There should be a bathroom in the pool. There where no towels. There where kids cannonballing and screaming the whole time. No one tells kids to behave. Kids running up and down the stairs. People on the 3rd floor where parting and being loud all night. This room was for my family. My elderly mother who is disabled and my son who is disabled as well. They haven't had power for 2 days because of the wind storm. They needed a good nights sleep. Definitely didn't get one.

Horrible, first it was something off the door to the bathroom breakin off and was creating a mess in the floor , second they had nothing but thin ass cover third I was charged 30$ just for my guest to swim with me. No where dose this say this. I had to give a 50$ deposit again no where dose it say this. I went to sleep and woke up with bumps on my left leg and my brother had some on his chest . The pool area was dirty asf it was dipers around the ppl area n it turned mushy my brother also said he found a magnet but idk about that , this is the worst hotel ever I well never recommend it’s too high for a dirty room and very poor service I want a refund

Best hotel

The hotel was in a great location for my journey. I was there for the NFL hall of fame game and induction ceremony. I was also there for the Rock and Roll hall of fame. Both were well within a hour of the hotel the hotel had a pool and provided a very nice breakfast. There were plenty of food options within driving distance and some even within walking distance. There is a great supermarket just across the area. The hotel even had a veterans parking spot. A very nice touch. If I have to knock it for anything, the front doors there are two and they are close making it difficult if you are bringing in luggage. The room door was also difficult to open and shut. Last but not least the curtains didn’t always close well enough to keep out the sun or the street light via the mirror. Over all one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in..

This is an adequate hotel. It served our overnight purpose. There were many people waiting for their rooms to be ready at 3:00. The breakfast consisted of waffles, toast, yogurt and cereal. The milk was in a glass pitcher and an employee would bring out a couple bananas as needed. The bathroom was very old but the water pressure was good. The carpeting in the room needed cleaning. I expected more for $180

Booked 2 rooms on one reservation. Got rooms on different floors, no big deal. Both shower curtains had holes in them. One room smelled like smoke, both rooms comforters had what appeared to be cigarette burns and cuts in them. One room the night stand and light were both nasty dirty.

This was the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We have stayed there 3 times prior, but it was not a wyndham property. The room was filthy the blankets had large holes in them, internet was iffy at best, no hot water for a day, the soda, snack and atm machines were not operateable the whole stay, and often no one was at the front desk. The breakfast had no roles or fruit and the juice machine did not work, the milk was sour it was disgusting to say the least. An then to topi it off, our room was not cleaned and to get fresh towels we needed to go to thefront desk to pick up towels, kleenex and TOILET PAPER. I believe we should be compensated for this nightmare of a hotel.

This property is definitely showing its age. Having stayed here around 20 years ago, I remember what it was like as a new property. Our room was clean, but blankets had holes in them. The staff were wonderful and very attentive to every request that I made. Breakfast was very basic - they do have a waffle maker. There are several breakfast restaurants close by.

Nice staff, but overall ick.

There was a visibly brown and dirty washcloth in the bathroom, a pizza crust in between the bed and the bed stand, the mirror had a lip smudge on it, the sheets had visible cigarette burn holes, the curtains had holes and the room overall was kind of dirty. Phones weren't plugged in and there was an outlet cover off of the plug and hanging on the lamp wire. The breakfast was incredibly limited. The “non-smoking” room and overall hotel smelled strongly of cigarette and weed smoke. Staff was friendly and attentive, but overall kind of a gross experience.

The hallway smelled terrible on the second floor by the elevator and the saddest attempt at a continental breakfast I have ever seen. The pool was really small, but it was a good temp and fine. Hot tub was very hot, but I like mine that way. Staff was fine. Beds were fine and room was clean enough. No frills. Its a $25 dollar a night hotel masquerading as a $55 dollar a night hotel.

This property was in a great area very close to everything and a safe neighborhood but the hotel itself was dirty and old the sheets and blankets have burn marks and everything smelled like cigarettes the pool and everything was outdated and the pool end cut one of my children . Also breakfast was very limited to waffle toast with nothing to put on them and very little syrup. But overall great location but old and not well taken care of hotel

Gross room, double charged, terrible service

We were in town for a family wedding.Upon check in the issues already started with payment. Half of the payment was already pre authorized when we got there. Instead of charging the remaining balance, they insisted on processing full payment, plus a $50 deposit. Payment kept declining because they already were holding $114 of the total $229 stay. So trying to process $279 in addition to the $114 already being held wasn’t working because now there was only $220 left in the account to charge. The desk insisted once the room was checked into, the $114 would immediately return to the account. We ended up paying for the room, in full, in cash, thinking the 114 that was being held would be “immediately returned”. Instead, we got to our room and discovered that ANOTHER $114 was processed to our card. So now, we have paid for the room IN FULL, twice. The money was NOT immediately returned. In fact, it took a FULL WEEK for that money to be returned to our bank, which ultimately left us broke the whole weekend for our family wedding. And if that weren’t enough, when we got into the room, it was filthy. Everything was sticky from the surfaces, to the bathroom floor, to what appeared to be dried up lotion (I hope) on the furniture. The inside of the microwave was completely nasty. It wasn’t even vacuumed.We went and got extra sheets to cover the furniture, and a bottle of cleaner to clean down the room ourselves before we could even be comfortable. I have pictures and video of it all.

This location is terrible. Upon arrival room was not ready, needed to be cleaned.. Inside room was terrible, wasn’t given big wash clothes and towels, said there was Internet available but could never connect. hot tub chlorine levels was too high to enjoy the hot tub. Our room keys were deactivated half way through the stay. Not allot of decent breakfast options. Just waffles, and cereal. Would not stay again.

Lady at check in took care of the 2 gentleman in front of me and the one behind me before getting to me. The one man had an extensive issue with checking in. The gentleman behind me apologized to me for the lady assisting him before me. I asked to please have a quiet room and was given one in the middle of a large group of people with many children, talking loudly on their phones in the hallway while kids ran up/down. We had just arrived so i asked for my money back but we given another room. It was alittle quieter. I would not stay here again.

The room was dirty when I first entered it. There was food and other particles on the floor, there was an old bar of soap stuck to the tub, and filth around the toilet! The toilet had not been scrubbed, floor had not been swept, furniture had not been wiped down! It was very disappointing!

Never Staying Here Again

Stayed at this hotel in 2023 bc I go out to the HOF game every year. This year was a complete turn off. 1st the room smelled musty smell went to Walmart to kill the smell. Then as I was outside sitting another hotel guess came out with a pitt bull dog & it took a #2 in the grass and never cleaned it up. Then when I went back to my room there was another hotel guess with another Pitt bull dog as well this was growling & barking so much it woke up my grandson. It seems as though they except any type of dogs for $20 more per night. I like dogs don’t get me wrong put when u don’t clean up after them and the are growling & barking viciously than you shouldn’t have your dog in the public. And bc the hotel is own by foreigners they have very broken English & very hard to understand.

We got there and the pool was closed for maintenance. Wasn't told this when I booked. They said it was on website it's been closed for a month. We asked for a non smoking room. It was a smoking room it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Nothing was clean toilet was filthy bathtub had cigarette ashes and burns sink was filthy we had to clean them. Disgusting experience!

I booked the hotel thinking it had a swimming pool and no animals. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready, there was a $20 charge for dogs (which I don’t stay in hotels which allow pets) And oh wait….. the pool was “fresh out of water” as they were working on it. Then at the end of the night when I was going to bed, somebody was literally sanding the wall behind me and I had to call downstairs and ask them to make the person stop. I’m assuming it was a maintenance person. Moreover, I need to mention there were multiple Burn holes in the blankets. It was disgusting. Oh I almost failed to mention that the attendant had to take the (only rolling cart) for my luggage away from the homeless person who was was sitting inside the lobby (with her huge dog) and give it to me. And finally the icing on the cake…..when I went down for breakfast there were at least ten Hispanic men cleaning out (every bit of food) and loading up their bags as well. When I tried to get coffee.. I couldn’t as they were not allowing me to get near the counter. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. One of the workers was “hip-thrusting” a co- worker. They acted like a bunch of animals. I felt like a stranger in my country. What the hell is wrong with you people? The worker behind the desk was afraid of the men she told me so . Shame on you for advertising this hotel. I will never ever stay in another Super 8 again. This was a disgusting experience. There should be laws against renting rooms like this.

This was awful! Dirty and smelled! They had us booked in a smoking room and with our kids that wasnt an option. They ended up letting us take the emergency services room which was SUPER small and pretty sure it had a bullet hole through the bathroom door. We went and boughg blankets, pillows, fabreeze and a candle just to make it tollerable. Never took my shoes off cause I was scared to. Pool was EMPTY so couldn't swim. Had to clean the tub drain myself because it wouldn't drain. Smelled like weed all through the halls.
Only good thing was the staff was great and helpful!

This hotel took a \"$50\" deposit I'm currently fighting them to get back!! They told me no rooms were ready to come back which was before check in time so I do get it but then he literally said If we had $20 he'd have a room!!!!! Didn't call housekeeping or anything so the room was ready the whole time!
Then couple hours into our stay we keep hearing a vehicle right by the window of our room revving the engine up for a good 15-20 mins for no reason, only to anger another I'm assuming guest who then goes out and proceeds to argue and try to fight the man for being so loud causing an even louder scene!! Not only did not one single hotel staff intervene, which I don't blame them nowadays but they didn't even contact law enforcement or anything to resolve the issue!! The one thing I did like is I'm a smoker and they still have smoking rooms!!
