They demanded $100 cash to stay at the room and I didn't have it to give them. They didn't say nothing until after I booked it and then did not refund me. Also the front desk manager was rude and wouldn't refund me or put my card on hold in case of damages. Definitely never stay there again.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The room had only two pillows per bed and no comforter—just a thin soft blanket. The TV remote didn’t work properly (you couldn’t move left or right, only change channels and volume), so using apps like Netflix was impossible. We asked the front desk for extra pillows and were told they didn’t have any.

They also advertise breakfast, but there was none at all. On top of that, the bathroom door didn’t even close all the way.

Overall, not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Called to verify I can park trailer on-site was told yes. On arrival was told I can't park there…. I was already parked out of the way. I told them I wasn't walking to the motel. I was told I had to leave and they no longer had a room for me. I proceeded to go to my truck to find a new hotel. After 10 minutes the called the police! Officers were super helpful finding a place I could stay/ park…. informed me this motel has constant issues like this. 10/10 DO NOT STAY HERE

It was by far the worst hotel i’ve stayed in. Very dirty, smelt bad, pool closed, elevator was broke. stale food for breakfast, no creamer or milk for coffee. Halls smelt like urine and cigarettes. Didn’t sleep well at all, such a horrible waste of money.

The reviews are not kidding, the room had plenty of hair on the floor and some on the bed. The smoke alarm also went off 3 times within 24 hours of being there and when firefighters arrived they told my friend and I \"something always happens here.\" I highly recommend staying elsewhere. I was charged the $50 fee in case any room damages happened on 9/8/25. My stay was until 9/12/25, and when I was not refunded (no damage was done to the room) I called on 9/16. They said to give it a few business days. I called yesterday, 10/8, and they had to go because of customers and did not call back like they said they would. The same thing happened when calling today, except he hung up while I was asking him to confirm he would call back. So this trip from a month ago is causing me to start a dispute with my credit card to get my money because they will not help me. This motel is not worth this hassle, stay literally anywhere else.

Very dirty...put in the wrong room when trying to get back to our room that evening there was somone else in it. Front staff very rude tried to make the mistake of the rooms my fault. Thank god i didnt leave my stuff in the room that they initially gave us because they gave the room to someone else. Said we could pay our deposit in cash and get it back.The next morning, thank god, I did not do that because when I went down the next morning there was a note that says leave your key card.

They did have coffee if you like coffee and some vice canes and oatmeal cream pies….. bathroom was small.my room key kept giving me trouble. Overall I would find something docent and better next time.

Mold, stains on sheets and beds, cigarette holes, smelled disgusting, ac was on in entire building but didn’t work, employee picking nose, swears on signs, chlorine on top of smelling like cigarettes hit you as soon as you walk in. The pool water looked thick, elevator was bouncing while the door was closing, my daughter had a nose bleed out of both nostrils as soon as we left the building. No we did not stay we requested a refund because it was horrible!

We were traveling for business and didn't plan to spend much tome in the room. We chose this place based on price. It took about 20 minutes to check in even though I reserved on the app. There were 3 of us in our party and they only gave us towels for 2 people. The first night we listened to a child run back and forth in the room above us. I asked the manager to do something and he told me to call the police on them..?? We didn't do that. Later that evening I killed a roach that ran across my bed. The exterior entrance didn't lock so anyone could walk in the building at anytime The carpet in the halls was really stained and discolored. Breakfast did not have many options and they want you to eat in the cafeteria only. Also there are no coffee makers in the room.

The only thing that I wished is that I could have plugged in my electric car to get a charge but it was a priority for this stay.

Guy working the front desk at check-in time was nice. But property was not well maintained. Elevator was scary. It shook and felt like it was going to break down. I get that I was in a smoking room, which wasn't my top choice, but the whole floor with smoking rooms absolutely reeked. You could still put some deodorizers or something so it wouldn't smell so bad. Didn't try pool. Carpet looked old and dirty. Overall a pretty poorly operated motel.

ZERO stars if if could! DO NOT believe the pictures! It’s severely run down, carpets are properly original to the place and don’t look like they have ever been cleaned.
The whole place smells like stale cigarettes, even with a non-smoking room. Mold, dirt, grime on so many areas of the room, looks like they just pulled the bed linens up and didn’t put new sheets on it.
He put us in the back on the 1st floor - we immediately turned around when we saw the room condition and there was a drug dealing going on.
NO THANK YOU!
We immediately turned in the keys, didn’t even get our bags in the room, he refused a refund…
We went and stayed right down the street at a nice, well lit, very clean hotel. Where you wouldn’t be afraid of catching some disease or bacteria just from looking at it.

Check-in experience was fine even the lobby is absolutely filthy. Our sheets had cigarette burn holes in them when we got in the room. We asked for new sheets and the guy working acted like they were fine. He gave us new ones, also had cigarette burn holes in them. I had to buy my own blankets which i think is sad. I tried calling the following morning for new towels and the front desk guy kept hanging up on me. I eventually got some news ones after flagging a housekeeper down around noon, glad i wasnt in a hurry to go anywhere. The breakfast was a joke. Cereal and waffles in a REFRIGERATOR, so they were soggy. I understand now why this hotel requires payment up front. Not worth a single penny.

Honestly the only nice thing about this place is the chandelier in the entrence of the hotel. Its so dirty our beds where covered in dirt and little rocks all over the beds the pool is sooo grimmy looking n the water is freezing. When we had breakfast we was told we cant take food or drinks back to our room... even though we have a fridge and micerwave. There was no lock on the inside just the keycard lock. The toilet would hardly even flush either. I also think i got lice because my hair and body have been itching non stop since night one at the hotel. We will never return thats for sure. The. We checked out early and cleaned the room. We got called at 11 being told to check out... we already did that. Then they said they would look at the room n see if we would get the deposit back. I still havnt gotten it back n we left that room clean didnt break nothing and still no refund. Worst place eeeeever

Prior to booking I called and verified the pool was open an would be available Jan. 3rd & 4th and that guests were welcome to join in the lobby. At arrival, pool was green, an the entire place filthy. I couldn't even see myself in the mirror of my room! Nasty toilet! I arrived very late after a long trip in the car during the resent snow storm. I stayed that night due to exhaustion, but immediately addressed the staff regarding these issues. I was immediately assured I would not be getting a refund and that I'd still have to pay for the 4 th regardless if I stay or not as it was too late to cancel. This place doesn't even get a whole star!

This econo lodge is an econo lodge. If you travel and know the meaning of that i will say the pool was warm enough for my son to have a good time and the rooms were good for the value. The desk man was nice.
Get some juice for kids for breakfast.. maybe put out some banana s... make sure you check it is full instead of empty. So overall meet our expectations for what we needed. Better than other econo lodge s and did the job.

This place is so bad I thought I was on candid camera or something. The place is in shambles, it’s smells like an ashtray, rooms were not clean (used toilet paper behind bathroom door, hair in tub, sticky floors). The elevator only went up so you had to take the stairs down. No parking and noisy all night long. I tried to get a room elsewhere but everything in the area was sold out. So I pushed three and stayed one night. I tried to get a refund but the arrogant Indian fellow basically laughed in my face in an Indian polite way. I really don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department. Lesson learned, pictures on the internet may not represent the reality of the situation. I hope this review saves someone from the horrible experience that I had.

Unfortunately I chose this place because it was closest to my girlfriend’s house. However the stay was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced yet. Front counter manager was yelling at all the guests in a very rude manner, went down to request housekeeping services and was told housekeeping had come already. Was showed a log but obviously housekeeping hadn’t come to our room. Trash was still in the bins and towels were still on the floor. When asking for new bedding the front desk manager said “we change the bedding only upon arrival” which upon request should be doable but he insisted he couldn’t because housekeeping had already left. Whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and I just couldn’t catch a break there. I wish I could give the place at least one nice thing to say but I just can’t seem to find a kind word. I’d love to be reimbursed for my stay if I could but I don’t think this is how it works. Anyways my struggle is another persons reason to stay away and that’s why I’m writing this review.

The facility is in poor condition. The manager did not feel comfortable with giving us rooms on the second/third floor due to the elevator in poor working condition. The facility was probably new in the 1970's. He gave us a first floor room with an outside entrance. Which turned out to be a blessing because the fire alarms went off at 2:30 a.m. due to someone smoking in their room under the smoke detectors. We had to exit the room and wait for the firefighters to clear the area before we could return to our rooms. Guests were all patient but it was quite the challenge being jolted awake with the extremely loud fire alarm.

Breakfast was VERY limited. Cereal and a prepackaged danish.

ONLY if this is the last resort would I recommend anyone to stay here.

Pictures are deceiving. This place is filthy and in need of some major renovation. They do not properly clean there room and the lien is old. The walls are as thin as paper and you can hear all of your neighbors even across the hall. Not safe at all, anybody can walk in thru the side doors and the parking lot is disgusting. Please stay away from this place, especially if you have kids. The staff were very nice bu this place needs a complete gut renovation.. RUN!!

The room we paid for on lines pictures were not what we received. Upon arriving, had to pay extra fifty dollars deposit. Out of all the hotels that we have been to, this was the only hotel to ask for a deposit that took us out of our budget. The plus side was that the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

When we first pulled into the hotel parking lot, there was a fire truck with lights on in front of the hotel. Right then and there we should’ve know this would not go well. Upon checking in, the process went well other than the gentleman checking us in kept pestering us to change rooms for $5. We refused and proceeded to check in to our room. When we got to our room, we immediately seen stains on the bed, garbage on the floor and just a god awful stench emanating from the room. We were there for maybe 3-5 minutes and knew we had to leave. I will never stay at an Econo Lodge ever again.

There was no A/C except in the room and the elevator was broken and we had to carry luggage up the stairs. Felt very unsafe. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The floors were sticky.
