My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager.

A respite from the heat.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable couch. The full size refrigerator was wonderful. However the clean up after the previous guests seemed a bit hap-hazard, with cereal remnants on the floor and a pen and paper swept beneath the couch. Also, the room above had children running across the floor late into the evening ( well after 11 PM) and the water running in their shower was clearly audible.

The only positive was how nice and accommodating the lady was that checked us in. She was very nice. After that everything went down hill. According to pictures there were stoves with 4 burners and an oven. We had 2 surface burners only. The fridge was outside the kitchen area by the restroom due to what i found out was non working plugs. The bathtub i can only assume was stained or it was dirty but it was black in the bottom. They also advertized breakfast and didnt have anything and was even told they dont serve breakfast which is a contradiction to online. They didnt even have any coffee. They had lots of workers consistently in the way due to what looked like reovations and painting. After 15 minutes of waiting for the only elevator my husband had to walk down 2 flights of stairs to find out they were cleaning them 10 minutes before checkout time of 11 am. Blinds didnt close all the way nor were there any curtains and being on the corner we had the displeasure of having the building light blinding us all night. The TV was facing the kitchen making it impossible to see from either bed.

Was listed as including breakfast—we were told on site that they stopped that months ago! Construction debris in hallway leading to room. Front entry jammed with furniture to be installed in rooms. In the room, tv was mounted in a location not accessible to either bed or to seating! Staff member was nice; said things will be better in the future! Sorry we picked this place.

The Absolute Worst!!!!

Tom was not cleaned at all prior to my checking in…there was dog hair on the bed to a point where I took them down and asked for new bedding…dog hair on the floor to a point where my son had it all on his socks from walking around the room…The tub was not cleaned…I had to ask for a broom to clean, blood on toilet to a point where I had to ask for cleaning solution to clean it and the tv was inoperable to a point where I had to have the staff come in the room to manually correct the issue. The worst stay I’ve had!!!! They should have never been ok with me asking for all the cleaning supplies I inquired about…they charge extra for your animal to stay each day and I’m certain that’s because of the cleaning procedure but they take no protocol on a pepper cleaning procedure when an animal has been in the room… And I’ve been here before to a point where I’ve been there when it was comfortable to be there, but now it’s terrible!!! And they literally have posted notes that seem old as hell talking about remodeling…it does not look like it has been remodeled anywhere…I’m serious.. the hallways stink like trash, tobacco, and feet…the windows are dirty and the kitchens would appeal much more of they keep them clean. I’d they don’t keep it clean they’ll be “remodeling” amazing shortly

There was not a grab and go breakfast option, and there was barely any coffee there, this was specifically a problem considering we had a child with us. We could barely enter the bulding due to all of the construction materials sprawled out in the lobby, plus the room was so dusty and dirty to the point to were we had to clean the room ourselves. We didnt even know about this until we saw a sign on the elevator asking for the residence to excuse them for the dust. The problem with that is there was a person who had asthma and COPD with us, and the dust floating around was a health hazard. Along with that we could barely enjoy our stay in the room because of the loud noice comng from the floor above us (were you aware of this). The towels we had there were not enough for the people staying there (only 2 instead of 3). The carpets were grungy and dirty along with the seats, thank god we had family to stay with while the room air out after we sprayed it. The only really good part of this experience was the fact that one of the staff memebers were nice enugh to help us get the untinsels we needed. Due to the construction there were only two floors open and this caused some disruption in the hotel. Not only that, but the fact that there were 2 bull masters in one of rooms on the first floor which made it unsafe for an adult and really unsafe for a child.This was one of the worst stays weve had yet, not coming back anytime soon, if we would've known we wouldn't have stayed here.

When we arrived, we walked into a lobby thick with the smell of Marijuana. We hoped for the best and got keys to our room. The room was disgusting. Urine was all over the wall in the bathroom. There was only a single bottle of shampoo that had less than half of its contents. No soap. Door to room had a huge gap and did not stay shut. We immediately demanded a refund and left. We have stayed in some cheap places but this was by far the worst.

Extremely dirty room. This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed at. The carpet floors were stained and sticky. We didn’t dare walk around bare foot. The bath tub was not clean, the towels were stained. There was a dog next to us that barked all night, If we were staying longer than two nights we would have asked for our money back and gone somewhere else. Staff was friendly is the only upside to the stay.

The property was roughly $150 US and 20 minutes away from the Blossom Music Stadium. The room we had was absolutely disgusting. The entire hotel and room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I felt scared to sit down on the furniture in case of encountering bed bugs. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the furniture extremely questionable, and the smell of cigarette smoke engulfed us.

The hallways loooked like you were in a Bronx section 8 apartment complex. The rooms were actually, surprisingly not too bad. The outdoors looks nice, as well. However, the bed was pretty much a cot. There was light coming in from the hallways on the entire three sides of the door once you closed the door.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it's listed as breakfast included. I knew I would be arriving late & in a rush in the morning so being able to grab breakfast and not go find it somewhere was important. But upon arrival, James at the front desk told me they don't have breakfast available at all. Just coffee. He blamed it on hotels.com and said they needed to update but then I showed him the email from Suburban Studios itself saying it has a \"complimentary grab-and-go breakfast.\" He just said again that they don't provide breakfast. I said, \"yeah, I understand there is zero chance I am getting breakfast but they need to change what they advertise then.\" It's on expedia too. So - disappointing, but ok.
I grabbed a trolley to get my bags and oh man it was loud and squeaky. And it was rumbling loudly against the rough pavement outside. I was afraid it was going to wake people up.
In my room, I needed to wash my hair. There were no body towels included so I had to go ask for them. Then it turned out the hot water was gone. Turned all the way up, from the start, it was luke warm. I get that if it's peak shower time but it was 3am.. And the shower kept filling up with water - cold water. I didn't discover til after that it had a weird way of locking the plug in place to not block the drain.. Also the sink was clogged, too.
Everything else was fine. Looked cleanly. Bed was comfy. Air temp was fine.
Wouldn't be my first choice to stay at again, but no major problems.

The young man behind the desk was excellent for service.
The room was to be non smoking, there was a lighter under the bed,cigarette burns on the filthy bedspread, dirty carpets, dirty fridge, dirty sheets and pillows hair all over the beds
and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. In all 3 rooms I rented.
The price was great but now we know why.
The whole building stinks of smoke.

I've stayed in plenty of cheap hotels but this one takes the cake for worst room. The staff was nice enough, and the hotel appears fine from the outside. Aside from that, the room was just nasty. Upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was smacked with one the most foul odors I've every encountered, a mysterious combination of rotting fish, burnt hair, and musty funk. My room had brown splatters on the wall, a trail of blood stains between the bed and bathroom, and everything in the kitchen was grimey and sticky (room 312 if anyone want to clean it). The beds had vinyl mattress covers but still smelled like urine. Other issue beyond the hotel's control include loud arguments between guests and screaming children going late into the night. I didn't bother complaining to staff, I just checked out the next day.

Me reserved and paid for a double bed room and only got a queen bed. I had to sleep on the couch. Tge hida bed had no sheets and bugs. There was half eatten food in tge fridge. This place was gross.

Simple apologies go a long way

Room smelled like urine and wet dog...i get the pet friendly...but when brought to the attention of staff a simple apology would have went a long way...fire alarm went off in the middle of the night...no explanation was provided other than \"it's not a real fire\" there was a dark stain on the matress visible from the mattress cover...was just shooed away and told it was an old coffee or pop stain..

Musty odor in tiny lobby. Large stain in carpet of room. Elevator was not working and was told it would be down our whole stay (week) and the room we were assigned was on the third floor. Although the young man at the front desk was willing to help unload our things, I couldn’t image him being available the entire time. I was out of breath just to preview the room (which was unacceptable) and would not want to do steps several times a day on hot days we were having at the time. Hotel was farther out than I thought. In my opinion, the whole place needs major, major renovation inside! We left immediately!!! Thankfully, Orbitz helped us find a much better place to stay-whew!!!!!

Craphole. We were advised upon arriving that the lights in the bathroom did not work and there were no other rooms. We were only staying the night and had no other choice. We had our dog with us. Reserved a queen bed, got double beds. No light bulbs in any of the lamps. The room is in desperate need of repair. There was moldy food in the cupboards. The hotel rep was nice and pleasant.

Too bad— the layout was good— but…

I really liked the size of the room, and that it was like a small apartment.. nice fridge, working— though not clean stove— microwave worked well and was clean— and even had a dishwasher though we didn’t use it. Bed was ok- not the best, not the worst— bedding was very sparse— thin and utilitarian rather than comfy.
The room was sorta clean overall, though upon closer look— the surfaces of everything was kinda scumy— some were dirty to the point we went out and bought our own cleaning supplies to clean it to feel like we could actually touch anything.
There was an extreme dampness, even visible on the kitchen floor, and you could feel it on the carpet. And a musty smell we could smell when we would come back after being out.
The worst was the bathroom towels— there was hairs, and like freshly clipped like small hairs on the lavatory and all over the towels at the lavatory.. and a long curly hair under the soap bar on top of the “clean towels” on the side of the tub… a shriveled up contact on the floor in the bathroom, and dirty socks and a three year old receipt under the bed… many marks on the walls and damage— we took pictures and video before and after to cover us in case they tried to say we caused it.
The people at check in and out were nice— though twice I went to the lobby to exchange all the linens for hopefully cleaner ones— no one was there. We bought our own in town.
The layout was really good for what we needed.. the price was ok for what we got, I guess.

Witness staff being rude to another guest, even though it didn’t impact me. Stayed on second floor but had to take the single elevator up. First floor had a REALLY BAD odor.

Second floor didn’t snell bad but there was a smell in the room, floors were stained, bathroom fan did not work plus the vent was opened and hanging like someone tampered with it.

Room was equipped with an iron and board, no hair dryer. There was no blanket in the room, only a flat sheet and a throw. Bathroom walls, floor was dirty and stained.

Don’t stay here! It’s so dirty. Every wall had paint coming off. The bathroom had paint peeling off the walls. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The hotel boasts a full kitchen, but doesn’t have anything in it - no pots and pans. We had 5 people staying in the room and only had a few plates, spoons, and bowls - no forks, cups. Our other room had no dishes or silverware at all. There were no extra pillows and sheets for the sleeper sofa. There were crumbs, stains, and pet hair all over the sleeper sofa mattress. It was disgusting. It took over 20 minutes to check in and get our key. Then we went up to our room, opened the door, and it was a room used to store extra furniture. Ridiculous! So we had to go back downstairs and get a new room. The hallways smell terrible. The night lock deadbolt for the door was broken. It just was a really awful stay. I’ll never stay in an Extended Stay again.

Never again - MOTELS give better quality.

Where do I start? When we arrived for check-in, it didn't appear too clean. The female front desk clerk was helpful after she went around to locate a cart for the luggage which was located somewhere in the building. To make a long story short, when we checked into our room we went to open a cabinet in the kitchen and the trim fell off, the faucet in the kitchen was in reverse, so hot water came out of the cold water side, in the bathroom where the shower bar was attached there were open holes visible where the shower bar used to be attached, it was never patched up and painted over, they just left the holes there. The bathroom sink water never got hot and there were burn marks all over the bathroom sink. The furniture had stains on it as well. Saturday, after shopping, when we arrived back to our room, the cart for luggage was on our floor, the third floor, with trash on it. There were bags of trash and laundry by the elevator. When we left back out and came back those items were still on the third floor hours later. When we left to head to our concert that evening, I let the male hotel representative know that the luggage cart was up there with trash on it and his response...\"that's a shame that people will do that instead of just taking the trash outside, but I'm not going up there to get it.\" At that point I was just over it. When we checked out the next day, the cart and the trash was still there. He literally did not go get the cart!

The Hotel was not clean. There was a very musty smell throughout the entire hotel. With all the concerns with COVID I did not feel they were applying the highest cleaning standards as there was garbage in the bathroom and floors when we arrived. I had to spray the room with Anti Bacterial spray throughout my visit.

Employee, Ms. Reed(?) was extremely rude. At approx. 2:55pm informed me that check in began at 3pm so I would be charged a fee. I asked how much. She refused to tell me how much without me first telling her my name. I explained that depending on what the fee is determined if I wanted to check in or not and again asked for the amount. She refused and then said that she wasn't going to check me in at all and turned off the lights. An argument followed. I had to drive across the street to get the manager to check me in. Manger, Candance was very nice and accommodating. Facility was very dirty. I meant to reserve room at East location because I've experienced the filth and poor customer service at West location before.

Yhe stay was alright. Place was a little loud, other guests were very loud inside and outside. While waiting to check in a child kept riding in and out of the building on a noisy scooter. The place was pretty clean, a couple things in the room were broke, a drawer on one of the nightstands and the cover on the AC. The bed was pretty stiff and the pillows weren't that great either.

It was run down. Often times no one was at the front desk. Booked 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each for 4 adults and go 1 bedroom in each room. I would like some sort of discount.

We had 3 rooms reserved, 1st room had clothing in the drawers, 2nd room had a floor so dirty you could not walk in bare feet, the 3rd room had exposed electrical wiring from an overhead light (no fixture) and that room had a terrible odor. The staff said no one was available to clean the rooms. I will never stay at this chain again.

Hallways smelled. The room was dirty. The refrigerator in the room had dried chicken juices in it. There was a home in the bathroom wall. The water temperature was lukewarm at best. Overall terrible experience

Steer away from staying at this place. The facility and property in general is unkept and smells of cigarettes. The personnel was rude and unwilling to be of an acceptable assistance. I have never had such a horrible experience with a stay. I will never again stay at any of their facilities again! Disguised

The room was literally terrible !! The oven was never cleaned , smelled like smoke , bugs on the walls , paper thin walls , and just disgusting ! The front desk people were nice , but that is the only positive ! The owner of this property should be put in jail for endangerment

FILTHY. The hotel is absolutely filthy. The lobby, the hallways (bags of trash in the halls), the elevator ... it did not appear as though the carpet had been vacuumed in my room. The bathroom, while very dated, was clean as was the bedding.
I did not feel safe in the hotel and slept with furniture placed in front of the door. Having arrived at another hotel at night to find it closed, I made a reservation at this hotel quickly from my phone. I wish I had the opportunity to research it more before I booked.
The one positive about my stay was Allen, the front desk rep who seemed to be trying to fill multiple roles all with a pleasant disposition.

The bathroom was nasty it had vomit on side of toilet it was a lighter lefted on other side in back of toilet the head of the sheet had a brown stain on it just wouldn’t recommend that spot to nobody trying to have a romantic night!!

I like having a kitchen in the room.
The property was filthy. Staff informed that housekeepers had been given New Year's Day off and it certainly showed.
I had a family with 3 boys above me who kept up extreme noise the entire stay...jumping on and of the beds, throwing items on the floor. Staff were aware and said that I wasn't the first to complain and certainly wouldn't be the last, adding that the parents could not control the children.
I was told by one staff that I could have a late checkout if needed, but when I attempted to check out late, I was told by the manager that late check outs aren't honored, even though she knew I was told differently by another worker.

We came from North Carolina to visit grandparents for Thanksgiving. Asked for a suite with 3 kids to be able to spread out. Had to wait on fromt desk clerk a while to show up. Was given a room witb 2 double beds and thats it. Went to ask for the suite I pakd for and was given a room down from the first. The mattress for the pull out couch was nasty, the carpet was nasty, there was an open condom wrapper in the drawer. We were given 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for 5 people. Went to get more and had to wait on service at the front desk again.

I booked a room online through Expedia, which I do all the time. When I got to the hotel, no one was there to check me in. There was another guest that had been sitting in the lobby for an hour, with no help. The key to his room would not work. I called the number they posted for late night assistance and no one answered. I had to go to the nearest hotel to get a room. Now I’m waiting on a refund. Big pain.
