The room was so modern feeling and clean. The bathroom was huge and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only semi meh part of the stay was the little verity for the breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t bad there just wasn’t a bunch of options and a long line for the waffle maker.

Everything was great. There was a bottle of Gatorade from the previous tenant behind a curtain, which I imagine room service missed it due to it being hidden. Other than that no complaints….except for one thing, which totally isn’t the hotel’s fault. On our last night there, the people staying above us sounded like their children were hosting a WWE wrestling match until about 3am.

the hotel it’s self was fine. the room was clean. the morning staff was fantastic. the overnight staff person i’m not sure was 100% willing to help me with an issue that i had with my reservation as it wasn’t showing up in their system. the people i was with had to be double charged to even get their rooms. & then expect a refund after. it was honestly just a cluster. but the cleanliness and friendliness was good.

We've stayed here many times. The room is very clean, the bed is super comfortable. We love they are pet friendly and don't charge a fortune. The staff are very friendly. The gal that prepares and runs the breakfast is wonderful and does a great job. Everything is tasty and well-prepared. We see her every trip, usually around Christmas, and she's always there. You feel like you're one of her own she's cooking for and always friendly.

Really, the only thing that is less than stellar here is the fitness room. It's cramped with limited equipment. Wish there was a little more to it. But I appreciate there is one.

We were there for 5 nights and the front elevator was not working. I know hotel can’t help this but room was in front of hotel and had to walk 2 lengths of hotel to get to room. Using a cane this was difficult. More of an issue was no cleaning of rooms. There for 5 nights they only came once. With elevator it was a constant walk to get towels. Place was very clean. And breakfast and front staff great as well as breakfast person.

Went to a concert, came back and my Vera Bradley duffle bag was soaked along with all of my belongings inside. The AC unit had leaked all over the floor. My Vera bag is ruined due to the color bleeding from being soaked for hours. Was offered a refund, did not get it.

The stay was good until the fire alarm went off at at 3am with my 1yo. Oh and I asked the front desk if they had a pool her reply was\"do you have a room here\". What does that matter even if i didn't that should be your selling point. Some training can be used. Overall it was very nice meet my expectations

Overall the facility was top shelf. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the floor in the room. It had not been vacuumed very well. Some visible hair on the carpet and in the shower area. I travel quite a bit for work, so I am an experienced Hilton traveler. Wasn’t bad enough to complain, but felt it could be better.

Great staff, very nice breakfast included. Coffee, tea and water are always available at the lobby. Very clean and comfortable room has all amenities needed. My only problem was a heavy walker in the room above me, but that's not something the hotel can do anything about. I'll stay there again, will just request a top floor room.

This is our go-to hotel for our family reunions each year. It's conveniently located just off from the freeway, with many stores and restaurants nearby. We love the outdoor patio, where everyone can gather in the evenings. Staff are always kind, helpful and accommodating. Newly renovated spaces, have made for an even more comfortable stay this year.

The room was not ready by check-in. There was a large group ahead of us and they only had one person working check-ins so we ended up leaving and coming back later. The phone system was down so I texted for more towels and they were not bright to our room. The service was rather poor.
We also did not like the complimentary breakfast. The eggs were not appetizing (runny, watery). The bagels were not good either. They also ran out of batter so we could not make a waffle.
On the plus side, the room was clean. The beds were really comfy, which is not the norm for hotel beds (most are not soft). The suite was a great size and had everything we needed for our stay.

We were very pleased with our room, as well as the staff. They had some snafus while we were there, such as an elevator down for a day, and an ice machine down for 3 days, but they got them fixed as quickly as possible. The only thing we did not care for was the breakfast, but that seems to be a running theme with all the Homewood Suites we have stayed at in the US. Everything in our room was in excellent condition and worked well. We would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely loved this place. We got a studio king. It was just like a studio apartment with a small
Kitchen and full size refrigerator. Also two burner stove and plenty of dishes and silverware. Very roomy and very clean. Could easily stay here for a vacation and easy of I-77 and back on. Large tv and you can sign into your Netflix account. Plenty of options for food. Burnt Grill was very good. Would definitely try Home Suites again.

Very happy to see that the entire property had been renovated. However, our room had lots of Dust, no hot water in the sink in the bathroom, phone in room had no cable to hook it up and use. The breakfast is not up to par as it had been in the past. Oatmeal was a brick, even adding water since there was no regular milk, only chocolate. Unfortunate, we have been coming to this property at 2 times a year for the past 10 years.

The bed was like sleeping in a giant hole, the bathroom construction was incomplete, there was a family of seven stomping around our room until midnight, there were dirty towels left in our room and they didn’t replace them when we asked.

We had a nice remodeled room but the staff makes that place very enjoyable. Everyone was nice, polite and will go out of their way to make sure you would stay there again. Wednesdays they cook dinner there, breakfast is just as tasty as the dinner. We will stay here again and tell our friends how nice it is there.

Great Room at Reasonable Price

This room was really like a homey little apartment… hardwood floors to carpet transition, hooks for our coats, full length mirror, sofa, coffee table, fully functional kitchen with range, dishes, etc. Although the bathroom was on the small side, it was beautifully decorated and the shower was roomy. Will not have a problem booking here again.

1. At 8 am the swimming pool had no towels. It opens at 6 am.
2. Breakfast was below average. Though the person in charge baked fresh muffins and distributed amongst people. But by 930 the breakfast was over. Fresh fruits limited. Oatmeal cold, tacos present in other Homewood were missing here.
3. Rooms are dirty. Chairs are worn out.

The room did not have linens for the pull out couch, had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to get them from the front desk for our kids, not enough towels, my husband was given a bath mat to use as a towel. No towels for the pool. Desk staff was very non chalant and unbothered. We will never be staying here again.

While we were waiting there were 2 other guests complaining at the counter about their rooms and one told us this was the worst hotel they ever stayed in so that was great. Our room was kinda clean, you could tell they didnt run a vacuum stuff all over the floor. The hot tub had so much chlorine i got a chemical burn on my face after about 3 minutes. Breakfast was devoured by the time we went down, only an hour after it started, there wasnt even coffee and it didnt seem like they were gonna refill anything. Staff definitely seem like they could care less about anything

At my check in i swiped my card and 475 dollars was taking from my account. No problem. The next morning i was told i either had to pay another 187.00 or leave. I proceed to let the receptionist kno that i paid i had proof of the transaction being made on my account, but I was still treated rudely and disrespectfully. The problem clearly was the hotels fault and i was treat terrible because of it.

Hotel has a very nice lobby . Breakfast was decent. Our room was nice but all kinds of white paint or plaster splattered on blue wall. Curtains don’t close so bright lights shone in. Bathtub was missing some porcelain. Not the cleanest room - fridge had spills in it.
