding on the door within minutes because it leaked into the room directly below us and flooded their room. Then the new room they moved us to had a dog turd on the carpet. Will not be coming back at all

It was 9:30pm when I got there. It smelled like garlic and onions. The staff was nice. My room was clean but you could hear dogs barking in other rooms. My pillows had a very mild smell of garlic so i had to put a towel on it

The bathroom had a defunct fan which was very noisy the second you turned on the light. I video'd it and played it for the employee at the front desk. He apologized but I have a feeling it's been like that for a long time. Also, I had a male housekeeper come to my door at 10am when check out is 11am. I explained I'll be leaving soon but he wouldn't go away. He purported he didn't understand english and continued knocking and came back again. I paid for a good nights rest. Come on.

Yes the room was neglected,and the staff didn't seem to care. l have pictures to show that the bed linens were never changed, including the bedspread. And when you pulled the covers back the sheets had hair and stains on them. I asked for sheets to change the linens myself but he said he didn't have any clean sheeys available , he'd see aboit washing some sheets since a housekeeper was unavailable.

The entire hotel smelled like skunk and the rooms weren't in great shape. At one point I came downstairs to leave and the clerk was sleeping on the couch. There was also super loud music and people yelling after midnight.

At the entrance there were some supplies that were sitting on the ground that appeared to be for some type of renovation/improvement. They had obviously been there for some time because there was lots of trash and dirt on and around them. Once we entered the building we received a welcoming smell of weed. The gentlemen working the front desk were friendly and also welcoming when coming back into the hotel.
Arriving to our room, the room had a musty smell combined with wet dog. The sheets appeared clean but the one comforter had dirt marks, the carpet needed a deep clean/replaced, and the walls had many dirt marks. We were woken just after 8am by housekeeping vacuuming and setting off a fire alarm twice.

We needed a place to sleep for the night, pretty much checked in watched a movie and fell asleep. In the morning breakfast was complementary and on time. We then checked out and had no issues. Everyone was quick responding and happy to help us!!

The pictures don't match the property at all. A lot of construction was going on as well. They had some serious sketchy people there, had a guy wearing a bandana over his face constantly asking to buy him food(would literally follow us out to our car). The price was okay for the most part giving the way the hotel and room was. Read online it was a $150 security deposit but when we got there is was actually $50. At this point there was a mix of pros and cons. Like the breakfast included part, my father really loved it since he's an early bird.

Rented two rooms, because front desk staff couldn't figure out how to rent a room with two beds. Both smelled like a cigar smoker lived in them. Windows screwed shut, so you couldn't air out the horrible smells. Do not stay here.

The bed sheets had obvious stains on them, the refrigerator has leaning severely because the wood cabinet had rotted out under one of the feet, the shower head looked like it had black mold on it, there was a live bees nest just outside of the window, the carpet felt sticky to the feet with shoes on, and the overall condition of the building was poor.

When arriving to the hotel we thought it was closed, because the front doors had construction signs all around. When you walk in its very dark but smells clean. The first night there was someone passed out on the driveway from drugs that was taken by ambulance. 2nd night we found needles on the ground next to our hotel. Another time 2 doors down someone was yelling to other person about their cheap junky high. The breakfast was basically nothing. They had bagels but nothing to put on it, 2 types of cereal, the worst coffee ive ever had and waffles. The last night we were there we needed towels and the front desk person said we had to wait until the next day for house keeping but we were leaving. Do not stay here unless you are looking for drugs and an awful time.

We stayed here over the wizarding Weekend in Kent because it was one of the few places with openings at that point and reasonable priced. Even for that price though, we were still kind of disappointed. The shower curtain was gross and needed replaced or bleached at least, the tub had stains, and other areas looked barely cleaned. The hotel definitely needs some updates, you can tell a lot of it is really old.

We arrived around 11:30pm. Upon entering our room, we opened the bathroom door and were greeted with a strong smell of marijuana smoke. We returned to the front desk and were switched to the room next door. That bathroom smelled even stronger, so the point that my friend coughed upon entering the bathroom. The front desk employee sprayed the first room and then asked me to come smell, as it didn’t smell. (Of course not, he just sprayed something else.) He then came to our room and said he didn’t smell it and it wasn’t smoke. He moved us across the hall, and this room did not smell. However, there were hairs in the bed and a towel with a large stain in the bathroom. Neither of us are picky when it comes to hotels, but this was worth a negative review.

We booked a king size bed handicapped room as my wife and I are disabled. When we were given the room it’s smelled as if someone just had a cigarette! The throws on the bed were soiled and the shower head was hanging off the wall. When we had our room switched to another that didn’t smell like an ashtray we were given two queen beds but were still told we’d have to pay the rate of a king sized. I don’t think we are going to consider using your hotel in the future

The light switch did not work but the lamp was bright enough. There was plenty of towels. The water was nice and hot (just like I like it)! There were 2 beds in our room. The one we slept in was perfect! It was comfortable and with 4 pillows (which is a plus) because my husband gets 1 and I get the other 3! The stay was quiet but there is outside traffic noises which were expected. This hotel is near the expressway and plenty of shopping and eating options nearby. We will definitely choose this place for another visit.

Sounded like kids jumping off the bed? And loud rap music pounding for a while too. Also could hear snoring through the walls. Water did not get hot.
