We stayed for just one night. We found this hotel clean and comfortable and loved the big bathroom and shower. Thr hotel was hosting families involved in a soccer tournament for young boys so we experienced severe noise problems with the room above us. Front desk staff handled this professionally and when the noise continued even after a warning, they kindly and efficiently moved us to another room away from the group. Appreciated that very much and we would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. The only thing was that the restaurant was closed for dinner the entire time we were there and the shower water was hard to regulate. It went from ice cold to burning hot, no in between.

The hotel advertises parking but it is a public city lot down the street in a dark lot under a bridge.

The only thing was the bathroom shower had an open concept which is very pretty but the wall was too short with no door and the whole floor got drenched and for the price you have street parking or pay for the garage. The shower floor was poorly pitched and didn’t drain well filling close to the top of the shower curb. The tv had two spots ( lights) shining in the middle of the screen. The room itself was clean and the tile,carpet,fixtures were very nice. Fix the drain and tv it would be excellent.

Not up to the standards of other Courtyards that I've visited. Front desk employees were great, helpful, and quick. Otherwise, staff was not great. The bar and grill had extremely slow service - we ended up having to cancel our dinner order to get to our event that evening.

Beds okay, not horrible, not comfy. The shower tries to be modernistic, but only has a partial glass divider and no door - tends to let all the heat out so even if you have the water super hot all the warm air escapes. And the bathroom floor gets wet. Plus, shower pressure was poor.

Room was decently clean, but if you do book here make sure you ask for a room on a high floor and well away from the stairwells. There were a ton of visiting college athletes at the hotel, and a bunch were on the upper floors. Not wanting to wait for the elevators, they frequently pounded down the stairwell, which echoed into our room into the late hours of the evening.

Parking will always be an issue for this location because the lot immediately in front of the hotel is not even for guests, it's for the other restaurants and businesses in the same plaza. So, you have to park in lots a bit further away or under the nearby bridge. And make sure you get a spot early, because the slots are very limited.

Overall, this was a good stay. The hotell has a great location in the heart of the medical/downtown area. Which, was our primary reason for choosing it. We felt safe anf comfortable, buy the beds could use some updating to better mattresses. And, the fold out bed had some trash left under it that haf been overlooked during the last cleaning. We wouod recommend this location to others visiting.

We stayed here with our family one night. The property is clean and newer. All the staff were nice. Parking is free across the street or you could pay in the garage for 20 dollars. We did free parking. The location is near restaurants and other shops. The pool is really small, but the exercise room is nice. It was nice overall. I would stay here again! Thanks :)

I booked a suite but was given a regular room. When we asked the front deak about we were first told it was all booked but then they changed it and offered us another room which was even smaller yet. We tried to get the price difference since we were staying in cheaper room they said they couldn't because we used hotels.com to book. Room was ok but ac barely worked so it was super hot, the bathroom wasnt cleaned all the way from stay before us as toiletries were already opened and used. Pool is way smaller than pictures indicate and was pretty dirty. General cleanliness was an issue, lots of stuff on floor in hallway like they havent swept in a few days. Staff was pretty rude and short like they werent concerned with you enjoying your stay. Elevators were slow and one staff member said they break down often. Bed was comfortable and nice location other than that wouldnt stay again.

Pool was not usable for swimming

We choose this hotel because there was a pool and we have kids. The pool was unusable. It was cloudy and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool for three days of our stay. Kids were very unhappy. We would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was not going to be usable.

The property was nice and clean. Location is great if getting on the Cuyahoga Valley train, however, not many dining options nearby and not a lot to do within a walkable distance. There is also not hotel specific parking, so you may have to walk a bit with luggage. Our room was very spacious and nice, and my family enjoyed the pool.

Perfect stay

Check-in was easy, we loved our room, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking and also some paid parking available under the building with easy elevator access--perfect if you have many heavy bags and are exhausted after a long day.

Both mornings we ordered from the same staff member they were rude and inconsiderate. We didn’t do anything wrong and did not understand why this staff member was rude to us. Terrible shower, nice place otherwise.

The shower water pressure is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

The 2 gpm flow limited shower head installed to conserve water is probably to thank for this horrible shower experience.

The parking situation isn’t great… park down the road and walk, hope things aren’t busy or it may be difficult to find a space.

Furthermore, I’m stuck dealing with Marriott and Hotels.com, neither of which wants to provide good customer service over a simple double booking issue.
Leave it to my credit card company to protect me from a double charge hopefully.
