The hotel was in very poor condition. We were offered 4 different rooms…each room was worse than the previous. We requested a refund and were denied our request. Black mold, bugs in the bathroom, grease on TV, spilt soda on the floor, dust on the tables, hair in the tub…. Just a few of the issues

First room was not cleaned, pictures show a new modern hotel but that is not the case. Standard motel, people literally laying down between doors in back entrance. Smells like a mix of weed and curry. The first room had black stains where the lamp was and all rooms bedding was not cleaned. Second room was a little better but still terrible. Woke up to dogs barking. Go to turn off a light and find its broken with wires exposed. Do not believe pictures this is a run down should be clasified as a hourly hotel with current clientale.

Ist floor smelled really really bad of urine.
My 2nd floor non smoking room, smelled heavily of smoke including the bed linen.
Room was very dirty & dusty.
Had a jetted tub but didn't use it because it did not look clean and there was a used dirty wash cloth hanging off the shower rod.
I would not recommend this hotel nor would i stay here again.

So first off, the first thing I checked was the room which was nice. The sheets were clean but the jetted tub?! So I asked to move rooms because the tub was clearly dirty but my only option was housekeeping since it was valentines weekend. Ok fine. Then he comes and asks me where the dirt is like he’s blind or something. I show him and he “cleans it” then asks me to look which I just said nvm bro. So at 8 pm I’m running to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and a bath mat so I can at least use the tub I paid for. I saw the lady they have as a daily housekeeper and now I’m wondering if my sheets were even clean. Never again will I stay there.

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely incredible. When we got to the room that was listed as a Jacuzzi tub room we walked into a complete disgusting mess. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. It has rings around the tub. It had dirt in the Jess. I did not even feel comfortable enough, stepping into the tub to take a shower. It definitely was not what was listed on the website. Along with when we pulled the covers back. There was a long black hairs on top of the sheets and stains. Not sure if the sheets were not changed or what happened on those sheets, but we did cover With our own blankets and towels. The kitchen wasn’t too far behind the bathroom on not being clean. Was a very disappointing stay I definitely would not recommend you anyone.

We had cups in the room, but no coffee pot, hot tubs still had hair in it from the people before.And we've paid for extended checkout, but at 11 a m they came knocking on the door and almost entering our room asking us if we were leaving I told them no paid for extended checkout.Five minutes later, the phone's ringing asking.If we were checking out, I then told the front desk.I paid for extended checkout.

We didn’t expect much paying only 85$ per night but I think one can except any hotel they stay at to be cleaned properly.

I think the sheet and pillow cases were clean and the flowers and surface areas seems clean (enough)Our toilet was dirty, the shower had hair on the wall, hand marks and soap scum. The office chair was filthy.

I would not stay here again. It’s hard to relax when you do t want to touch anything.

Very limited breakfast. Room was very musty and dirty. Was told no smoking, walked into room and it had definitely been smoked in recently. Lampshade had a layer of dirt and stains, bathroom wall had what looked suspiciously like blood spatter. Toilet didnt flush properly. Whole hotel smelled of weed. People were fighting in the lobby and police were called. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not a pleasant stay.

Got woken up at 5:30am to the fire alarm blaring - ran downstairs and asked the lobby attendant what was going on... Was told \"someone's probably smoking in their room\" like this is just a normal occurrence. One of the beds had definitely been laid in after being made prior to our arrival, bedding was stained and had several stray hairs. Luckily, we got to spend all of 4 hours there.

The elevator floor was filthy. The room’s stench would gag a bill elephant. When I was unloading our luggage the door handle came off.

There was a bug on the pillow case. The refrigerator freezer was caked with mildew. And a liquid oozed from the bottom of the refrigerator.

There was no reference guide for the television channels. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide a tv reference guide.

We stayed one lamentable night. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

Good parts- nice staff, comfortable bed, close to restaurants if you wanted to walk.
Not so good parts- desk chair was disgustingly dirty (pic included), bathtub was questionable as well, not comfortable with front desk staff saying room numbers out loud.

I had a excellent stay here for one month. I originally had plans at a different hotel and once I arrived it was horrible. I called super 8 and explained happened and Leah at the front desk told me to come right over and she gave me a great room , the price was very reasonable and the hotel gave me Hilton vibes. Very clean updated and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this hotel and if I could give 10 stars I would!

We booked three rooms but were told upon checking in that only two were reserved. I have the confirmation confirming three rooms but hotels.com messed that up on their end. The hotel itself was not anywhere near as nice as the photos. Doors had holes in them, stained sheets, hair on pillows, not enough towels, not very clean. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

The Super8 was a good spot to stop and sleep for the night if all you need is a quick rest spot. when checking in I was asked if i had any room preference. I said I wanted one of the renovated rooms please. we got that and it had a comfortable bed. Beyond that, nothing spectacular and I won't be returning. There was no coffee pot or kettle in my room, the bedding I ripped off and didn't use. The top cover I always remove, but the blanket below was stained and had holes and hairs on it. Me and my children slept in our clothes and a sheet. minimal pillows too, one each. I did not ask for room service in our 4 day stay, I didn't trust they would replace the bedding. Instead I went to walmart and bought bedding to use. breakfast was terrible and I ended up going out to eat so in the end the cost of the stay ended up being more than origiinally planned anyway with the cost of food and bedding. I did consider moving hotels but I was staying in a group and didn't want to leave my family in other rooms. the bathroom was dirty, mold in the tub, the door wouldnt close properly. the window did not have a screen so I couldnt open it for fresh air. the AC was off when I got there so the room was HOT and humid. every hall smells different. my Dad's room reeked of cigarette smoke. the elevator is hot and smells bad and at one point we got stuck. you do get what you pay for I guess.. I will make sure to check reviews better next time.

Don't stay here filthist rooms we ever stayed in. 1st rm was filthy both rms Heavy mold around tubs, windows didn’t lock we had to get a bar to put in the window track so it couldn'tbe opened from the outside, floor was filthy, toilet had poop & urine inside & out, bed had black bugs & pubic hair we had to change our own sheets & use bleach to clean the mold. Breakfast was cereal, bagels or waffles, no big deal. Employees were very nice. We were here a week visiting family & my husband is battling cancer it was disgusting. The mgr asked what he could do I said what do you think he said 1 night will be comped. We thought at least $200 but no just 1 night. I had a lot of cleaning to do to make it liveable & spent hours cleaning because they dont wipe anything at all. Under the head of the bed was empty pop bottles & heavy dirt & dead bugs. Wall plate with no cover exposed wires. Light fixtures had dead bugs in them. They didn’t even change our sheets from previous people it was really disturbing. When we come next year

Room was okay, but the bathroom was terrible. Clearly the room had been refurbished recently, but they didn't want to spend the funds to replace the tub. The tub was unbelievable scratched, stained, peeling, etc. The shower curtain rod had been pulled out of the wall. Bedding was cheap and the comforter had several stains. Hard to beat the price, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Lobby was nice and updated. Rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Mold in bath tub. Grab bar in bath had been ripped out and black mold growing in the holes it left. Pink mold around drain indicating it hadn’t been wiped in quite a while. Sticky floors. Bed was clean and comfortable, but only three tiny pillows were provided. Lightning was dim, only curtains were blackout, no sheers.

So you can they have made some improvements but the stay was not worth $90.

Negatives: the windows were filmy; smelled dingy; the recessed lighting above the coffee maker was full of cobwebs; the nightstand had sticky substance on it; the bathtub was stained and dirty (I wouldn't use that jet tub cuz it was dirty in the jets); there wasn't a carafe for the coffee pot; the bedding (comforter and blanket) was scratchy and we didn't use it because it looked like it hadn't been washed; the breakfast consided of cereal, waffles, juice, and stale muffins; and there was only 3 pillows on a King sized mattress.

The positives: spacious rooms, opening windows, self controlled AC; big tub for shower; several locks on the door.

Overall I'd rather about 6/10.

Our room was very dirty. We didn’t get in the room till after midnight so we didn’t get to check it out before hand. There was mold all around the bathtub. The bottom of tub was brown. There was dirt all over the floor. The sink had what looked like food on it. The bathroom ceiling was falling in. The bar in the tub was missing so there was two holes. There was toothpaste all over bathroom mirror. The table and counter and desk was dirty with what looked like food. The microwave was very dirty. The wall beside the window was falling apart.

For the record if anything is broken in that room they're not going to replace it or change rooms for you. I had a TV that was broken and you could barely see it. I told the girl at the front desk and they blew me off.

Didn't even offer to switch rooms for me. I've stayed there multiple times and it's 50/50 whether you'll get a room that's 100% up to par. Usually something is broken. I'm not worried about a lamp, but I expect the TV to work

It was okay. You get what you pay for. It has an updated look but lacks in proper cleanliness. We had three rooms (big family) and each one had issues from lack of cups/ice bucket, dirty microwaves, dirty shower/tub, and a poor selection for breakfast. Might as well not even say you serve breakfast. The staff was kind and friendly, especially during check in. It was an okay place to stay and sleep for the night before moving on, not good for long term. A/c worked!
