The room I reserved had a broken tv. Was alerted at checkin. Gave 2 rooms for the price of 1. One of the 2 rooms toilet did t work so was moved again since there was no maintenance person on staff. Door keys kept un-linking which was an inconvenience but not an issue. Property outdated and needs some love and repairs.

Absolutely disgusting. I had to scrub the bathroom before we could use it. (Which means I had to spend more money on top of what we spent for the room itself overnight. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies just for that reason) The toilet and shower specifically were atrocious 😩 bed was uncomfortable as hell, and I did see a roach crawling on the desk table. Just one bug that one time but still, it’s the principle. right? Either way l wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Not at all for the price. Good luck.

When i checked in the \"clean room\" was filthy, obly the surfaces had been wiped poorly as they were sticky. During heavy rainfall the 1st floor leaks into the rooms when i brought it to their attention i was told maintenance would look at it and id get housekeeping, that never happend.

Door is bent in and security latch is missing. Some of the ights didn't work. Hardwood floor and *carpeted* sidewalks outside are dirty. No hand towels in room. Check in took over 15 minutes. No breakfast offered. Somebody was smoking weed outside my door.

No clear entrance location to the building. I messaged hotel when I would arrive. Late Ck in. I arrived & had to wait 15 min. as desk clerk seemed to be trying to help a young lady. Eventually she sat down in the lobby. He told me my reservation had been canceled & I should have been notified but… he had one room. 315. Ok. Thankfully. He made many attempts to get the plastic key card to work. Must’ve taken 1/2 hour to check in maybe longer. He kept checking things. Very nervous fella. Nice enough. Kept appoligizing. He made 2 keys. Only 1 worked. The door I had to push on to open. The toilet bowl was gross…dirty, Marks on baseboard & walls. Black out curtain attachment was broken. Rusty drain in tub. Old & ugly faucet. Towels & bath mat had black marks & mismatched colors. White, orange & tan. The bed cover had a rip in it. Bed was comfortable & one pillow was not too hard. The ice machine was broken. Had to go to lobby to get ice.

Upon arriving and receiving our room assignment, we first inspected the space before bringing in our luggage. We attempted to turn on the main light, which appeared to be motion-activated, but it failed to respond. This wasn’t a major issue, as we were able to turn on a lamp instead. However, once the room was illuminated, it became clear that the cleanliness was far below expectations. There was visible dust on nearly every surface, the mattress was stained, and the bathroom had hair throughout. While the staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly and courteous, the condition of the room was outdated and unkempt.

didn't even check in. as soon as I pulled into the parking lot it was apparent this was sketchy. people hanging over the railings smoking on the second floor. people sitting out in lawn chairs in front of the rooms smoking like freight trains. it just had the appearance of a SRO/someplace that rents to people who have no other place to go. vehicles in the parking lot support the initial presentation. just has the appearance of a homeless shelter.

When I tried to check in, I was told that my rooms/reservation were canceled due to over booking. Then the clerk said that we could get different room, probably. From her attitude, I could tell she really didn't want to help, so I asked her if it would be easier for her to cancel my rooms and for us to go elsewhere. I was told yes and when I asked if she would update the reservation to read canceled, she again replied that my reservation had already been canceled. However, this morning I was charged a \"no show\" fee. I tried to get a refund due to the fact that I actually did show up, but only left when the clerk agreed me leaving would be easiest. Also, I did see the clerk be rude to another guest and, obviously, dud not want to be there. Though, I didn't get a chance to stay, the hotel was extremely run down, moldy, and unsafe looking. I am also not holding my breath on ever seeing my refund.

This was a great place. My boyfriend and I stayed one night so we could attend a concert at Blossom. The hotel was an easy 20 min drive from the venue and located right by an Arby’s that is open until midnight. Wonderful stay for a concert goer.

Someone was in the office and has it locked when I came in to get ice he wouldn’t open the door for me. And when I told him I was a guest and proved it he then gave me one cup of ice. While the employees were very kind, the property itself is not up to date and looks like it essentially has \"the landlord special\" in terms of maintaining the property. The elevator was extremely busted and eventually we were unable to use it and had to take the stairs instead to the third floor. The air conditioner unfortunately did not blow as cold as the temperature was set so the room was warm and humid upon entering.

The room I was given was gross. There were stains on the wall. The tub was flaking. It did not look like the pictures. It also smelled of smoke (despite being a non smoking room). I didn't bother asking for another room. I simply checked out and went to another hotel. I've done my fair share of camping and \"roughing it\", but I drew the line here.

At first it seemed ok. Then i seen brown spots on the curtains and basically everywhere. We found bed bugs crawling in the bathrooms floor. When we told the lady her exact words were \"were sorrt its been a crazy week\" the refunded us and we left. Bugs dont get that bad in a week. It was horrible.

To begin, the accommodations we secured were obtained on short notice and the cost was exceptionally favorable for a three-night stay. However, the state of the premises and the issues encountered significantly detracted from the value proposition. The elevator was operable but displayed no evidence of recent inspection or safety certification. Upon entering the room, we observed that the emergency exit plan was crudely affixed with duct tape, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom was prone to flooding. These inconveniences would have been considerably more disruptive had we not been absent from the room for the majority of our stay due to attending a music festival.
Furthermore, upon our return to the room, we discovered that all of our towels had been removed and not replaced. When I approached the front desk to request fresh towels, the attendant instructed me to bring the used towels to the desk in exchange for new ones. This request was inconvenient and unnecessary, as I simply wished to shower after a long day. Additionally, when the attendant informed me that the toilet had finally been repaired (as this was our final night), he asked me to step aside and read a Post-it note instructing me not to discuss the issues we had experienced in front of other guests. This request struck me as somewhat suspicious.

The bed was about as soft as a futon with pillows skinnier than my forearm. The toilet struggled to flush with just urine. The hair dryer had been ripped off of the wall and left laying on the sink, next to the drain stopper that had been pulled out- the crack in the handle of the hair dryer made me scared to use it. They have a pool but it’s been drained & out of order for a long time. Expedia agreement said they would collect payment at the property,VeeJay said I had to pay at 9am before we even started traveling the day of arrival (check in is at 3pm) or he would cancel my booking. Would not stay again, but I advise that with this place- you get what you pay for.

The floor in our room was not level, it had a decided slope toward the outer wall. Dirty fingerprints around the light fixture in the bathroom. The phone had not been cleaned in possibly years. The plug in the bathroom did not work. Water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent, the the water temp was good. The staff was confrontational and wanted picture ID for both people in the room which I have never had to provide at any other hotel and kept insisting it was for my safety, which is garbage unless they are running a background check on everyone, which was not stated in their contract. It was the cheapest price in the area and it showed.

This property is a little dated but the price was great. The room was clean. The only downside was the thick mats that they have in and in front of the elevator; they made using the luggage cart more difficult, but it was surmountable. We had a great time shopping in the area. There are a lot of great stores within a mile. The Mustard Seed Market is a must stop if you are into buying organic. I wish I had one where I lived.
