The room was recently remodeled but there was ongoing remodeling in the lobby and other parts of the hotel.
The continental breakfast was offered not except for granola bars due to remodeling.

It was very noisy and disruptive overnight with talking in hallwsys and sounds of someone moving chairs.

We were there for one short night and the price was reasonable considering the modeling, but if we were staying longer, it would not have been a good experience.

It was false advertising on the website!! I got a suite room with a bedroom and I was told the room had no furniture which the tv was in the living room with no furniture to sit and watch it and the bedroom only had a bed! Then they moved my room to a cheaper one never returned the difference in pricing I paid the hotel was dirty and the guests were loud and obnoxious! Then there was absolutely no continental breakfast like promised on the website there wasn’t even coffee!! Which was super frustrating I wasn’t happy with my stay at all

No breakfast despite saying breakfast included. Hallways smelled like people were smoking, no ice machine or anything due to construction. Room was nice and smelled good and was clean but the deadbolt didn't lock which made me nervous since it was just my 8 year old and I.

Staff was nice. My son forgot his hoodie that he just got for his birthday last week after checking out. Half hour later after realizing, we drove back and they were able to get it for us.

Overall decent stay for what we needed. Was in town from Cincinnati for a concert at Blossom and just needed somewhere to sleep.

Everything was good, except that the breakfast was not available (though its mentioned that it’s available while booking). This caused an extra hour to go out and look for a breakfast place and eat and come.. Had we known regarding that earlier, we would have booked a different place that was available nearby with a breakfast. That caused extra time and money and also to rush to meet the checkout time (which is difficult to manage when you have small kids).

I got a great price and would go back if I could get a room not so close to the elevator. They were supposed to have breakfast but there was a sign that it was temporarily unavailable so they offered coffee and granola bars. BUT, it was inexpensive, clean and safe.

Reserved king bed 2 months in advance, nothing available. Second floor was under complete construction and very loud. They did not have breakfast, the electronic lock on our room didn't work so they made us change rooms. TV did not work, had to sign in to one of your streaming platforms just to watch TV. The coffee tasted like burnt water. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at through Hotels.com. Would not recommend to anyone.

But I cannot give it higher stars because it does not have a restroom in lobby. And there are some other things:

The hand soap dispensers in room are not working.

The hotel does not have a phone in room. I have to call the front desk by my cell phone.

It is in renovation. so the breakfast is not available but they do not update their listings.

Let's start with the good, then we'll get into the bad...
It wasn't right in the center of Cleveland (our primary destination) which was great! Friendly front desk person, easy to find and easy parking. Both rooms had mini fridges, microwaves and coffee pots. I heard a good so I'm guessing it's pet friendly.
Now the bad...
We got 2 rooms...
Neither room had a garbage can in the bathroom...
1 room the AC was not working. The other, the window looked into, literally looked into, some kind of shed/storage thing, like the shed was built around the room, minor but annoying. Both rooms had TVs with weird spots in the screen. The Wi-Fi was awful.
The coffee pots were gross (but honestly, my Keurig probably is too)
1 room had a broken table and a broken chair,
The other room had a broken bed, broken chair, a broken lamp, a broken shower rod, mold in the bathroom and no plug for the sink.
One toilet was clogged before we even tried to use it.
Easily the worst Super 8 I've stayed in, but hey, at least I got a couple hours of sleep. The hotel seems to be very noisy at night

EXTREMELY nice and helpful stuff. Great experience and i LOVE that they dont require a cash deposit like most places. I hate letting companies hang on to my money for multiple business days for no reason. Just keep a card on file like these guys incase theres an incident. its 2025, ppl are broke. Nobody has the money to just loan a hotel 100$ for 3-5 business days.

i usually book thru the red roof out the motel 6 in streetsboro for that exact reason but these guys are now added to my list of hotels i'll be staying with going forward.

Oh, but 1 improvement needs made. fix your bed in room 307. my gf and i got 2 queens instead of 1 king bc it was cheaper, but one of the queen beds was broken, you couldnt lay in it without the bed flipping you out of it so we had to share a queen and we're both bigger folks so that wasnt ideal, but not a big enough of an issue to be less than 5 stars! thanks for the hospitality

The first room we got, had 2 cockroaches. We asked to be changed and the 2nd room had many stains, it had a hole in the wall and chips in the toilet seat and shower. The smell of the rooms and elevator was awful. A cockroach was also seen by the food area when serving breakfast. I didn't expect this for a hotel backed up by the Wyndham brand.

I literally walked in. Burn holes everywhere even on the curtains. Property had a flat, dated look to it. Room was shabby and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed thoroughly. Bed was clean and comfortable. Guy down the hall needed some sort of middle-of-the-night police intervention to talk him down from some domestic dispute. Not the property’s fault, but annoying nonetheless.. Total cost was about $60 with tax, so one gets what one pays for. Meh.

This Hotel is CHEAP for a REASON.

While the front desk clerk was friendly, that was about the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel was no smoking, but I constantly smelled pot. The shower head works perfectly fine, but the faucet for the bath was not working. The walls had stains on them. The pillows were way too small for the beds. You sit at the corner of a bed and the bed will slam into the floor. The frames were broken. There are a bunch of hotels in this area and I will one of those instead. Spend the extra money and avoid this hotel at all costs.

I am definitely not a picky person when it comes to hotels I travel quite often this place was a giant mistake. absolutely disgusting. I wish I took pictures layers of dirt on top of the hairdryer by the sink. Just gross. I made the mistake of taking off my socks to walk across the carpet so I can take a shower. The carpet felt greasy just disgusting TV remote didn’t work I would like through the trouble of trying to reprogram. The remote by going online and run through all the codes after that didn’t work I decided to call the front desk Well that didn’t work the phone was dead, and if you tried to push any buttons, they were all stuck from God, only knows what fluid was spilled on top of the keys. So I took the elevator went downstairs and asked for a new remote or a new room very little cars in the parking lot told me there was no other rooms available had no extra remote controls oop. This place either needs a giant renovation or bulldozed highly recommend, going anywhere else in the entire city. Avoid this place like the plague.

I booked 2 rooms for two couples. Both rooms has bed bugs and other bugs everywhere-walls, doors, floors and furniture. I requested changing of rooms, but the other rooms are basically in same condition. I had to refused staying this property and move to Quality inn across the street. Suggest Expedia do not recommend this property to it customers.

Needs improvement big time.

I arrived and checked in without incident. I proceeded to my room, dropped off my luggage and went out to my meeting. I only needed the room for sleeping, showers, etc. I stayed two nights.

I returned that same evening and tried to turn on the TV set in the room and it did not turn on. I reported it the next morning and I was told it would be taken care of, it wasn't taken care of and never was my entire stay. I tried it the morning of my departure and it still wouldn't turn on. I even tried other wall plugs and made sure they were live and still no picture.

There also was an exposed 110 Volt outlet. It had no cover plate. The smoke alarm seemed to be operable, but was hanging by its wires instead of being connected to the ceiling plate.

I sleep with a Bi-Pap and there was no convenient 110 Volt outlet to plug into close to the bed. I had to get creative with powering up the Bi-Pap and string the cord over the other bed in the room in order to access the outlet on the far wall. I had to put my Cell Phone on the other bed instead of having it close to the bed I slept in so I could charge it during the night.

The carpet in the room was dirty. I know because when I took a shower when the water hit the bottom of my feet the draining water turned black. I didn't go barefoot outside so I figure it was from the carpet in the room.

The provided Breakfast Bar was lacking, not much variety.

I may stay in another Super 8 elsewhere, but not this one. It has a long way to go.

The front desk employees were lovely! Parking and the bed were both fine and as expected. Unfortunately, these pieces were the only good part of our stay. Our sink randomly back-filled then drained multiple times a day, the carpet felt disgusting to the point I felt uncomfortable barefoot, and we could hear every move other guests made. Though these aspects were not ideal, the worst part is there were bed bugs. We will never stay in another Super 8 again.

This hotel had good reviews when I checked through hotels.com but they must have just been displayed to get people to stay there. The pictures did not resemble what we arrived to. We stopped at the front desk to get our key and were immediately approached by a man walking 2 large dogs in the lobby. The first thing you can notice is how low the air quality in the building was. It smelled very stale. There was a very thick stench of pets and very very strong smoke smell. You almost have to hold your breath inside the lobby. This hotel was listed at 100% smoke free but this was not the case. We stepped to the side to get around the man and His two dogs and were confronted by 3 smaller dogs all barking and trying to snip at us. We immediately walked faster and slipped into our room. When we got into our room it was apparent that they had not cleaned after the previous guest and there were even half used complimentary lotions left on the sink. The furniture was completely disgusting (see attached photo of how unclean the chair was) the room was entirely unkept and necessary repairs are clearly not being made. We did not feel safe in this room. The peepholes (there were two) were both plugged up with something so we couldn’t see who was outside of our room. Needless to say, we immediately booked a room across the road at the Comfort Inn which is where I suggest anyone looking for a place here should do. Entire top floor has permanent guests living there - also no free breakfast

Thw super 8 is a clean and n8ce place to stsy butt the hotel is like out in the middle of no where so u cant except to go shopping anywhere close butt the staff is nice the house keep is a great guy.butt they do have a really good mexican reastraunt across the street and a subway nextdoor and wendys is down the road at the poliet truck stop so u do have somereastraunts to choose froom butt its a very quiet place to stay if u want some good rest and it is afforable in price

Super 8 in richfield is a great friendly clean atmosphere when ever i need something i always get what i need such as towels tissues they ate good people at super 8

For a one night stay primarily to sleep, and a very reasonable price… it does the job. And close to interstate and Ohio turnpike.Staff very polite and pleasant.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furniture was in acceptable condition. The bathroom was not great. The flooring was peeling up and was stained and sticky. There were stains in the tub and in the toilet. The refrigerator wasn't clean and there were cigarette burns on both bedspreads. The television picture had a grid of bright areas.
